上一味以水二升渍少时，煮两沸，绞取汁一升，顿服无所忌。（出第五卷中）

上六味各细研，依四方色以药置色处，曾青东方，丹砂南方，白 石西方，磁石北方，
雄黄中央，瓦瓮二枚，以黄泥下再三过，使浓五六分，以雌黄屑着下，合筛诸药，着上，后
以半雌黄屑覆上，以泥密涂际，勿令气泄，土须浓，一宿如常点火，点火用二年陈芦作樵
中调火，以新布沉水中，覆釜上，干复易，九十沸止，若日暮七十七沸亦足止，太熟一斛米

千金疗恶毒肿，或着阴卵，或偏着一边，疼急挛痛，牵少腹不可忍，一宿杀人方。
茴香苗
上一味捣取汁，饮一升，日三四服，其滓以贴肿上，冬中根亦可用，此外国神方，从永
嘉以来用之，起死神效。
又凡风劳毒肿疼挛痛，或牵引少腹及腰胯痛方。
桃仁一升去尖皮两仁，熬令黑烟出，熟捣研如脂膏
以酒三升搅令相和，一服覆取汗，不过三瘥，甚妙。
又大麻子小豆汤，主毒肿无定处，或啬啬恶寒，或心腹刺痛烦闷者，此由毒瓦斯深重也方

必效疗恶疮方。
热毒肿，以瓮近下钻孔盛水，令水射肿，又以鸡子清封肿上，热即易之。
又方
取茺蔚臭草，捣汁服一鸡子许，滓封肿，热则易之，甚良。

捣地松汁服之，每日两三服，即瘥止。

近效疗一切热毒肿验方，并主乳痈。

硝石（一斤） 生麻油（三升）
上二味，先煎油令黑臭，下硝石，缓火煎，令如稠饧，膏成，以好瓷器中收贮，以涂贴
疮肿，或热发服少许妙，用好酥煎更良。忌生血物。
【广济方】治疗疔疮肿毒，若被触犯导致病情加重复发的方剂。
青羊粪（一升）
以上一味药，用水二升浸泡片刻，煮沸两次，过滤取汁液一升，一次性服用，无需忌口。（出自第五卷中）
【古今录验方】治疗因触犯引发的疔疮肿毒方。

以上七味药，不分冬夏，均需用温酒调和服用，剂量随病人承受能力而定，此方无特殊禁忌，但严禁食用麻子，否则多致死亡。（晋熙公上出第三十卷中）
【广济方】飞黄散，治疗各种恶疮肿毒的方剂。
曾青 雌黄 白石英 磁石 雄黄 丹砂（各一两）
以上六味药分别细研，按照四方颜色将药物放置在对应颜色的位置：曾青放东方，丹砂放南方，白石英放西方，磁石放北方，雄黄放中央。准备两个瓦瓮，用黄泥涂抹底部反复多次，使泥层厚约五六分，在下层瓮底铺上雌黄屑，盖上筛好的诸药，再在半雌黄屑覆盖在上面，用泥严密涂抹接缝处，防止气体泄漏，泥土需涂厚。像往常一样点火，点火用的柴火要用存放两年的芦草，中间调节火势。用新布浸湿后覆盖在釜上，干了就更换，煮九十沸停止；如果天色已晚，煮七十七沸也足够停止。如果煮得太熟，会发出类似一斛米饭的气味，恶肉变青黑干枯，不再出汗即可痊愈。如果没有瓦瓮，可以用两个土釜按上述方法操作。（第二十四卷缓疽中有此方，另有石英、石膏、钟乳石、云母共十味药，出自第三十一卷中）
【千金方】治疗恶毒肿毒，或附着于阴囊，或偏着身体一边，疼痛剧烈痉挛，牵引少腹难以忍受，一夜之间可致人死亡的方剂。
茴香苗
以上一味药捣碎取汁，饮用一升，每日三四次，其药渣敷贴在肿处，冬季也可用根部，这是外国神方，自永嘉以来使用，起死回生，效果显著。
又方：凡风劳毒肿疼痛痉挛，或牵引少腹及腰胯疼痛的方剂。
桃仁一升，去掉尖端和皮，保留两仁，炒至冒出黑烟，熟透后捣研如脂膏状。
用酒三升搅拌混合，一次服用后覆盖取汗，不超过三次即可痊愈，非常妙。
又方：大麻子小豆汤，主治毒肿部位不定，或伴有怕冷，或心腹刺痛烦闷的症状，这是由于毒气深重所致。
射干（三两） 商陆（二两，薄切） 赤小豆（一升） 麻子（五升） 附子（三两，炮制） 升麻（四两）
以上六味药切碎，用水二斗煮麻子，取汁一斗半，去渣，将麻子捣破，用麻子汁煮药，使豆子极熟，去渣，可得六七升药液。一次服用一升，日夜服完。大便稍通利或大下即说明毒肿之气当减，吃这种豆子更好，如同汤洗雪一样融化。（出自第二十三卷中）
【崔氏方】五香汤，治疗毒肿的方剂。
麝香（研末） 青木香 鸡舌香 藿香 薰陆香 当归 黄芩 升麻 芒硝（各三分） 大黄（五分）
以上十味药切碎，用水六升，煮取二升，去渣，加入芒硝使其溶化，分为两次服用，间隔六七里路的时间（约数小时），也可治疗各种猝死的尸注恶气。
又方：治疗恶肿的犀角汤方。
薰陆香 青木香 鸡舌香 藿香 犀角（各二分，研屑） 沉香（二分） 升麻（七分）
以上七味药切碎，用水六升，煮取二升半，去渣，分三次服用，期间根据情况酌情调整。（出自第五卷中）
又方：乌膏，治疗一切疮疡，引流脓液，促进肌肉生长，杀灭疮中虫子的方剂。
乌麻油（一升，生的澄清者） 黄丹（二两，过筛） 薰陆香（一两，乳头状者） 松脂（半两） 蜡（半两）
以上五味药，先将油煎去三分之一，待冷却后，再加入黄丹，重新上火慢煎，又煎去三分之一，再次待冷却，然后加入薰陆香末，如果不冷却恐怕会溢出沸腾，煎至香气消散尽，接着加入松脂和蜡，观察膏体稍稠时，滴在铁物上测试，斟酌软硬适中即可停止。先询问所患疮是热性还是寒性，如果是热疮，则减少薰陆香和松脂的用量；如果疮久不愈，这属于寒性，按原方煎制。如果是贴杖疮，油用一升，地黄汁半合，黄丹二大两，蜡一小两，其余按上述方法，此膏不需要太硬。（出自第二卷中）
【必效方】治疗恶疮的方剂。
热毒肿，用瓮靠近下方钻孔盛水，让水喷射肿处，又用鸡蛋清封敷肿处，热了就更换。
又方
取茺蔚臭草，捣汁服用约一个鸡蛋的量，药渣敷在肿处，热了就更换，效果很好。
又方
捣地松汁服用，每日两三次，病就好了停止。

【经心录方】治疗各种毒肿的升麻膏方。

以上十味药捣碎，用酒浸泡半天，用猪膏五升煎之，膏成后去渣，用容器盛装。有毒热肿，取药膏涂抹粘贴，按摩即可消散，每日三次。（《短剧》同）
又方：大蓼渍肿毒，升麻汤方。
升麻（一两） 黄芩（三两） 栀子（二十枚） 漏芦（二两） 蒴藋根（五两） 芒硝（二两）
以上六味药切碎，用水一斗，煮取七升，候冷，分用浸泡肿处，常令湿润即可消退。（《短剧集验》同）
又方：漏芦汤方。
漏芦（不用栀子） 白蔹 黄芩 麻黄 白薇（不用知母） 枳实（炙） 升麻（不用犀角） 芍药 甘草（炙，各二两） 大黄（三两，不用芒硝）
以上十味药切碎，用水一斗，煮取三升，分三次服用。若无药处，单服大黄一两，取利便。忌食海藻、菘菜等。（《千金》云治疗一切痈，《短剧》亦治丹毒，并出第五卷中）
【近效方】治疗一切热毒肿的验方，并主治乳痈。

以上八味药捣筛，用水调成稀面糊状，再用榆皮汁调和也很好。用布剪成与肿处大小相仿，每片再剪三个小孔，涂上药贴在肿处，干了就更换。（王度支处）
又方：贴毒热肿消方。

以上两味药捣碎，用鸡蛋清调和贴敷，干了就更换，当日即可消退。

商陆根 芸薹苗叶根（等分）
以上两味药捣碎，依上方贴敷，有效。
又方：治疗一切热疮肿的硝石膏方。
硝石（一斤） 生麻油（三升）
以上两味药，先煎油至黑臭，下硝石，用慢火煎，使之如稠糖稀状，膏成后，用好的瓷器收贮，用于涂贴疮肿，或者热发作时服用少许甚妙，用好酥煎更良。忌食生血物。
[Guangji Formula] Treatment for carbuncles and swellings, specifically for cases where the condition worsens or recurs after being provoked.
Sheep dung from a black sheep (1 sheng)
Take the above single herb, soak it in 2 sheng of water for a short time, boil twice, strain to obtain 1 sheng of juice, and take it all at once without any dietary restrictions. (From Volume 5)
[Gujin Luyan Formula] Treatment for carbuncles and swellings provoked by irritation.
White bark of Goji berry (1 fang cun bi) Wheat (7 grains, burnt to ash) Hemp seeds (7 grains, burnt to ash) Crimson silk (1 fang cun, burnt to ash) Hook-headed thorns (14 grains, burnt to ash) Ash of tangled hair (half a bi) Pinellia tuber (17 grains, size like sheep dung, stir-fried until yellow)
For the above seven herbs, regardless of winter or summer, mix with warm wine for oral administration. The dosage should be adjusted according to the patient's tolerance. There are no specific contraindications for this formula, but hemp seeds must be avoided, as consumption may lead to death. (From Volume 30, presented by Duke Jinxi)
[Guangji Formula] Feihuang San (Flying Yellow Powder), treatment for various malignant sores and swellings.
Chalcocyanite (Cupric Carbonate) (1 liang) Orpiment (Arsenic Sulfide) (1 liang) White Quartz (1 liang) Magnetite (1 liang) Realgar (Arsenic Disulfide) (1 liang) Cinnabar (Mercury Sulfide) (1 liang)
Grind each of the above six herbs finely. Place the medicines in positions corresponding to their colors according to the four directions: Chalcocyanite in the East, Cinnabar in the South, White Quartz in the West, Magnetite in the North, and Realgar in the Center. Prepare two earthenware urns. Apply yellow mud to the bottom repeatedly to achieve a thickness of about 5-6 fen. Sprinkle crushed Orpiment at the bottom of the lower urn, cover with the sifted mixture of herbs, and then cover with half an amount of crushed Orpiment. Seal the joints tightly with mud to prevent gas leakage. Ensure the mud layer is thick. Ignite the fire as usual. Use reeds aged for two years as fuel, adjusting the fire intensity in the middle. Cover the cauldron with a new cloth soaked in water; replace when dry. Boil for 90 cycles (boils); if evening falls, 77 cycles are sufficient. If overheated, a smell resembling rice will emerge, and the malignant flesh will turn dark green/black and dry, ceasing to exude fluid, indicating healing. If no earthenware urn is available, use two earthen pots following the same method. (This formula appears in Vol. 24 under "Slow Carbuncle"; another version with Quartz, Gypsum, Stalactite, and Mica totaling ten ingredients is in Vol. 31)
[Qianjin Formula] Treatment for malignant toxic swellings, which may attach to the scrotum or affect one side of the body, causing severe spasmodic pain radiating to the lower abdomen, potentially fatal within one night.
Fennel shoots
Crush the above single herb to extract juice. Drink 1 sheng, taken 3-4 times daily. Apply the dregs to the swelling. In winter, the roots can also be used. This is a foreign divine formula, used since the Yongjia era, with miraculous effects even reviving the seemingly dead.
Another formula: For wind-lao toxic swellings with painful spasms, or pain radiating to the lower abdomen and waist/hips.
Peach kernels (1 sheng, remove tips and skins, keep two kernels per pair), stir-fry until black smoke emerges, then grind thoroughly into a paste-like consistency.
Mix with 3 sheng of wine. Take one dose, cover to induce sweating. Cure usually occurs within three doses; this is highly effective.
Another formula: Damaizi Xiaodou Tang (Hemp Seed and Adzuki Bean Decoction), indicated for toxic swellings with uncertain locations, accompanied by chills, or stabbing pain and restlessness in the heart and abdomen, caused by deep-seated heavy toxins.
Belamcanda rhizome (3 liang) Phytolacca root (2 liang, thinly sliced) Adzuki beans (1 sheng) Hemp seeds (5 sheng) Prepared Aconite root (3 liang) Cimicifuga rhizome (4 liang)
Cut the above six herbs. Boil hemp seeds in 2 dou of water to reduce to 1.5 dou. Strain. Crush the hemp seeds. Use the hemp seed juice to decoct the other herbs until the beans are extremely soft. Strain to obtain 6-7 sheng of liquid. Take 1 sheng per dose, finishing within day and night. Mild diarrhea or significant purging indicates the reduction of toxic swelling qi. Consuming these beans is beneficial, dissolving the toxin like snow in hot water. (From Vol. 23)
[Cui Shi Formula] Wuxiang Tang (Five Fragrances Decoction), treatment for toxic swellings.
Musk (ground) Aquilaria wood (Blue Agarwood) (3 fen) Cardamom (3 fen) Agastache (3 fen) Frankincense (3 fen) Angelica sinensis (3 fen) Scutellaria root (3 fen) Cimicifuga rhizome (3 fen) Mirabilite (3 fen) Rhubarb (5 fen)
Cut the above ten herbs. Decoct in 6 sheng of water to obtain 2 sheng. Strain. Add Mirabilite and dissolve. Divide into two doses, taken several hours apart (distance of 6-7 li). It also treats sudden death due to corpse-infection evil qi.
Another formula: Xijiao Tang (Rhinoceros Horn Decoction) for treating malignant swellings.
Frankincense (2 fen, ground) Blue Agarwood (2 fen) Cardamom (2 fen) Agastache (2 fen) Rhinoceros horn (2 fen, ground) Agarwood (2 fen) Cimicifuga rhizome (7 fen)
Cut the above seven herbs. Decoct in 6 sheng of water to obtain 2.5 sheng. Strain. Divide into three doses. Adjust dosage based on clinical response. (From Vol. 5)
Another formula: Wu Gao (Black Ointment), treatment for all sores, drawing out pus, promoting tissue regeneration, and killing parasites in sores.
Sesame oil (1 sheng, raw and clarified) Lead tetroxide (2 liang, sieved) Frankincense (1 liang, mammary type) Pine resin (0.5 liang) Beeswax (0.5 liang)
First, boil the oil to reduce by one-third. Let cool. Add Lead tetroxide. Reheat gently and boil to reduce by another third. Let cool again. Add Frankincense powder; do not add while hot to avoid boiling over. Boil until the fragrance dissipates. Then add Pine resin and Beeswax. Test viscosity by dropping onto iron; adjust until hardness is appropriate. Determine if the sore is heat-type or cold-type. For heat-sores, reduce Frankincense and Pine resin. For chronic non-healing sores (cold-type), follow the original recipe. For whip-mark sores: Sesame oil 1 sheng, Rehmannia juice 0.5 he, Lead tetroxide 2 da liang, Beeswax 1 xiao liang. Follow the above method; the ointment need not be too hard. (From Vol. 2)
[Bixiao Formula] Treatment for malignant sores.
For heat-toxic swelling: Drill a hole near the bottom of an urn, fill with water, and spray the water onto the swelling. Alternatively, apply egg white to the swelling; change when it becomes warm.
Another formula
Crush Eclipta prostrata (Chongwei) to extract juice. Take an amount equivalent to one egg yolk orally. Apply the dregs to the swelling; change when warm. Highly effective.
Another formula
Crush ground pine (Didong) to extract juice. Take orally 2-3 times daily until cured.
Another formula
Rhubarb Calcined lime Adzuki beans (equal parts)
Grind the above three herbs into powder. Mix with vinegar and apply topically. Effective. (From Vol. 4)
[Jingxinlu Formula] Shengma Gao (Cimicifuga Ointment) for treating various toxic swellings.
Cimicifuga rhizome (3 liang) Belamcanda rhizome (2 liang) Arnebia root (Lulü) (2 liang) Forsythia fruit (2 liang) Mirabilite (2 liang) Scutellaria root (3 liang) Ophiopogon root (Shexian) (3 liang) Polygonum multiflorum root (Suodiaogen) (4 liang) Gardenia fruit (20 pieces) Immature bitter orange (2 liang)
Crush the above ten herbs. Soak in wine for half a day. Decoct with 5 sheng of lard. Once the ointment is formed, strain. Store in a container. For toxic heat swellings, apply and massage to disperse. Apply three times daily. (Same as *Duanju*)
Another formula: Daliao Zhi Zhongdu, Shengma Tang (Cimicifuga Decoction) for soaking toxic swellings.
Cimicifuga rhizome (1 liang) Scutellaria root (3 liang) Gardenia fruit (20 pieces) Arnebia root (Lulü) (2 liang) Polygonum multiflorum root (Suodiaogen) (5 liang) Mirabilite (2 liang)
Cut the above six herbs. Decoct in 1 dou of water to obtain 7 sheng. Cool. Use to soak the swelling, keeping it moist until resolved. (Same as *Duanju Jiyuan*)
Another formula: Lulü Tang (Arnebia Decoction).
Arnebia root (omit Gardenia) Belamcanda rhizome Scutellaria root Ephedra stem Perilla leaf (Baowei) (omit Anemarrhena) Bitter orange (roasted) Cimicifuga rhizome (omit Rhinoceros horn) Peony root Licorice root (roasted, 2 liang each) Rhubarb (3 liang, omit Mirabilite)
Cut the above ten herbs. Decoct in 1 dou of water to obtain 3 sheng. Divide into three doses. If herbs are unavailable, take Rhubarb alone (1 liang) to induce purging. Avoid seaweed and Chinese cabbage. (*Qianjin* states it treats all abscesses; *Duanju* also treats erysipelas; both from Vol. 5)
[Jin Xiao Formula] Verified formula for treating all heat-toxic swellings, primarily indicated for mastitis.
Blue Agarwood (Qingmuxiang) Pueraria lobata root (Zige) Pterocarpus santalinus (Zitan) Glauber salt (Puxiao) (2 liang each) Adzuki beans (1 he) Sichuan Cimicifuga (Shu Shengma) Belamcanda rhizome Alum (raw) (1 liang each)
Sieve the above eight herbs. Mix with water to form a thin batter. Mixing with elm bark juice is also good. Cut cloth to fit the swelling size. Cut small holes in each piece, apply medicine, and patch onto the swelling. Change when dry. (From Wang Du Zhi)
Another formula: Patch for resolving toxic heat swellings.
Turnip root (3 liang) Rapeseed seedlings, leaves, and roots (3 liang)
Crush the above two herbs. Mix with egg white and apply. Change when dry. Resolves on the same day.
Another formula
Phytolacca root Rapeseed seedlings, leaves, and roots (equal parts)
Crush the above two herbs. Apply as per the previous formula. Effective.
Another formula: Xiaoshi Gao (Niter Ointment) for treating all heat-sores and swellings.
Niter (1 jin) Raw sesame oil (3 sheng)
First, boil the oil until it turns black and foul-smelling. Add Niter. Simmer gently until it resembles thick syrup. Store the formed ointment in fine porcelain. Apply to sores/swellings. Taking a small amount internally during acute heat attacks is excellent. Frying with high-quality butter is even better. Avoid raw blood products.
