（治疗各种疔疮肿毒，以及跌打损伤、筋脉拘挛、贴骨疽，兼治男女头项部的瘰疬，以及乳痈流注形成的核块、痰气郁结凝滞，痘疹后引发的痈肿。）
番木鳖（四两。用米泔水浸泡三天，刮去毛皮，切片晒干，用麻油炒透。） 穿山甲鳞片（一两五钱，炒至焦脆易断） 共同研成粉末。用黄米饭捣匀作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用五分，根据患者体质酌情减量。按照病变部位选用引经药，煎汤送服。服药后宜保暖睡眠，避免受风。如果受风后感觉全身麻木，或发抖，不必惊慌，过一会儿就会安定。初起一二服即可消散，已成脓者，服用此药自能排出毒邪，不必切开排脓。这确实是外科医生的第一妙方。引经药用法：

Bai Fan (Alumen, 1 liang) Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 5 qian) Xiong Huang (Realgar, 1 liang) San Qi (Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma, 1 liang) Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 1 liang) Qing Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae Radix, 5 qian) Chuan Bei Mu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, 1 liang) Wu Ling Zhi (Trogopteri Dung, 1 liang) Zhu Sha (Cinnabaris, 1 qian) Grind all into fine powder. Form pills using rice paste as a binder. Coat with Zhu Sha powder.
(Treats various Ding sores and swellings, as well as traumatic injuries, muscle spasms, deep-seated abscesses; also treats scrofula on the head and neck of men and women, lymphatic nodules from breast abscesses, stagnation of phlegm and qi, and carbuncles arising after smallpox/variolous eruptions.)
Fan Mu Bie (Strychni Semen, 4 liang. Soak in rice washing water for three days, scrape off hairs and skin, slice and dry, stir-fry thoroughly with sesame oil.) Jia Pian (Pangolin Scale, 1.5 liang, stir-fried until brittle and breaking easily) Grind both into powder. Mix with yellow rice paste to form pills, size of Sophora seeds. Take 0.5 qian per dose, adjust according to patient's constitution. Use guiding herbs based on the affected area, decocted in soup for administration. Keep warm and sleep; avoid exposure to wind. If numbness or trembling occurs due to wind exposure, do not panic; it will settle shortly. For early stages, one or two doses can resolve it; for those with pus formation, this medicine naturally expels toxins, avoiding the need for incision and drainage.
