治头疮及白秃方。
松沥（七合） 丹砂 雄黄 水银（研各二两） 黄连（三两） 矾石（一两）
上六味治，下筛，纳沥中搅研，令调以涂之，先以泔清洗发及疮，令无痂，然后敷药，
二日一敷。三敷后当更作脓，脓讫更洗。凡经三度脓出讫，以甘草汤洗去药毒，前后洗十度
即瘥。
治白秃发落生白痂终年不瘥方∶
雌黄 雄黄（各一分） 鸡屎白（半分） 松脂 苁蓉（各二分） 蛇床子 远志 五
味子（
各三分） 菟丝子（五分） 白蜜（一分）
上十味治，下筛，以猪膏一升二合，先纳雄黄，次纳雌黄，次纳鸡屎白，次纳松脂及蜜
，又次纳诸药煎之膏成，先以桑灰汁洗头，燥敷之。
治白秃及头面久疮去虫止痛方。
王不留行 东南桃枝 东引茱萸根皮（各五两） 蛇床子 牡荆子 蒺藜子 苦竹叶（各
三升） 大麻仁（一升）
上八味 咀，以水二斗半煮取一斗洗疮，日再，并疗痈疽妒乳月蚀疮烂。
治白秃及痈疽百疮方。

秦艽 附子（各一两）
上十二味 咀，以醋渍一宿，猪膏一斤半煎之，以附子色黄去滓，矾石、雄黄、水银
更着火三沸，安湿地待凝敷上，日三。
治白秃方∶
羊肉湿脯炙令香及热速搭上，不过三四度，痒勿搔之，牛肉亦得。
又方 新破猪肚去粪及热速搭上，痒慎勿搔，当缚定手，日中卧半日后去之。
又方 以皂荚汤净洗干拭后，以陈久油滓涂之，日三。
又方 煮桃皮汁饮之并洗。
又方 曲豉二种治下筛，酢和敷上。
又方 大豆炒令焦为末，和腊猪脂热暖，以匙抄封上遍即裹着，勿见风。
治赤秃方∶
桑灰汁洗头令净，桑椹捣敷之，日中暴头睡。
又方 马蹄灰为末，以腊月猪脂和敷之。
又方 烧牛角灰和猪脂敷之。
令发不生方∶
蜂灰鳖脂相和，新拔去毛，即涂孔上，永不生。
治鬼舐头方∶
烧猫儿屎，以腊月猪脂和敷上。
又方 猫儿毛烧灰，以膏和敷之。
又方 研未和蒜捣敷，日一度。
治疗头部疮疡及白秃（头皮癣）的方剂。
松沥（七合） 丹砂 雄黄 水银（分别研磨各二两） 黄连（三两） 矾石（一两）
以上六味药处理后，过筛，放入松沥中搅拌研磨，调和后涂抹患处。先用淘米水清洗头发及疮口，去除痂皮，然后敷药，每两天敷一次。三次用药后应当化脓，脓液排尽后再清洗。凡是经过三次排脓后，用甘草汤洗去药毒，前后清洗十次即可痊愈。
治疗白秃、脱发、生白痂且常年不愈的方剂：
雌黄 雄黄（各一分） 鸡屎白（半分） 松脂 肉苁蓉（各二分） 蛇床子 远志 五味子（各三分） 菟丝子（五分） 白蜜（一分）
以上十味药处理后，过筛，用猪油一升二合，先放入雄黄，其次放入雌黄，其次放入鸡屎白，其次放入松脂及蜂蜜，再次放入其他药物煎制成膏。先用桑灰汁洗头，干燥后敷药。
治疗白秃及头面部长期疮疡、祛虫止痛的方剂。
王不留行 东南方向的桃枝 向东生长的茱萸根皮（各五两） 蛇床子 牡荆子 蒺藜子 苦竹叶（各三升） 大麻仁（一升）
以上八味药切碎，用水二斗半煮取一斗，用来清洗疮口，每天两次，同时治疗痈疽、妒乳（急性乳腺炎）、月蚀疮（口角炎或唇部溃疡）溃烂。
治疗白秃及痈疽各种疮疡的方剂。
松脂（六两） 矾石 杜蘅（一作牡荆） 雄黄 真珠 水银 苦参 大黄 木兰 石南叶 秦艽 附子（各一两）
以上十二味药切碎，用醋浸泡一夜，用一斤半猪油煎制，待附子颜色变黄后去渣，将矾石、雄黄、水银再次放入火上加沸三次，放在阴凉湿润处待其凝固后敷在患处，每天三次。
治疗白秃的方剂：
将羊肉湿脯烤至香热，迅速搭在患处，不超过三四次，发痒不要抓挠，牛肉也可以。
另一个方子：新剖开的猪肚去掉粪便及热气，迅速搭在患处，发痒千万不要抓挠，应当绑住手，中午躺卧半天后取下。
又一个方子：用皂荚汤洗净擦干后，用陈久的油渣涂抹，每天三次。
又一个方子：煮桃树皮汁饮用并清洗患处。
又一个方子：两种曲豉处理后过筛，用醋调和敷在患处。
又一个方子：大豆炒焦研末，与腊月猪脂混合加热温暖，用勺子舀起封涂在患处，随即包裹起来，避免见风。
治疗赤秃（红色头癣）的方剂：
用桑灰汁洗头使其干净，捣碎桑椹敷在患处，中午暴晒头部并睡觉。
另一个方子：马蹄灰研末，用腊月猪脂调和敷在患处。
又一个方子：烧牛角成灰，与猪脂调和敷在患处。
使头发不再生长的方剂：
蜂灰与鳖脂混合，刚拔掉毛发，立即涂在毛囊孔上，永远不再生长。
治疗鬼舐头（一种头部皮肤病）的方剂：
烧猫粪，用腊月猪脂调和敷在患处。
另一个方子：烧猫毛成灰，用膏脂调和敷在患处。
又一个方子：研末与蒜一起捣碎敷在患处，每天一次。
Formula for treating head sores and white tinea capitis (tinea capitis with white scaling).
Songli (Pine Sap, seven he) Cinnabar Realgar Mercury (each ground separately, two liang) Coptis Rhizome (three liang) Alum (one liang)
Process the above six medicinal materials, sift them, add to Songli, stir and grind until uniform, then apply topically. First wash the hair and sores with rice water to remove scabs, then apply the medicine. Apply once every two days. After three applications, suppuration should occur; after pus drains, wash again. After three rounds of pus drainage, wash off the drug toxicity with Licorice Decoction. Wash ten times in total, and it will heal.
Formula for treating white tinea capitis, hair loss, white scabs that persist all year without healing:
Orpiment Realgar (each one fen) Chicken excrement white (half fen) Pine Resin Cistanche Stem (each two fen) Cnidium Fruit Polygala Root Schisandra Fruit (each three fen) Dodder Seed (five fen) White Honey (one fen)
Process the above ten medicinal materials, sift them. Use one sheng and two he of lard. First add Realgar, then Orpiment, then chicken excrement white, then Pine Resin and honey, then add the other medicines and decoct into a ointment. First wash the head with ash juice from mulberry branches, dry, then apply.
Formula for treating white tinea capitis and chronic sores on the head and face, expelling parasites and relieving pain.
Lycium Bark Peach Branches from Southeast Direction Euonymus Root Bark from East-ward Growth (each five liang) Cnidium Fruit Vitex Fruit Tribulus Fruit Bitter Bamboo Leaves (each three sheng) Hemp Seed (one sheng)
Chop the above eight medicinal materials. Decoct in twenty-five dou of water to obtain ten dou. Use this liquid to wash the sores, twice daily. This also treats carbuncles, acute mastitis, angular cheilitis, and ulcerated lesions.
Formula for treating white tinea capitis, carbuncles, and various sores.
Pine Resin (six liang) Alum Aristolochia Herb (also known as Chaste Tree) Realgar Pearl Mercury Sophora Root Rhubarb Magnolia Bark Southern Privet Root Gentian Root Aconite Root (each one liang)
Chop the above twelve medicinal materials. Soak in vinegar overnight. Decoct in one jin and half liang of lard. When the color of Aconite Root turns yellow, remove the dregs. Add Alum, Realgar, and Mercury back to the fire and boil three times. Let it cool and solidify in a cool, moist place, then apply to the affected area, three times daily.
Formula for treating white tinea capitis:
Roast fresh mutton jerky until fragrant and hot, apply quickly to the lesion. Do not exceed three or four applications. If itchy, do not scratch. Beef is also acceptable.
Another formula: Take a newly opened pig stomach, remove feces while hot, apply quickly to the lesion. Do not scratch if itchy. Tie the hands securely. Lie down at noon for half a day, then remove.
Another formula: Wash thoroughly with Soap Pod Decoction, dry, then apply aged oil residue. Three times daily.
Another formula: Decoct peach bark juice, drink it and use it to wash the lesion.
Another formula: Process two types of fermented soybean cakes, sift, mix with vinegar, and apply.
Another formula: Stir-fry soybeans until charred, grind into powder. Mix with lard from the twelfth lunar month, heat until warm. Scoop with a spoon, seal onto the lesion, wrap immediately, and avoid wind exposure.
Formula for treating red tinea capitis:
Wash the head with mulberry ash juice until clean. Crush mulberry fruits and apply. Expose the head to the sun and sleep during midday.
Another formula: Grind horse hooves into ash, mix with lard from the twelfth lunar month, and apply.
Another formula: Burn cow horns into ash, mix with lard, and apply.
Formula to prevent hair regrowth:
Mix bee ash with softshell turtle fat. Immediately after plucking hairs, apply to the follicle pores. Hair will never grow back.
Formula for treating "ghost-bitten head" (a type of scalp dermatitis):
Burn cat feces, mix with lard from the twelfth lunar month, and apply.
Another formula: Burn cat hair into ash, mix with ointment base, and apply.
Another formula: Grind into powder, mix with garlic, crush, and apply. Once daily.
