广济疗小儿头面生热疮方。
黄连 蛇床子 黄柏（各八分） 胡粉（四合）
上四味捣散，以麻油和涂疮遍敷之佳。
千金疗三日小儿头面疮起身大热方
升麻 柴胡 石膏（各一两） 大黄 甘草（二两） 当归（二两）
上六味切，以水三斗，煮取一斗去滓，以浴小儿疮上讫，敷黄连散。
又疗小儿身体头面悉生疮方。
榆白皮（干者多少任用）
上一味捣末，以醋和涂之，绵覆上，虫出立瘥，亦可以猪脂和涂之。
千金翼苦参汤，主少儿头面热疮方。
苦参（八两） 黄芩（二两） 大黄 芍药 黄连（各二两） 蛇床子（一升） 黄柏
（五两） 菝 （一斤洗）
上八味切，以水二斗，煎取一斗，以洗儿，日三即瘥。（千金云治上下遍身生疮）
又方
石南草 大黄 黄芩 黄柏 矾石 泽兰（各一两） 戎盐（二两真者） 蛇床子（二
合）
上八味切，以水七升，煮取三升，以絮内汤中洗拭儿。日三度瘥。
备急疗小儿三岁患头上起 浆如钉，盖一二日及胸背皆生，仍成疮方。
水银 朱砂（各半两） 石硫黄（一两研） 腊月猪脂
上四味，煮桑叶汤洗以敷之，勿令猪犬妇人小儿等见之，无效。
古今录验疗小儿头疮，面上亦有，日益甚者方。

上二味捣末，以腊月猪脂和涂之，即瘥止。
《广济方》治疗小儿头面部生热疮的方剂。
黄连、蛇床子、黄柏（各八分），胡粉（四合）。
以上四味药捣碎成散剂，用麻油调和涂抹于疮处，全面敷盖效果更佳。
《千金方》治疗三日大的婴儿头面部疮疡初起伴有大热的方剂。
升麻、柴胡、石膏（各一两），大黄、甘草（二两），当归（二两）。
以上六味药切碎，用水三斗，煎煮取汁一斗，滤去药渣，用来给小儿疮处洗浴，洗完后敷上黄连散。
又一方治疗小儿身体及头面部全部生疮的方剂。
榆白皮（干燥者适量使用）。
以上一味药捣成粉末，用醋调和涂抹患处，上面覆盖绵布，虫子出来后立刻痊愈；也可以用猪脂调和涂抹。
《千金翼方》苦参汤，主治少儿头面部热疮的方剂。
苦参（八两），黄芩（二两），大黄、芍药、黄连（各二两），蛇床子（一升），黄柏（五两），菝葜（一斤，洗净）。
以上八味药切碎，用水二斗，煎煮取汁一斗，用来给小儿清洗，每日三次即可痊愈。（《千金方》记载此方治疗全身上下遍身生疮）
又一方。
石南草、大黄、黄芩、黄柏、矾石、泽兰（各一两），戎盐（二两，真品），蛇床子（二合）。
以上八味药切碎，用水七升，煎煮取汁三升，将棉絮浸入药汤中擦拭小儿患处。每日三次即可痊愈。
《备急方》治疗三岁小儿头上长出如钉子般的脓疱，一二天后蔓延至胸背皆生疮的方剂。
水银、朱砂（各半两），石硫黄（一两，研细），腊月猪脂。
以上四味药，先用桑叶汤清洗患处再敷药，不要让猪、狗、妇女、小儿等看见，否则无效。
《古今录验方》治疗小儿头疮，面部也有，且日益严重的方剂。
黄连、赤小豆（各等分）。
以上两味药捣成粉末，用腊月猪脂调和涂抹，即可痊愈停止发展。
The *Guangji* formula for treating heat sores on the head and face of infants.
*Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian), *Cnidii Fructus* (Shechuangzi), *Phellodendri Cortex* (Huangbai) (each 8 fen), *Cerussa* (Hufen) (4 he).
Crush the above four herbs into a powder. Mix with sesame oil (*Sesami Oleum*) and apply evenly over the sores for optimal effect.
The *Qianjin* formula for treating infantile sores on the head and face starting in three-day-old infants, accompanied by high fever.
*Bupleuri Radix* (Shengma), *Bupleuri Radix* (Chaihu), *Gypsum Fibrosum* (Shigao) (each 1 liang), *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao) (2 liang), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui) (2 liang).
Cut the above six herbs. Boil in 3 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou. Strain the decoction. Use it to bathe the infant's sores, then apply Huanglian San (Coptis Powder) afterwards.
Another formula for treating sores all over the body and head of infants.
*Ulmus Dauricae Cortex* (Yubaipi) (dried, appropriate amount).
Pulverize the above single herb. Mix with vinegar and apply to the affected area. Cover with cotton; once worms emerge, the condition will heal immediately. Alternatively, mix with lard (*Porcine Adipose*) and apply.
*Kushen Tang* (Sophora Decoction) from *Qianjin Yi Fang*, primarily for treating heat sores on the head and face of children.
*Sophorae Flavescentis Radix* (Kushen) (8 liang), *Scutellariae Radix* (Huangqin) (2 liang), *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang), *Paeoniae Radix Alba* (Shaoyao), *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian) (each 2 liang), *Cnidii Fructus* (Shechuangzi) (1 sheng), *Phellodendri Cortex* (Huangbai) (5 liang), *Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma* (Baqia) (1 jin, washed).
Cut the above eight herbs. Boil in 2 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou. Use the decoction to wash the child. Three times daily leads to recovery. (*Qianjin* notes this treats sores all over the body).
Another formula.
*Pyrolae Herba* (Shinancao), *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang), *Scutellariae Radix* (Huangqin), *Phellodendri Cortex* (Huangbai), *Alumen* (Fanshi), *Lycii Cortex* (Zelan) (each 1 liang), *Murex Sal* (Rongyan) (2 liang, genuine), *Cnidii Fructus* (Shechuangzi) (2 he).
Cut the above eight herbs. Boil in 7 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Dip cotton wadding into the decoction and wipe the infant's affected areas. Three times daily leads to recovery.
The *Beiji* formula for treating three-year-old children whose heads develop pustules like nails, which spread to the chest and back within one or two days, forming sores.
*Merccurius* (Shuiyin), *Cinnabaris* (Zhusha) (each half liang), *Sulfur* (Shiliuhuang) (1 liang, ground), Lard from the twelfth lunar month (*Porcine Adipose*).
Boil the above four ingredients. Wash the affected area with mulberry leaf decoction before applying the medicine. Do not let pigs, dogs, women, or children see it, otherwise it will be ineffective.
The *Gujin Luyan* formula for treating infantile head sores, also present on the face, worsening day by day.
*Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian), *Phaseoli Radiati Semen* (Chixiaodou) (equal parts).
Pulverize the above two herbs. Mix with lard from the twelfth lunar month (*Porcine Adipose*) and apply. The condition will heal and stop progressing.
