论曰∶彭祖云∶使人力壮不老，房室不劳损气力，颜色不衰者，莫过麋角。其法刮为末
十两，用生附子一枚合之，酒服方寸匕，日三，大良。亦可熬令微黄，单服之，亦令人不老。
然
治虚劳百病，除阴痿精清力不足，大小便不利如淋状，脑门受寒气结在关元，强行阴阳，
精少余沥，腰脊痛，四肢重，咽干口燥，食无常味，乏气力，远视KT KT 惊悸不安，五
脏虚劳，上气喘闷方。

上三十味各治下筛，合捣二千杵，盛以苇囊先食，服方寸匕，日三夜一。用牛羊乳汁煎
令熟，常服令人强性轻身，益气消谷，能食，耐寒暑，百病除愈。虽御十女不劳损，令精实
如膏，服后七十日可得行房，久服老而更少，发白反黑，齿落重生。
主轻身益气强骨，补髓不足，能使阴气强盛方。

论述说：彭祖曾说：想要使人身体强壮而不衰老，在房事中没有劳累而损伤气力，面色红润不显老态的，没有比得上鹿角。其方法是将其刮成粉末十两，用一枚生附子与之混合，用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每天三次，效果非常好。也可以将其熬至微微发黄，单独服用，也能使人不老。
然而（此方用于）治疗虚劳引起的各种疾病，消除阳痿、精液清稀、气力不足，大小便不通畅如同淋证的症状，头部和额部受寒气侵袭，寒邪结聚在关元穴处，强行进行房事，导致精液稀少且有余沥不尽，腰部和脊柱疼痛，四肢沉重，咽喉干燥、口舌燥渴，饮食尝不出正常味道，缺乏气力，视力模糊、惊恐心悸、心神不安，五脏虚损劳伤，呼吸急促胸闷的方剂。
琥珀（一两，研碎），芜菁子，胡麻子，车前子，蛇床子，菟丝子，枸杞子，[此处原文缺字，疑为“覆盆子”或类似子类药物]，麦门冬（各一升），橘皮，肉苁蓉，松脂，牡蛎（各四两），松子，柏子，荏子（各三两），桂心，石斛，滑石，茯苓，川芎，人参，杜蘅，续断，远志，当归，牛膝，牡丹（各三两），通草（三两半）。
以上三十味药，分别处理后过筛，混合后捣杵两千次，装入芦苇做的袋子中。在进食之前，服用一方寸匕的药量，白天三次，夜间一次。用牛羊乳汁煎煮至熟透，经常服用能使人性功能强健、身体轻健，益气助消化，增加食欲，耐寒暑，百病痊愈。即使与十个女子行房也不会造成损耗，使精液充实如膏脂，服药后七十天可以行房事，长期服用年老者反而显得年轻，白发变黑，落齿重生。
主治身体轻健、益气强骨，补益骨髓不足，能使阴气强盛的方剂。
肉苁蓉，五味子，远志，甘草（各一升），生地黄（三十斤榨汁），楮实子，慎火草，干漆（各[此处原文缺字，疑为数量]）。
以上八味药，用生地黄汁浸泡一夜，取出晒干后再浸泡，直到药汁被吸尽，制成散剂。空腹时用酒送服一方寸匕，每天三次，服用三十天后力气倍增，即使与十个女子行房也不会有损害。
(One Treatise, Thirty Prescriptions)
The treatise states: Peng Zu said, "To make a person's body strong and prevent aging, to avoid exhausting Qi and strength through sexual intercourse, and to maintain a youthful complexion without signs of aging, nothing surpasses the antler of sika deer (Elaphurus davidianus). The method is to scrape it into powder, ten taels in weight, mix it with one raw Aconitum carmichaelii root (Sheng Fuzi), take one fangcun bi [a small measuring spoon] dose with wine, three times a day; this is highly effective. Alternatively, it can be roasted until slightly yellow and taken alone, which also prevents aging."
However, this prescription treats various diseases caused by deficiency and exhaustion (Xu Lao), eliminates impotence (Yin Wei), clear semen, insufficient strength, difficulty in urination and defecation resembling strangury (Lin syndrome), cold qi invading the head and forehead and knotting at the Guanyuan (CV 4) acupoint, weakness due to forced sexual activity, scanty semen with residual dripping, pain in the waist and spine, heaviness in the four limbs, dry throat and mouth, loss of taste in food, lack of Qi and strength, blurred vision, palpitations, restlessness, deficiency and exhaustion of the Five Zang organs, and shortness of breath with chest oppression.
Amber (Hu Po) (one tael, ground), Rapeseed (Wujingzi), Sesame Seed (Humaizi), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi), Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi), Dodder Seed (Tusizi), Goji Berry (Gouqizi), [Text missing], Ophiopogon Tuber (Maidong) (each one sheng), Tangerine Peel (Jupi), Cistanche Stem (Roucongrou), Pine Resin (Songzhi), Oyster Shell (Muli) (each four taels), Pine Kernel (Songzi), Biota Seed (Baizi), Perilla Seed (Renzi) (each three taels), Cassia Twig Heart (Guixin), Dendrobium Stem (Shihu), Talcum (Huashi), Poria (Fuling), Szechuan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Ginseng Root (Renshen), Glehnia Root (Duheng), Teasel Root (Xuduan), Polygala Root (Yuanzhi), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Achyranthes Root (Niuxi), Moutan Bark (Mudan) (each three taels), Tetrapanax Pith (Tongcao) (three taels and a half).
Process each of the above thirty medicinal materials separately, sift them, mix them, and pound for two thousand strokes. Store them in a reed bag. Take one fangcun bi dose before meals, three times during the day and once at night. Decoct with cow or sheep milk until cooked. Regular consumption strengthens sexual function, lightens the body, tonifies Qi, aids digestion, increases appetite, enhances resistance to cold and heat, and cures various diseases. Even after intercourse with ten women, there will be no damage; the semen becomes solid like paste. After seventy days of taking this medicine, sexual intercourse is permissible. Long-term use makes the elderly appear younger, turns white hair black, and causes fallen teeth to regrow.
This prescription treats lightening of the body, tonifying Qi, strengthening bones, supplementing insufficient marrow, and making Yin Qi vigorous.
Cistanche Stem (Roucongrou), Schisandra Fruit (Wuweizi), Polygala Root (Yuanzhen), Licorice Root (Gancao) (each one sheng), Rehmannia Root (Sheng Dihuang) (thirty jin, juice extracted), Hackberry Fruit (Chushizi), Scrophularia Herb (Shenhuaocao), Dried Lacquer (Ganqi) (each [quantity missing]).
Soak the above eight medicinal materials in Rehmannia juice overnight, take them out, expose them to the sun to dry, then soak again, repeating until the juice is fully absorbed. Process into a powder. Take one fangcun bi dose with wine on an empty stomach, three times a day. After thirty days of intake, strength doubles; even after intercourse with ten women, there is no harm.
