上二十九味 咀，先以美酒五升， 猪胰六具，取汁，渍药一宿，于猪脂中极微火煎之
，三上三下，白芷色黄，以绵一大两纳生布中，绞去滓，入麝香末，以白木篦搅之，至凝乃
止，任性用之，良。
【玉屑面脂方】
玉屑、白附子、白茯苓、青木香、葳蕤（玉竹）、白术、白僵蚕、密陀僧、甘松香、乌头、商陆、石膏、黄芩、胡粉、芍药、藁本、防风、芒硝、白檀香（以上各一两）、当归、土瓜根、桃仁、川芎、白头翁、零陵香、细辛、知母（以上各半两）。猪脂（一升）、羊肾脂。
将上述三十三味药材切碎，用酒和水各一升混合浸泡，过夜后取出。放入铜器中，用微火煎煮，直到水分完全蒸发。等到白芷颜色变黄时，滤去药渣，静置一晚。第二天早晨用柳枝搅拌至白色，即可使用。
【又一方：令黑者皆白，老者皆少方】
玉屑、寒水石、珊瑚、川芎、当归、土瓜根、菟丝子、藁本、辛夷仁、细辛、葳蕤、商陆、白芷、防风、黄芩、白僵蚕、桃仁、木兰皮、藿香、前胡、蜀水花、桂心、冬瓜仁、半夏、白蔹、青木香、杏仁、蘼芜、芒硝、旋复花、杜衡、麝香、白茯苓、秦椒、白头翁、石楠叶、秦皮、杜若、蜀椒、芜菁子、升麻、黄芩、白薇、栀子花（以上各六铢）、栝蒌仁（一两）、熊脂、猪脂肪（一升）。
将上述五十四味药材切碎，用酒浸泡一夜，加入油脂等一起煎煮。采用“三上三下”的煎法（即加热沸腾后离火，待冷却后再加热，反复三次），直到酒气散尽，形成膏状。过滤去除药渣，加入麝香末。
【治面上皴黑，凡是面上之疾皆主之方】
丁香、零陵香、桃仁、土瓜根、白蔹、防风、沉香、辛夷、栀子花、当归、麝香、藁本、商陆、川芎（以上各三两）、葳蕤（另一版本作白及）、藿香（另一版本无此药）、白芷、甘松香（以上各二两半）、菟丝子（三两）、白僵蚕、木兰皮（以上各二两半）、蜀水花、青木香（以上各二两）、冬瓜仁（四两）、茯苓（三两）。
将上述二十九味药材切碎，先用美酒五升和六个猪胰脏取汁，将药材浸泡一夜。然后在猪脂中用极微的火煎煮，采用“三上三下”的煎法，直到白芷颜色变黄。用一大两绵布包裹药渣，绞去残渣，加入麝香末，用白木梳搅拌，直到凝固为止。随意使用，效果良好。

Yu Xie (Jade Dust), Baifuzi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Rhizoma), Bai Fuling (Poria), Qingmuxiang (Lithospermi Radix), Weirui (Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Bai Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Miduoseng (Litharge), Gansongxiang (Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma), Wutou (Aconiti Radix), Shanglu (Veratri Radix), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Hufen (Cerussa), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Bencao (Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Baitan (Santalum Album Lignum) [each 1 liang]; Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Tugua Gen (Cucumeris Trichosanthis Radix), Taoren (Persicae Semen), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Baitouweng (Pulsatillae Radix), Linglingxiang (Lingzhi), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) [each 0.5 liang]. Zhuzhi (Porcine Fat), Yangshen Zhi (Sheep Kidney Fat).
Cut the above thirty-three medicinal materials into pieces, soak them in a mixture of one sheng of wine and one sheng of water overnight, then remove them. Place them in a copper vessel and decoct over low heat until all moisture has evaporated. When the color of Baizhi becomes yellow, filter out the dregs, let it stand overnight, and stir with a willow branch until white in the morning before use.

Cut the above fifty-four medicinal materials into pieces, soak them in wine overnight, add fats/oils, and decoct together using the "three up, three down" method (boil, remove from heat, cool, repeat three times) until the wine aroma dissipates and the paste is formed. Strain to remove dregs, add powdered Moschus, and mix well.

Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), Linglingxiang (Lingzhi), Taoren (Persicae Semen), Tugua Gen (Cucumeris Trichosanthis Radix), Bailian (Ampelopsis Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos), Zhizihua (Gardeniae Jasminoides Flos), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shexiang (Moschus), Bencao (Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma), Shanglu (Veratri Radix), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma) [each 3 liang]; Weirui (Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma) [another version says Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma)], Huoxiang (Agastaches Herba) [absent in another version], Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Gansongxiang (Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma) [each 2.5 liang]; Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen) [3 liang], Bai Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Mulan Pi (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) [each 2.5 liang], Shuishuihua (Iris lactea var. chinensis flower?), Qingmuxiang (Lithospermi Radix) [each 2 liang], Dongguaren (Benincasae Semen) [4 liang], Fuling (Poria) [3 liang].
Cut the above twenty-nine medicinal materials into pieces. First, extract juice from five sheng of fine wine and six pig pancreases, and soak the herbs overnight. Then decoct in porcine fat over extremely low heat using the "three up, three down" method until the Baizhi turns yellow. Wrap the dregs in a large piece of cotton cloth, strain to remove residues, add powdered Moschus, and stir with a white wooden comb until solidified. Apply as desired; it is effective.
