广济疗妇人怀妊，数伤胎方。
鲤鱼（二斤） 粳米（一升）
上二味如法作 ，少着盐，勿着葱豉醋，食之甚良，一月中顿三过作，效，安稳无忌。

集验疗妇人怀胎不长方。
鲤鱼长一尺者，水渍没，纳盐如枣，煮令熟，取汁稍稍饮之，当胎所腹上当汗如鼻状，
虽有所见，胎虽不安者，十余日辄一作此，令胎长大，甚平安。（出第十一卷中）
古今录验疗妊娠养胎，白术散方。
白术 芎 （各四分） 蜀椒（三分汗） 牡蛎（二分）
上四味捣下筛，酒服满一钱匕，日三夜一，但苦痛，加芍药，心下毒痛，倍加芎 ，吐
唾不能食饮，加细辛一两，半夏大钱二十枚服之，复更以醋浆水服之，若呕亦以醋浆水服之
，复不解者，小麦汁服之，以后其人若渴，大麦粥服之，病虽愈，尽服之勿置。忌桃李雀肉

广济疗妊娠伤寒，头痛壮热，肢节烦疼方。
前胡 知母（各三两） 石膏（五两） 大青 黄芩 栀子（各一两） 葱白（切一升）
上七味切，以水七升，煮取二升三合，绞去滓，分三服，服别相去如人行七八里，再服
不利。忌热面羊肉。（集验文仲备急救急同出第三卷中）
千金疗妊娠伤寒方。
葱白（十茎） 生姜（二两切）
上二味，以水三升，煮取二升半顿服，取汗。
又方
鲫鱼一头烧作灰，捣末，酒服方寸匕，取汗。（并出第二卷中）
救急疗妇人妊娠十月，若伤寒壮热，赤斑变为黑斑，溺血方。
升麻 栀子仁（各四两） 大青 杏仁（去皮尖） 黄芩（各三分） 葱白（切一升）
上六味切，以水六升，煮取半分三服。（出第四卷中）
妊娠患疟方二首
集验疗妊娠患疟汤方。
常山（二两） 甘草（一两炙） 黄芩（三两） 乌梅（十四枚擘） 石膏（八两）
上五味切，以水一升半合渍药一宿，煮三四沸，去滓，初服六合，次服四合，后服二合
，凡三服。忌海藻菘菜生葱。（千金救急古今录验同）
千金妊娠患疟方。
常山 竹叶（各三两） 石膏（八两碎） 糯米（一百粒）
上四味切，以水六升，煮取二升半，去滓，分三服，第一服未发前一食久服之，第二服
取临欲发，余一服用涂头额及胸前五心，药滓置头边，当一日勿进水及进饮食，过发后乃进
饮粥
《广济方》治疗妇女怀孕，屡次流产的方子。
鲤鱼（二斤） 粳米（一升）
以上两味药按规定方法煮成粥，少放盐，不要放葱、豆豉和醋，食用效果很好。一个月内分三次制作服用，有效，对胎儿安稳无禁忌。

《集验方》治疗妇女怀孕后胎儿发育不良的方子。
选取身长一尺的鲤鱼，用水浸泡至没过鱼身，放入如枣核大小的盐，煮熟后取汁液，慢慢饮用。在胎儿所在的腹部位置会出现像鼻子一样的汗出反应。
即使有出血现象，或者胎动不安的情况，每隔十余日就做一次此法，能使胎儿长大，非常平安。（出自第十一卷中）
《古今录验方》治疗妊娠期间养胎的白术散方。
白术 川芎（各四分） 蜀椒（三分，去汗/去油） 牡蛎（二分）
以上四味药捣碎过筛，用酒送服满一钱匕的量，白天三次，夜间一次。如果只感到疼痛，加芍药；如果心下剧烈疼痛，加倍使用川芎；如果呕吐唾液且不能饮食，加细辛一两，半夏大钱二十枚一起服用，再用醋浆水送服。如果呕吐，也用醋浆水送服。如果仍不缓解，用小麦汁送服。此后若病人感到口渴，用大麦粥送服。病虽痊愈，也要服完这些药，不要停止。忌食李子、桃子、雀肉等。（裴伏、张仲景的方子出自第十一卷中）
《广济方》治疗妊娠伤寒，头痛高热，四肢关节烦痛方。
前胡 知母（各三两） 石膏（五两） 大青 黄芩 栀子（各一两） 葱白（切一升）
以上七味药切碎，用水七升，煮取二升三合，过滤去掉药渣，分三次服用。每次服药间隔时间相当于人行走七八里的路程。第二次服用后若无不适则继续。忌食热面、羊肉。（《集验方》《文仲备急方》《急救急方》均见于第三卷中）
《千金方》治疗妊娠伤寒方。
葱白（十茎） 生姜（二两，切碎）
以上两味药，用水三升，煮取二升半，一次性服用，以取汗。
又一方
鲫鱼一条烧成灰，捣成粉末，用酒送服方寸匕的量，以取汗。（均出自第二卷中）
《救急方》治疗妇女妊娠十月，若患伤寒高热，身上赤斑变为黑斑，尿血方。
升麻 栀子仁（各四两） 大青 杏仁（去皮尖） 黄芩（各三分） 葱白（切一升）
以上六味药切碎，用水六升，煮取半分（此处原文可能有误，通常指煮取一定量，按字面译为“煮取半分”或理解为煮至剩余少量），分三次服用。（出自第四卷中）
妊娠患疟疾方两首
《集验方》治疗妊娠患疟疾汤方。
常山（二两） 甘草（一两，炙） 黄芩（三两） 乌梅（十四枚，掰开） 石膏（八两）
以上五味药切碎，用水一升半浸泡药物一夜，煮三四沸，过滤去掉药渣。初次服用六合，第二次服用四合，第三次服用二合，共三次服用。忌海藻、白菜、生葱。（《千金方》《救急方》《古今录验方》相同）
《千金方》治疗妊娠患疟疾方。
常山 竹叶（各三两） 石膏（八两，捣碎） 糯米（一百粒）
以上四味药切碎，用水六升，煮取二升半，过滤去掉药渣，分三次服用。第一次服用在未发作前一顿饭的时间之前服用，第二次服用在快要发作时服用，剩下的药渣涂在头顶、额头及胸前、手心脚心。药渣放在头边，当天禁止进水及进食，过了发作期后再进饮粥。
Guangji Fang (Broad Miracle Prescriptions) treats women who are pregnant and suffer from recurrent miscarriages.
Cyprini Carnis (Carp Meat, 鲤鱼) [2 jin]
Japonicae Oryzae Fructus (Rice, 粳米) [1 sheng]
Process the above two ingredients according to standard methods to make a porridge. Add a small amount of salt; do not add Allii Fistulosi Caulis (Scallion White, 葱), Fermented Soybeans (Dou Chi, 豉), or Vinegar. Eating this is very beneficial. Prepare it three times within one month for consumption. It is effective, ensures fetal stability, and has no contraindications.

Jiyan Fang (Collected Proven Prescriptions) treats women whose fetuses fail to grow during pregnancy.
Select a carp that is one chi long. Soak it in water until fully submerged. Add salt the size of a jujube. Boil until cooked. Take the broth and drink it slowly. Sweat resembling the shape of a nose should appear on the abdomen where the fetus is located.
Even if there is bleeding or fetal restlessness, perform this procedure once every ten days or so. This will promote fetal growth and ensure great peace and safety. (Found in Volume 11.)
Gujin Luyan Fang (Prescriptions Recorded Through the Ages) treats nourishing the fetus during pregnancy with Baizhu San (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Powder).
Baizhu Rhizoma (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 白术)
Xiongqiong Radix (Radix Chuanxiong, 川芎)

Shujiao Pericarpium (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli, 蜀椒) [3 fen, processed to remove oil/sweat]
Muli Concha (Concha Ostreae, 牡蛎) [2 fen]
Grind the above four ingredients and sieve them. Administer orally with wine, one qianbi full per dose. Take three times during the day and once at night. If only pain is present, add Shaoyao Radix (Radix Paeoniae Alba, 芍药). If there is severe pain in the epigastrium, double the dosage of Xiongqiong Radix (Radix Chuanxiong, 川芎). If there is vomiting of saliva and inability to eat or drink, add Xixin Herba (Herba Asari, 细辛) [1 liang] and Banxia Rhizoma (Rhizoma Pinelliae, 半夏) [20 large qian]. Administer these, then follow up with Cu Jiangshui (Vinegar Water). If vomiting occurs, also administer with Cu Jiangshui (Vinegar Water). If still unresolved, administer Xiaomai Juice (Wheat Juice, 小麦汁). If the patient becomes thirsty subsequently, administer Damai Zhou (Barley Porridge, 大麦粥). Even after the illness resolves, continue taking the medication until finished; do not stop. Avoid consuming Li Zi (Plums, 李), Tao Zi (Peaches, 桃), Que Rou (Sparrow Meat, 雀肉), etc.

Guangji Fang (Broad Miracle Prescriptions) treats cold damage (Shanghan, 伤寒) during pregnancy, characterized by headache, high fever, and painful joints.

Congbai Allii Fistulosi Caulis (Allii Fistulosi Caulis, 葱白) [1 sheng, sliced]
Chop the above seven ingredients. Add 7 sheng of water, boil down to 2 sheng and 3 he. Strain to remove dregs. Divide into three doses. The interval between doses should be equivalent to walking 7-8 li. If there is no adverse reaction after the second dose, continue. Avoid hot noodles and mutton.

Qianjin Fang (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) treats cold damage (Shanghan, 伤寒) during pregnancy.
Congbai Allii Fistulosi Caulis (Allii Fistulosi Caulis, 葱白) [10 stems]
Shengjiang Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 生姜) [2 liang, sliced]
Add 3 sheng of water to the above two ingredients. Boil down to 2.5 sheng. Take in one dose to induce sweating.
Another prescription:
Burn one Jiyu Carassius Auratus (Carassius Auratus, 鲫鱼) to ash, grind into powder. Administer orally with wine, one cunbi full, to induce sweating.

Jiuji Fang (Emergency Rescue Prescriptions) treats women in their tenth month of pregnancy who contract cold damage (Shanghan, 伤寒) with high fever, red macules turning black, and hematuria.

Two prescriptions for malaria during pregnancy.
Jiyan Fang (Collected Proven Prescriptions) treats malaria during pregnancy with Changshan Tang (Dichroa Decoction).
Changshan Dichroae Radix (Radix Dichroae, 常山) [2 liang]
Gancao Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Radix Glycyrrhizae, 甘草) [1 liang, honey-fried]
Huangqin Radix (Radix Scutellariae, 黄芩) [3 liang]
Wumei Mume Fructus (Fructus Mume, 乌梅) [14 pieces, split]
Shigypsum Gypsum Fibrosum (Gypsum Fibrosum, 石膏) [8 liang]
Chop the above five ingredients. Soak the herbs in 1.5 sheng of water overnight. Boil for three to four boils. Strain to remove dregs. Initial dose: 6 he. Second dose: 4 he. Third dose: 2 he. Total three doses. Avoid Haizao Sargassum (Sargassum, 海藻), Songcai Brassicae Pekinensis (Brassicae Pekinensis, 白菜), and raw Congbai Allii Fistulosi Caulis (Allii Fistulosi Caulis, 葱).

Nuomi Glutinosis Oryzae Fructus (Glutinosis Oryzae Fructus, 糯米) [100 grains]
Chop the above four ingredients. Add 6 sheng of water. Boil down to 2.5 sheng. Strain to remove dregs. Divide into three doses. The first dose should be taken more than one meal before the onset of symptoms. The second dose should be taken just before the onset. Apply the remaining medicinal dregs to the top of the head, forehead, chest, and the five centers (palms and soles). Place the dregs near the head. Do not consume any water or food on that day. After the episode passes, resume drinking congee.
