角刺 炒黄 （各一两） 生甘草 乳香（各五钱）
各研细末，陈酒送下，每服三钱。
治跌打损伤，肿毒危重之症，内服、外敷皆效。HT 峒二字，外国地名。
牛黄 冰片（各二钱半） 阿魏 雄黄（各一两） 生军 乳香 没药 儿茶 天竺黄 血
竭参三七（各二两）
各研细末，以山羊血五钱拌，晒干透，再磨为粉，加藤黄二两，隔水煮透，去净浮腻，
丸如芡实大，晒干，忌火烘。以黄蜡为壳包裹，临用以一丸，陈酒送服。
马曰∶不及西洋十宝丹。
治毒瓦斯攻心，并治狗咬。
绿豆粉（一两） 乳香（五钱，去油） 灯心炭（三钱）
共研细末，生甘草一两，煎浓汁，搅调药末，令病者时刻呷咽，咽至大半，自然止呕，
邪气清爽，接服醒消丸立愈。
治横 。

布袋同盛煮粥，如有鲜角膏者，当用膏二钱，同糯米煮粥，日食至愈。鲜角膏见敷药门

治乳痈乳疖。
乳香 没药（各去油） 白芷 浙贝 归身（各等分）
为末，陈酒调服，每服五钱，醉盖取汗。
治一应久烂不堪，并瘰 、乳痈、乳岩溃烂不堪者。
有子蜂窠（露天者佳） 尖鼠粪 楝树子（立冬后者佳） 青皮（各等分）
炙研细末，每服三钱，陈酒送下，隔二日再服，愈。
马曰∶此丹治藜藿之辈则可，然溃烂不堪者，亦不相宜。
治疗各种穿透性的外科病症。

将上述药材分别研成细末，用五钱山羊血拌匀，晒干透彻，再研磨成粉，加入二两藤黄，隔水炖煮透彻，撇去浮沫和油腻，制成如芡实大小的丸剂，晒干，忌用火烘烤。用黄蜡作为外壳包裹，使用时取一丸，用陈年黄酒送服。
马元仪评曰：此药效果不及西洋十宝丹。
治疗毒瓦斯攻心，并治疗狗咬伤。

共同研成细末，取生甘草一两，煎煮浓汁，搅拌调和药末，让患者时刻小口吞咽，咽下大半后，呕吐自然停止，邪气清爽，接着服用醒消丸即可立即痊愈。
治疗横痃（腹股沟淋巴结肿大）。

用布袋装在一起煮粥，如果有新鲜的角膏，应当使用二钱角膏，同糯米一起煮粥，每日食用直至痊愈。新鲜角膏见敷药门。
治疗乳痈（急性乳腺炎）、乳疖（乳房疖肿）。
乳香 没药（各去油） 白芷 浙贝母 当归身（各等分）
研成细末，用陈年黄酒调服，每次服用五钱，服药后醉卧盖被以取汗。
治疗一切久溃不愈、腐烂严重的病症，以及瘰疬（颈部淋巴结核）、乳痈、乳岩（乳腺癌）溃烂严重者。
有子蜂窠（露天者为佳） 尖鼠粪 楝树子（立冬后采集者为佳） 青皮（各等分）
炙烤后研成细末，每次服用三钱，用陈年黄酒送服，每隔两天再服一次，直至痊愈。
马元仪评曰：此丹对于平民百姓尚可，但对于溃烂严重的病症，也不适宜。
Treats all types of penetrating external lesions.
Jiaoci (Thorns of *Acanthopanacis Senticosi Caulis*, stir-fried until yellow, each 1 liang) Sheng Gancao (Raw *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma*) Ruxiang (Frankincense, each 5 qian)
Grind each into fine powder separately, take with aged rice wine, 3 qian per dose.
Treats severe conditions such as traumatic injuries and toxic swellings; effective for both internal administration and external application. The term "Dongtian" refers to a foreign place name.
Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, each 2.5 qian) Awei (Asafoetida) Xionghuang (Realgar, each 1 liang) Sheng Jun (Raw *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma*), Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), Ercha (Catechu), Tianzhu Huang (Calculus Budhalae), Xuexie (Dragon's Blood), Renshen (Ginseng), Sanqi (*Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma*, each 2 liang)
Grind each into fine powder separately, mix with 5 qian of Goat Blood (*Capra Hircus Sanguis*), dry thoroughly, then grind again into powder. Add 2 liang of Tenghuang (*Curcumae Longae Rhizoma*), steam over water until thoroughly cooked, remove all floating impurities and grease. Form pills the size of *Euryale Seed* (Qianshi), dry in the sun, avoid fire roasting. Wrap in shells made of yellow beeswax. For use, take one pill, swallow with aged rice wine.
Ma Yuanyi commented: This is inferior to Western Ten-Treasure Pill.
Treats toxin attacking the heart, and also treats dog bites.
Lvdou Fen (Mung Bean Powder, 1 liang) Ruxiang (Frankincense, 5 qian, oil removed) Dengxin Tan (Charred Junci Medulla, 3 qian)
Grind together into fine powder. Take 1 liang of Sheng Gancao (Raw *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma*), decoct into a thick liquid, stir to mix with the powder. Let the patient sip and swallow continuously. After swallowing more than half, vomiting will naturally cease, the pathogenic qi will clear, and subsequently taking Xingxiao Wan (Revive and Eliminate Pill) will lead to immediate recovery.
Treats Hengxuan (Inguinal lymphadenitis).
Jiaoci Mo (Powdered Thorns of *Acanthopanacis Senticosi Caulis*, 6 qian) Nuomi (Glutinous Rice, 2 he)
Place in a cloth bag and cook into porridge. If fresh Jiaogao (Fresh Thorn Paste) is available, use 2 qian of paste, cook together with glutinous rice into porridge. Consume daily until cured. See External Application Section for details on Fresh Jiaogao.
Treats Ruphong (Acute Mastitis) and Rouji (Breast Furuncle).
Ruxiang (Frankincense) Moyao (Myrrh) (both oil removed) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Zhebei (Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus) Guishen (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Heart portion) (each equal parts)
Grind into powder, mix with aged rice wine for oral administration, 5 qian per dose. Cover with blankets while intoxicated to induce sweating.
Treats all chronic ulcers that are unbearable due to prolonged decay, as well as severe ulceration from Luoli (Scrofula), Ruphong (Acute Mastitis), and Luyan (Breast Cancer).
Youzi Fengke (Honeycomb with larvae, preferably exposed to open air) Jian Shufen (Sharp Mouse Feces) Lianshu Zi (Chinaberry Fruit, preferably collected after Start of Winter) Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, each equal parts)
Roast and grind into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, swallow with aged rice wine. Repeat every two days until cured.
Ma Yuanyi commented: This pill is suitable for common people, but it is not appropriate for cases with severe ulceration.
