Take three *jin* (approx. 1.5 kg) of hemp seed oil (*Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil*). First, boil one *jin* of hair from a vigorous adult male until the hair becomes charred. Skim off the dregs. Then, add one *jin* each of fresh leaves and roots of Arctii Fructus (*Niu Bang Zi*), Chrysanthemi Flos (*Ju Hua*), Xanthii Folium et Radix (*Cang Er Cao*), Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis (*Jin Yin Teng*), Patriniae Herba (*Ma Bian Cao*), and *Xianren Duizuo Cao*. Separately, take ten *jin* of oil and boil these herbs until they are charred, then strain to extract the oil. Next, add Baizhi (*Angelicae Dahuricae Radix*), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (*Gan Cao*), Trogopterori Faeces (*Wu Ling Zhi*), and Angelicae Sinensis Radix (*Dang Gui*), each weighing eight *liang*, into the pot. Boil until the medicinal materials are charred, remove the dregs, and allow to cool. Combine this with the previously prepared hair-infused oil. For every one *jin* of oil, add seven *liang* of peach-colored litharge (*Taodan*) that has been thoroughly stir-fried. Mix well and boil until a drop forms a bead in water and does not stick to the fingers. Remove from fire and allow to cool down to dissipate the "fire qi". Spread on oil paper for application. For the softer paste (*Nen Gao*), use four *liang* of stir-fried peach-colored litharge per one *jin* of oil, boiling until black.
Treats sores from torture sticks, whip injuries, and gun or club trauma, with very rapid efficacy.
Take four *liang* of sesame oil (*Sesamum Indicum Oleum*), boil until it forms beads. Add five *qian* of processed Pine Resin (*Songxiang*), two and a half *qian* each of White Beeswax (*Baila*) and Yellow Beeswax (*Huangla*). Boil again until smoke disappears and impurities are skimmed off. Filter through silk cloth to obtain a clear liquid. Step 1: Add one *liang* of finely ground Calomel (*Qingfen*). Step 2: Add three *fen* of Borneolum Syntheticum (*Bingpian*). Step 3: Add three *fen* of Moschus (*Shexiang*). Stir and mix thoroughly until extremely uniform. Add one egg white and stir well. Store in a porcelain bottle, sealed with wax for later use. If stored for more than two months, the medicine will dry out and become ineffective.
Treats scrofula (*Luoli*), tubercles, and malignant nodules; applying this plaster causes them to dissipate immediately. If the root of the toxin is not removed, one must take Zijiong Wan (*Zilong Pill*) orally three times daily while externally applying this plaster to eradicate the root and prevent recurrence.
