治产后余疾，恶露不除，积聚作病，血气结搏，心腹疼痛方。
铜镜鼻（十八铢，烧末） 大黄（二两半） 芍药 干地黄 芎 干漆 芒硝（各二
两）
乱发（鸡子大，烧） 大枣（三十枚）
上九味 咀，以水七升，煮取二升二合，去滓，纳发灰，铜镜鼻末，分三服。
治如前状方。
铜镜鼻（十铢，烧末） 大黄 甘草 黄芩 芒硝 干地黄（各二两） 桃仁（五十枚）
上七味 咀，以酒六升，煮取三升，去滓，纳镜鼻末，分三服。亦治遁尸心腹痛，及
三十六尸疾。
治产后儿生处空，流血不尽，小腹绞痛方。
栀子三十枚，以水一斗，煮取六升，纳当归、芍药各二两，蜜五合，生姜五两，羊脂
一两，于栀子汁中煎取二升，分三服，日三。
治产后三日至七日腹中余血未尽，绞痛强满，气息不通方。
生地黄（五两） 生姜（三两） 大黄 芍药 茯苓 细辛 桂心 当归 甘草 黄芩

上十一味 咀，以水八升，煮取二升半，去滓，分三服，日三。
治新产后有血，腹中切痛方。
大黄 干漆 干地黄 桂心 干姜（各二两）
上五味 咀，以水三升，清酒五升，煮取三升，去滓，温服一升，血当下。若不瘥，明
旦服一升，满三服，病无不瘥。
治疗产后余留疾病，恶露排出不净，形成积聚致病，气血凝结阻滞，导致心腹部疼痛的方剂。

乱发（如鸡蛋大小，烧成灰） 大枣（三十枚）
以上九味药，切碎，用水七升，煎煮至二升二合，滤去药渣，加入发灰和铜镜鼻末，分三次服用。
治疗症状同前所述的方剂。
铜镜鼻（十铢，烧成灰烬研末） 大黄 甘草 黄芩 芒硝 干地黄（各二两） 桃仁（五十枚）
以上七味药，切碎，用酒六升，煎煮至三升，滤去药渣，加入铜镜鼻末，分三次服用。此方也治疗遁尸（一种潜伏体内、游走不定的邪气所致的心腹疼痛）引起的心腹痛，以及三十六种尸疰病。
治疗产后产道空虚，流血不止，小腹剧烈绞痛的方剂。
栀子三十枚，用水一斗，煎煮至六升，加入当归、芍药各二两，蜂蜜五合，生姜五两，羊脂一两，在栀子汁中煎取二升，分三次服用，每日三次。
治疗产后第三日至第七日，腹中残留血液未尽，小腹绞痛胀满，气息不通畅的方剂。
生地黄（五两） 生姜（三两） 大黄 芍药 茯苓 细辛 桂心 当归 甘草 黄芩（各一两半） 大枣（二十枚）
以上十一味药，切碎，用水八升，煎煮至二升半，滤去药渣，分三次服用，每日三次。
治疗新近分娩后仍有瘀血，腹部剧烈切痛的方剂。
大黄 干漆 干地黄 桂心 干姜（各二两）
以上五味药，切碎，用水三升，清酒五升，煎煮至三升，滤去药渣，温服一升，瘀血应当随之排出。如果未痊愈，次日清晨再服一升，服完三次，疾病没有不痊愈的。
Treats residual diseases after childbirth, where lochia is not cleared, leading to the formation of accumulations and pathology; blood and qi are knotted and obstructed, causing pain in the heart and abdomen.
Bronze mirror nose (18 zhu, burnt to ash and powdered) Rhubarb (2.5 liang) Peony Dried Rehmannia Root Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome Dry Resin of Lacquer Tree Mirabilite (each 2 liang)
Disordered hair (size of a chicken egg, burnt to ash) Jujube (30 pieces)
The above nine ingredients are cut into small pieces, decocted with 7 sheng of water until 2.2 sheng remains, strained, then the hair ash and bronze mirror nose powder are added. Divide into three doses.
Treats conditions as described above.
Bronze mirror nose (10 zhu, burnt to ash and powdered) Rhubarb Licorice Root Scutellaria Root Mirabilite Dried Rehmannia Root (each 2 liang) Peach Kernel (50 pieces)
The above seven ingredients are cut into small pieces, decocted with 6 sheng of wine until 3 sheng remains, strained, then the bronze mirror nose powder is added. Divide into three doses. It also treats Xin Fu pain caused by Dun Shi (a type of latent pathogen that moves around the body), and thirty-six types of Shi diseases (parasitic or infectious diseases).
Treats postpartum emptiness at the birth canal, incomplete cessation of bleeding, and severe cramping pain in the lower abdomen.
Gardenia fruits (30 pieces), decocted with 1 dou of water until 6 sheng remains. Add Angelica Sinensis Radix and Peony each 2 liang, Honey 5 he, Fresh Ginger 5 liang, and Mutton Fat 1 liang. Decoct in the Gardenia juice until 2 sheng remains. Divide into three doses, taken three times daily.
Treats residual blood remaining in the abdomen from the third to the seventh day after childbirth, causing severe cramping pain, distension and fullness, and obstruction of Qi respiration.
Fresh Rehmannia Root (5 liang) Fresh Ginger (3 liang) Rhubarb Peony Poria Cocos Notopterygium Root Cinnamon Twig Angelica Sinensis Radix Licorice Root Scutellaria Root (each 1.5 liang) Jujube (20 pieces)
The above eleven ingredients are cut into small pieces, decocted with 8 sheng of water until 2.5 sheng remains, strained. Divide into three doses, taken three times daily.
Treats fresh postpartum condition with blood stasis causing sharp, cutting pain in the abdomen.
Rhubarb Dry Resin of Lacquer Tree Dried Rehmannia Root Cinnamon Twig Dried Ginger (each 2 liang)
The above five ingredients are cut into small pieces, decocted with 3 sheng of water and 5 sheng of clear wine until 3 sheng remains, strained. Take one sheng warm. The blood stasis should be expelled. If not cured, take one sheng the next morning. After completing three doses, the disease will surely be cured.
