治浸淫疮方（疮表里相当名浸淫疮）。
苦瓠（一两） 蜂房 蛇蜕（各半两） 大豆（半合） 梁上尘（一合）
上五味治下筛，以粉为粥和敷纸上，贴之，日三。（《古今录验》无大豆。）
又方 煎饼乘热拓之。亦治细癣。
又方 猪牙车骨年久者，槌破烧令脂出，热涂之。
又方 苦楝皮若枝，烧作灰敷上，干者以猪脂和涂之。并治小儿秃疮及诸恶疮。
治 疮方∶
用醋一升温令沸，以生薤一把纳中，封疮上，瘥为度。
又方 捣桃叶和鲤鱼 糁封之。亦可以 敷上。
又方 炒腊月饴糖敷之。
又方 烧故履系为末，敷之。
又方 烧松根取脂涂之。
治燥 方∶
用醋和灰涂之。
又方 以热牛屎涂之。
治湿 方∶
烧干虾蟆和猪脂敷之。
治 疥百疗不瘥方∶
楝实（一升） 桃皮 苦参 地榆根（各五两）
上四味 咀，以水一斗，煮取五升，温洗之，日一度。治久 疥湿疮，浸淫日广，痒不
可堪，搔之黄汁出。
瘥后复发方∶
用羊蹄根净去土，细切，熟熬，以醋和，熟捣，洗净疮敷上，一时顷，以冷水洗之，日
一度。又阴干作末，痒时搔则汁出，以粉之，又以生葱根揩之。（《千金翼》无葱字。）
治一切 疮（凡脚 及曲 中痒，搔则黄汁出，是名风疽）∶
灸足大指歧间二七壮。
又灸大趾头亦佳。
治诸疮因风致肿方∶
烧白芋灰温汤和，浓三分敷疮上，干即易，五六度瘥。
又方 栎根皮三十斤锉，以水三斛，煮令热，下盐一把，令的的然热浸疮，当出脓血，
日日为之瘥止。
治恶露疮方∶
捣薤叶敷疮口，以大艾炷灸药上，令热入内即瘥。
治恶疮方∶
矾石 松脂 乱发 蜡（各二分） 猪膏（四两）
上五味煎发候消，纳矾石，次纳松脂，次纳蜡，去滓，先刮洗疮令净，然后用药涂之，
日二三。不痛久疮，时愈新疮、迟愈 、疥、痒疮、头秃者，皆即愈生发。
又方 烧扁竹灰和楮白汁涂之。
又方 羊屎、麻根烧烟断膏和封上。有汁者，干敷之。
又方 以面一升作饼大小覆疮，灸上令热，汁出尽瘥。
治恶疮似火烂洗汤∶
用白马屎曝干，以河水和煮十沸，绞出汁洗之。
治恶疮，其大如钱，名曰马疥疮∶
以水渍自死蛇一头，令烂去骨，以汁涂之，随瘥。
治恶疮十年不瘥似癞方∶
蛇蜕皮一具烧为末下筛，猪脂和敷。醋和亦得。
又方 苦瓠一枚，碎煮汁洗之，日三度。又煎以涂癣甚良。当先以泔净洗乃涂，三日
又方 烧 猪屎敷之。

又一个方子：陈年的猪牙车骨，敲碎烧至油脂渗出，趁热涂抹患处。
又一个方子：苦楝皮或枝条，烧成灰敷在患处，干燥时用猪脂调和涂抹。这些方法都用于治疗小儿秃疮以及各种恶疮。
治疗[缺失字]疮的方子：
用醋一升温至沸腾，将一把生薤放入其中，覆盖封住疮口，直到痊愈为止。
又一个方子：捣烂桃叶与鲤鱼[缺失字]混合封敷患处。也可以用[缺失字]敷在上面。
又一个方子：炒腊月饴糖敷在患处。
又一个方子：烧旧鞋带为末，敷在患处。
又一个方子：烧松根取脂涂抹患处。
治疗燥[缺失字]的方子：
用醋和灰涂抹患处。
又一个方子：用热牛屎涂抹患处。
治疗湿[缺失字]的方子：
烧干蟾蜍与猪脂调和敷在患处。
治疗[缺失字]疥百治不愈的方子：

痊愈后复发的方子：
用羊蹄根洗净去土，细细切碎，煮熟熬制，用醋调和，再熟捣，洗净疮口后敷在上面，约一顿饭的时间，然后用冷水清洗，每日一次。另外阴干研成粉末，瘙痒时抓破有汁液流出，用粉末撒敷，再用生葱根擦拭。（《千金翼方》中没有“葱”字。）
治疗一切[缺失字]疮（凡是脚部及屈曲部位瘙痒，抓挠后流出黄汁，这叫做风疽）：
灸足大趾趾缝间十四壮。
又灸大脚趾头也很好。
治疗各种疮因风导致肿胀的方子：
烧白芋灰用温水调和，厚涂三分敷在疮上，干了就更换，五六次即可痊愈。
又一个方子：栎根皮三十斤切碎，用水三斛，煮至热，加入一把盐，使其滚烫浸泡患处，会流出脓血，每天这样做直到痊愈为止。
治疗恶露疮的方子：
捣烂薤叶敷在疮口，用大艾炷在药物上艾灸，让热气进入体内即愈。
治疗恶疮的方子：
矾石 松脂 乱发 蜡（各二分） 猪膏（四两）
以上五味药煎煮头发直到融化，加入矾石，接着加入松脂，再加入蜡，滤去渣滓，先刮洗疮口使其干净，然后用药涂抹，每日二三次。对于不痛的久疮、时常新发疮、难以愈合的[缺失字]、疥疮、痒疮、头部脱发者，都能立即痊愈并生发。
又一个方子：烧扁竹灰与楮树白汁调和涂抹。
又一个方子：羊屎、麻根烧烟断膏调和封敷患处。有汁液的，干敷。
又一个方子：用一升面粉做成饼大小的圆片覆盖疮口，在上方艾灸令其发热，汁液出尽即愈。
治疗恶疮似火烂洗汤：
用白马屎晒干，用河水煮沸十次，绞出汁液清洗患处。
治疗恶疮，大小如铜钱，名叫马疥疮：
用水浸泡一条自死的蛇，使其腐烂去骨，用汁液涂抹，随病情好转而止。
治疗恶疮十年不愈类似癞病的方子：
蛇蜕皮一张烧成末过筛，用猪脂调和敷用。用醋调和也可以。
又一个方子：苦瓠一个，破碎煮汁清洗患处，每日三次。另外煎煮后涂抹治疗癣症效果很好。应当先用淘米水洗净后再涂抹，三日[缺失字]
又一个方子：烧[缺失字]猪屎敷用。
又一个方子：用盐水清洗捣烂的地黄叶贴敷。
又一个方子：烧莨菪子为末敷用。
又一个方子：烧鲫鱼灰与酱清调和敷用。
Formula for treating Jin Yin Chuang (a type of ulcer where the lesion extends from surface to interior, known as "oozing sore").
Ku Hu (Bitter Gourd Fruit, 1 liang) [and] Bee comb, Snake slough (each 0.5 liang), Soybean (0.5 he), Dust from the beam (1 he).
Process the above five ingredients and sieve them. Mix the powder with porridge, apply onto paper, and paste it on the affected area. Apply three times a day. (The *Gu Jin Lu Yan* does not include soybeans.)
Another formula: Apply hot pancakes while warm as a compress. This also treats fine tinea.
Another formula: Use aged pig jawbone, crush it and burn until oil exudes. Apply while hot.
Another formula: Burn bark or branches of Melia azedarach (Chinaberry) into ash and apply. If dry, mix with lard and apply. These methods treat pediatric alopecia areata (tinea capitis) and various malignant sores.
Formula for treating [missing character] sore:
Heat one sheng of vinegar until boiling. Add a handful of fresh Allium macrostemon (Chinese chive) and seal/cover the sore. Continue until healed.
Another formula: Mash peach leaves and mix with carp [missing character], then apply as a compress. Alternatively, apply [missing character].
Another formula: Stir-fry malt sugar from the twelfth lunar month and apply.
Another formula: Burn old shoe straps into powder and apply.
Another formula: Burn pine roots to extract resin and apply.
Formula for treating dry [missing character]:
Mix vinegar and ash, then apply.
Another formula: Apply hot cow dung.
Formula for treating damp [missing character]:
Burn dried toads, mix with lard, and apply.
Formula for treating [missing character] scabies that has resisted hundred treatments:
Fructus Meliae (Chinaberry fruit, 1 sheng), Peach bark, Sophora flavescens root (Kushen), Sanguisorba officinalis root (Diyu gen) (each 5 liang).
Coarsely crush the above four ingredients. Boil in ten dou of water until reduced to five sheng. Wash the affected area with the warm decoction once daily. This treats chronic [missing character] scabies and damp sores that spread progressively, causing unbearable itching and yellow discharge upon scratching.
Formula for recurrence after healing:
Clean sheep's foot rhubarb root thoroughly to remove soil, cut finely, cook thoroughly, mix with vinegar, and pound thoroughly. Clean the sore, apply the mixture, leave for about the time it takes to eat a meal, then wash with cold water. Do this once daily. Additionally, dry the root in the shade, grind into powder. When itching occurs and scratching causes discharge, sprinkle the powder. Also rub with raw green onion roots. (The *Qianjin Yi Fang* omits "onion".)
Formula for treating all [missing character] sores (specifically when itching occurs in the feet and flexural areas, with yellow discharge upon scratching, termed Feng Ju/Wind Abscess):
Moxibustion at the web space between the big toe, 14 moxa cones.
Moxibustion on the tip of the big toe is also effective.
Formula for treating swelling of various sores caused by Wind:
Burn white taro into ash, mix with warm water to a thickness of three fen, apply to the sore. Change when dry. Repeat five or six times for cure.
Another formula: Chop 30 jin of Quercus variabilis bark. Boil in three hu of water until hot. Add a handful of salt. Soak the sore in the boiling liquid until pus and blood are discharged. Continue daily until cured.
Formula for treating E Lu Chuang (malignant lochia sore):
Mash Allium macrostemon leaves and apply to the sore mouth. Perform moxibustion with large moxa cones over the medication until heat penetrates internally, leading to cure.
Formula for treating malignant sores:
Alumen (Vitriol), Pine resin, Disordered hair, Beeswax (each 2 fen), Lard (4 liang).
Decoct the hair until dissolved. Add Alumen, then Pine resin, then Beeswax. Strain the residue. Scrape and clean the sore thoroughly before applying the medicine. Apply two to three times daily. For painless chronic sores, frequently recurring new sores, stubborn [missing character], scabies, pruritic sores, and head baldness, this will promote immediate healing and hair regrowth.
Another formula: Mix ash from burning Phyllostachys heterocycla (Mosou bamboo) with sap from Broussonetia papyrifera (Paper mulberry) and apply.
Another formula: Mix ash from burning sheep feces and hemp root smoke-断了膏 (paste made from smoke-condensed fat?) and apply. For weeping lesions, apply dry powder.
Another formula: Make a cake from one sheng of flour, size of the sore, cover the sore, and moxibustion until hot. Cure when discharge ceases.
Decoction for washing malignant sores resembling fire-burned ulcers:
Sun-dry horse manure. Boil in river water for ten cycles. Strain and use the juice to wash.
For malignant sores the size of a coin, named Ma Jie Chuang (Horse Scabies Sore):
Soak one dead snake in water until it rots and bones separate. Apply the juice. Stop when healed.
Formula for malignant sores persisting for ten years resembling leprosy:
Burn one piece of snake slough into powder and sieve. Mix with lard and apply. Mixing with vinegar is also acceptable.
Another formula: Crush one Ku Hu (Bitter Gourd), boil to extract juice, and wash the area three times daily. Decocted juice applied to tinea is also very effective. Wash thoroughly with rice water before application. [Missing text regarding duration/frequency].
Another formula: Apply ash from burning [missing character] pig feces.
Another formula: Wash with salt water, mash Rehmannia glutinosa leaves, and apply.
