上三十一味为末，牛髓合白蜜、枣膏合捣三千杵，丸如梧子大，空腹服十五丸，日再，
加至二十丸。
治小便失精及梦泄精方。

上六味治下筛，酒服方寸匕，日三。不止，稍增。甚者，夜一服。（《肘后》用泽泻一

治大虚劳，梦泄精，茎核微弱，气血枯竭，或醉饱伤于房室，惊惕忪悸，小

上以水一斗七升，煮如粥，取汁六升，分三服。精溢同此。
治疗房事过度，导致精气外泄且无法控制，腰背僵硬不能屈伸，饮食无法滋养肌肉，双腿苦于软弱无力的方剂。

以上三十一味药研成粉末，用牛髓配合白蜜、枣膏共同捣击三千下，制成梧桐子大小的丸药，空腹服用十五丸，每日两次，逐渐增加至二十丸。
治疗小便失精以及梦中遗精的方剂。
韭子 麦冬（各一升） 菟丝子 车前子（各二合） 川芎（三两） 白龙骨（三两）
以上六味药处理后过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕，每日三次。若症状未止，稍微增加剂量。病情严重者，夜间加服一次。（《肘后备急方》中使用泽泻一两半）。
治疗极度虚损劳伤，梦中遗精，阴茎及睾丸功能微弱，气血枯竭，或因醉酒饱食后行房事损伤，出现惊恐不安、心跳悸动等症状的方剂。
酸枣仁（二合） 泽泻 人参 芍药 桂心（各一两） 黄芩 甘草 茯苓 白龙骨 牡蛎（各二两）
以上十二味药切碎，用水九升，煮取四升药液，每次服用七合，每日三次。如果患者不能进食，小腹部拘急不适，加入桂心六两。
治疗梦中遗精失精的方剂：韭子一升，处理后过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕，每日服用两次，立即见效。
治疗虚劳尿精的方剂：韭子（二升） 稻米（三升）
以上用水一斗七升，煮成粥状，取汁液六升，分三次服用。精液溢出者同样适用此法。
A formula for treating excessive sexual intercourse, resulting in involuntary seminal emission, stiffness and inability to flex or extend the waist and back, failure of food to nourish muscles, and severe weakness in both legs.
Jiu Zi (Fructus Allii Tuberosi, one sheng) Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Gui Xin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae), Zi Shi Ying (Mineralum Purpureum), Yu Yu Liang (Mineralum Yuyuliang), Yuan Zhi (Radix Polygalae), Shan Yu Rou (Fructus Corni Officinalis), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Tian Xiong (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii), Zi Wan (Herba Asteris Tatarici), Shan Yao (Rhizoma Dioscoreae Oppositae).
Xi Xin (Herba Asari), Fu Ling (Poria), Jiang Can (Bombyx Batryticatus), Chang Pu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii), Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng), Du Zhong (Cortex Eucommiae), Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Gan Jiang (Radix Zingiberis Recens), Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Fu Zi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata), Shi Hu (Caulis Dendrobii), Tian Dong (Radix Asparagi). Each: one liang half.
Rong Rong (Cynomii Herba), Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae), Tu Si Zi (Semen Cuscutae), Gan Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), She Chuang Zi (Fructus Cnidii). Each: two liang. Da Zao (Fructus Jujubae): fifty pieces. Niu Sui (Medulla Bovis), Gan Qi (Resina Lacca). Four liang.
Grind the above thirty-one ingredients into powder. Mix with Niu Sui (Medulla Bovis), white honey, and jujube paste. Pound and beat three thousand times. Form pills the size of wu zi (seeds of Cercis chinensis). Take fifteen pills on an empty stomach, twice a day. Gradually increase to twenty pills.
A formula for treating seminal emission during urination and nocturnal emission.
Jiu Zi (Fructus Allii Tuberosi), Mai Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis). Each: one sheng.
Tu Si Zi (Semen Cuscutae), Che Qian Zi (Semen Plantaginis). Each: two he.
Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong): three liang. Bai Long Gu (Os Draconis et Mammutis Preparatum): three liang.
Process the above six ingredients and sift them. Take one fang cun bi (a square inch measure) with wine, three times a day. If symptoms persist, slightly increase the dose. For severe cases, take once at night. (The *Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang* uses Ze Xie one liang half).
A formula for treating extreme deficiency and exhaustion, nocturnal emission, weak function of the penis and testicles, depletion of qi and blood, or injury from sexual intercourse after drunkenness and overeating, accompanied by fright, palpitations, and anxiety.
Suan Zao Ren (Semen Ziziphi Spinosae): two he.
Ze Xie (Rhizoma Alismatis), Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng), Shao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Gui Xin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae). Each: one liang.
Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae), Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Fu Ling (Poria), Bai Long Gu (Os Draconis et Mammutis Preparatum), Mu Li (Concha Ostreae). Each: two liang.
Decoct the above twelve ingredients in nine sheng of water until four sheng remain. Take seven he per dose, three times a day. If the patient cannot eat and experiences tightness in the lower abdomen, add Gui Xin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae) six liang.
A formula for treating nocturnal emission and seminal loss:
Jiu Zi (Fructus Allii Tuberosi) one sheng, processed and sifted. Take one fang cun bi with wine, twice a day. Immediate effect is expected.
A formula for treating seminal emission in urine due to deficiency and exhaustion:
Jiu Zi (Fructus Allii Tuberosi) two sheng. Dao Mi (Oryza Sativa) three sheng.
Cook the above in seventeen sheng of water until it resembles porridge. Extract six sheng of juice. Divide into three doses. This method also applies to spontaneous seminal overflow.
