上十六味治下筛，食后以酒服方寸匕，日二，神验。
治眼暗方。

上二十味末之，蜜丸。饮下二十丸，如梧子，日再，加至三十丸。
治眼暗KT KT 不明，寒则泪出，肝痹所损方。
兔肝（二具） 柏子仁 干地黄 茯苓 细辛 蕤仁 枸杞子（各一两六铢） 防风 芎
上十四味末之，蜜丸。酒服，如梧子二十丸，日再服，加至四十丸。
治目失明漠漠方。
青羊肝一具（去上膜薄切之，以新瓦瓶子未用者净拭之，纳肝于中，炭火上炙之，令极
干，汁尽末之） 决明子（半升） 蓼子（一合熬令香）
上三味合治下筛。以粥饮，食后服方寸匕，日二，稍加至三匕，不过两剂。能一岁服之
，可夜读细书。

以上十四味药研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药。酒送服，如梧桐子大小二十丸，每日两次，逐渐增加至四十丸。
治疗眼睛失明、视物模糊不清的方剂。
青羊肝一个（去掉上面的薄膜，薄切，用新的未使用过的瓦瓶清洗干净，将肝放入其中，在炭火上烤干，直到汁液耗尽，研成粉末） 决明子（半升） 蓼子（一合，炒至有香味）
以上三味药混合处理后筛成细粉。用米汤送服，饭后服一方寸匕，每日两次，逐渐增加至三匕，不超过两个疗程。如果坚持服用一年，可以夜间阅读细小的书籍。

The above three ingredients are powdered, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 3 pills with water, three times a day. There are no contraindications. The above sixteen ingredients are processed and sifted into fine powder. After meals, take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) with wine, twice a day. It is miraculously effective.

The above twenty ingredients are powdered and made into honey pills. Take 20 pills with water, the size of wutong seeds, twice a day, gradually increasing to 30 pills.
Treats dim vision, blurred vision, tearing upon exposure to cold, caused by damage from Gan Bi (Liver Obstruction):

The above fourteen ingredients are powdered and made into honey pills. Take with wine, 20 pills the size of wutong seeds, twice a day, gradually increasing to 40 pills.
Treats blindness and blurred vision:
Qing Yang Gan (Caprae Hircus Hepatis) one piece (remove the membrane, slice thinly, clean a new unused clay bottle, place the liver inside, roast over charcoal until extremely dry and juice is exhausted, then powder it) Jue Ming Zi (Cassiae Semen) (0.5 sheng) Liao Zi (Polygoni Orientalis Fructus) (1 he, roasted until fragrant)
The above three ingredients are mixed, processed, and sifted into fine powder. Take one fangcun bi after meals with millet gruel, twice a day, gradually increasing to three measures, not exceeding two courses. If taken for one year, one can read small print at night.
