上十六味，为末，蜜丸，如梧子大，饮服二十丸，日三。（《千金翼》无白蔹。深师无
黄。云∶治苦暴有干燥肿痛者，有崩血无数者，有鼠乳附核者，有肠中烦痒者，三五年皆
杀人主。忌饮酒及作劳，犯之即发）。
治五痔十年者方。

上七味，以四味捣筛，其二种石细切，及糖纳铜器中，一石米下蒸之，以绵绞取汁以和

以上，煎成如鼠屎大，纳谷道中，日三。亦主 及百种疮。
又方 取生槐白皮十两，熟捣，丸，如弹丸，绵裹纳下部中，此病宜常食扁竹叶及煮羹
粥，大佳。
又方 取鲤鱼肠三具，以火炙令香，绵裹纳谷道一食久，虫当出食鱼肠，数数易之，尽
三具瘥。一方炙肠令香，坐上虫出，经用有效。
又方 虎头 犀角
上二味，为末，和不中水猪脂，大如鸡子，涂疮上取瘥。

又一方：涂抹熊胆，取得痊愈为止，效果极佳，其他所有方剂都不如这个。
又一方：七月七日多采集槐子，煮熟捣烂取汁，放入铜器中，用多层绵布严密覆盖，放置在住宅高门之上，曝晒二十日以上，煎制成如老鼠屎大小的丸药，纳入肛门中，每日三次。也主治瘘管及各种疮疡。
又一方：取生槐树白皮十两，煮熟捣烂，制成丸药，如弹丸大小，用绵布包裹纳入下部患处，此病适宜经常食用扁竹叶及煮羹粥，非常有益。
又一方：取鲤鱼肠三条，用火烤至香味溢出，用绵布包裹纳入肛门内一顿饭的时间，虫子应当出来吃鱼肠，多次更换，用完三条即可痊愈。另一方法是将鱼肠烤香，坐在上面使虫爬出，经久使用有效。
又一方：虎头骨、犀角。
以上两味药，研为细末，与不掺水的猪脂混合，大小如鸡蛋，涂抹于疮口上直至痊愈。
治疗五种痔疮及脱肛的方剂：
槐白皮（二两）、猪脂（半斤）、漆树果实（十枚）、桃仁（十枚）、巴豆（七粒）、薰草（一作薰黄）、辛夷。

Huai Zi (Sophorae Fructus) (3 jin), Bai Tang (Sugar) (2 jin), Fan Shi (Alumen), Liu Huang (Sulfur) (each 1 jin), Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Gan Qi (Dried Resin of Toxicodendron Vernicifluum), Long Gu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Mammuti) (each 10 liang).

Another formula: Take ten liang of fresh white bark of Sophora Japonica (Huai Bai Pi). Cook thoroughly, pound, and form into pills the size of bullet shots. Wrap in cotton cloth and insert into the lower part (anus/genitals). This disease benefits greatly from frequently consuming Bian Zhu Ye (Phyllostachys Pubescens leaf?) and drinking cooked porridge/soup.
Another formula: Take three carp intestines. Roast over fire until fragrant. Wrap in cotton cloth and insert into the anus for the duration of one meal. The parasites should emerge to eat the fish intestine. Replace frequently. After using three sets, the condition heals. Another method: Roast the intestine until fragrant, sit on it to allow parasites to exit. This has been effective over time.
Another formula: Hu Tou (Tiger Head Bone), Xi Jiao (Rhino Horn).
Grind the above two materials into powder. Mix with lard (Zhu Zhi) that has not been mixed with water. Form into pills the size of a chicken egg. Apply to the sore until healed.
Formula for treating five types of hemorrhoids and rectal prolapse:
Huai Bai Pi (White Bark of Sophora Japonica) (2 liang), Zhu Zhi (Lard) (half jin), Qi Zi (Toxicodendri Verniciflui Fructus) (10 pieces), Tao Ren (Persicae Semen) (10 pieces), Ba Dou (Crotonis Fructus) (7 grains), Xun Cao (Agastaches Herba?), Xun Huang (Realgar), Xin (Xin Yi / Magnolia Flower).
