A prescription for treating adults with *Fengyin* (a syndrome characterized by limb twitching and pulling sensations), and children with *Jingxian Chongzong* (convulsive seizures with spasms of the extremities), occurring dozens of times a day, which are refractory to conventional medical treatment.
Zi Shiyin (Fluorite) 6 liang, Huashi (Talcum) 6 liang, Baishi Zhi (Kaolinite) 6 liang, Ningshuishi (Alumen) 6 liang, Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 6 liang, Chishi Zhi (Halloysitum Rubrum) 6 liang; Gancao (Licorice Root) 3 liang, Guixin (Cinnamon Twig) 3 liang, Muli (Ostreae Concha) 3 liang.
Process the above twelve ingredients, grind them into a coarse powder, and pass through a sieve. Store in a reed bag and hang in a cool, high place. When needed, take a pinch equivalent to three fingers' width of the powder, and boil it in three sheng of fresh well water until one sheng and two he remain. Adults should take this dose at once. Infants under one hundred days old should take one he. If they cannot swallow, dip cotton wool in the liquid and apply it to their mouth. For those with excessive heat, administer four to five doses daily, adjusting according to the patient's condition. (The *Shenshi Fang* contains only Longgu, Muli, Ganjiang, Huashi, and Baishi Zhi).
A prescription suitable for use in the fourth and fifth lunar months for treating one hundred and twenty types of wind-phlegm epilepsy, mania, and convulsions, where patients froth at the mouth and lose consciousness upon onset:
Zi Shiyin (Fluorite), Shaoyao (Peony Root), Longgu (Fossilized Bones) [alternative: Huangqin (Scutellaria Root)], Qingshi Zhi (likely a variant or typo for Baishi Zhi or similar mineral), Baixianpi (Dictamni Cortex), Mahuang (Ephedra Herba), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Gancao (Licorice Root), Gualougen (Trichosanthis Radix), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig).
Process the above thirteen ingredients, grind them into a coarse powder, and divide into seven packets. For each packet, use ten large jujubes and three sheng of water. Boil until two sheng and half remain. Strain out the dregs. Add one packet of the powder to the jujube decoction and boil until one sheng remains. Strain out the dregs and take at once. Administer every seven days; the disease will resolve after administration.

Process the above twenty-five ingredients, grind them into a fine powder. Take one fangcunbi (a measure approx. 2-3 grams) with wine, twice daily. It can also be made into pills; the efficacy is excellent.
A prescription for wind-epilepsy causing pulling pain in the hypochondrium, vomiting upon onset, and tinnitus resembling cicada chirping:
Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong), Ben Cao (Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma et Radix), Ru [Note: Text says "Ben Ru", likely referring to Ben Cao and potentially another herb or a textual error, translated as per text] [each 5 liang].
Process the above three ingredients by chopping them. Add one dou of wine and boil until three sheng remain. Take at once. For frail individuals, divide into three doses. The goal is to induce profuse sweating.
