香油一斤，青槐枝一百段，次第入油，熬枯去枝，俟至滴水不散，加入黄蜡、淀粉各一

钱，离火温时，再下制净乳香、没药、儿茶、白花蛇各三钱，潮脑一两，麝香一钱，同油搅
匀成膏，浸水内一宿，摊贴。
治生肌收口。
香油四两，烛油一两五钱，黄蜡一两五钱，熬至滴水不散，离火，入炒铅粉三两，再入

照患孔大小，剪如膏药一方，针刺二三十眼，取光面贴孔上，每日煎紫花地丁草汤洗孔，并
洗膏二次。三日内毒水流尽，色变红活，以水飞伏龙散掺上，仍用前膏贴外。戒多立行走、
房事、食毒物。凡妇人，须待月信之后贴起。
马曰∶以上各方，皆平稳可用。

得已而用之，或病势不甚重者，不必用此活物，可免杀生之孽。
治疗瘙痒深入见骨，以及疮孔内部发痒的症状。
取香油一斤，青槐枝一百段，依次放入油中熬煮，待药材枯焦后去除药渣，继续熬至滴入水中不散开（滴水成珠）的状态，加入黄蜡、淀粉各一两五钱，离火待温度稍温时，再加入经过炮制的乳香、没药、儿茶、白花蛇各三钱，冰片一两，麝香一钱，与油搅拌均匀制成膏药，浸泡在水中一夜，然后摊开贴敷。
治疗促进肌肉生长、收敛伤口。
取香油四两，烛油一两五钱，黄蜡一两五钱，熬至滴入水中不散开，离火，加入炒过的铅粉三两，再依次加入轻粉、乳香、没药、阿魏、白蜡、雄黄、龙骨、珍珠各五钱，儿茶六钱，搅拌均匀并远离火源，最后加入麝香五钱，制成膏药备用。用此法生肌收口效果最佳。
治疗毒气穿透形成的疮头，神效。
铜青、松香、乳香、没药、杏仁、生木鳖子粉、蓖麻仁（各等分），巴豆（不去油，焙干使用）。
共同捣打成膏，每两膏药内，加入白砒一分，再次搅匀。使用时取绿豆大小一粒，放在患处顶端，用膏药覆盖，溃破后即揭下，洗净后更换新膏贴敷。孕妇及产后妇女禁用。
治疗烂腿日久不愈的情况。
乌铅一斤，加入白砒三钱熔化，次日刮下铅表面的物质，称为金顶砒。再用铅熔化，浇铸成薄如纸片的形状，根据患孔的大小，剪成一方膏药状，针刺二三十个眼，取光亮面贴在孔上。每天煎紫花地丁草汤清洗患孔，并清洗膏药两次。三天内毒水流尽，颜色变为红活，用水飞法处理的伏龙散掺敷其上，仍用前面的膏药贴在外面。禁止多站立行走、房事、食用有毒食物。凡是妇女，必须等到月经结束后才能开始贴敷。
马氏说：以上各方，都平稳可用。

Treats severe itching extending to the bone, and itching within the ulcer cavity.
Take one *jin* (approx. 500g) of sesame oil and one hundred segments of green locustum branches (*Cercis chinensis*). Add them sequentially into the oil and boil until the branches are scorched and brittle, then remove the branches. Continue boiling until a drop of oil forms a bead when dropped into water (*dianshui chengzhu*). Add one *liang* and five *qian* (approx. 56.25g) each of beeswax and starch. Remove from fire; when the mixture is warm, add three *qian* (approx. 11.25g) each of processed *Boswelliae Cartharsii Resina* (Ru Xiang), *Myrrhae Resina* (Mo Yao), *Camelliae Semen* (Er Cha), and *Daboia sinensis* (Baihua She), one *liang* (approx. 37.5g) of *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Cha Nao), and one *qian* (approx. 3.75g) of *Moschus* (She Xiang). Stir uniformly with the oil to form an ointment. Soak in water overnight, then spread and apply.
Promotes tissue regeneration and wound contraction.
Take four *liang* (approx. 150g) of sesame oil, one *liang* and five *qian* (approx. 56.25g) of candle wax, and one *liang* and five *qian* (approx. 56.25g) of beeswax. Boil until a drop forms a bead in water. Remove from fire, add three *liang* (approx. 112.5g) of calcined lead powder. Then add five *qian* (approx. 18.75g) each of *Calomelas* (Qing Fen), *Boswelliae Cartharsii Resina* (Ru Xiang), *Myrrhae Resina* (Mo Yao), *Ferulae Resina* (A Wei), white wax, *Realgar* (Xiong Huang), *Ossum Draconis* (Long Gu), and *Concha Margaritifera* (Zhen Zhu), plus six *qian* (approx. 22.5g) of *Camelliae Semen* (Er Cha). Stir uniformly away from heat. Finally, add five *qian* (approx. 18.75g) of *Moschus* (She Xiang). The ointment is ready for use. This method is most effective for promoting tissue regeneration and wound contraction.
Highly effective for treating toxic abscesses penetrating through the head.
*Cuprum Carbonicum Viride* (Tong Qing), *Pini Rosin* (Song Xiang), *Boswelliae Cartharsii Resina* (Ru Xiang), *Myrrhae Resina* (Mo Yao), *Amygdalus Persicae Semen* (Xing Ren), raw *Momordicae Semen* powder (Sheng Mubie Fen), *Ricini Fructus* (Bima Ren) (equal parts); *Crotonis Fructus* (Badou) (do not remove oil, roast before use).
Grind all ingredients together into an ointment. For every *liang* (approx. 37.5g) of ointment, add one *fen* (approx. 0.375g) of white arsenic (*Bai Pi*), and stir uniformly. When applying, take a grain-sized amount (size of a mung bean), place it on the apex of the lesion, cover with the ointment. Once ulcerated, remove the dressing, wash clean, and apply fresh ointment. Contraindicated during pregnancy and postpartum.
Treats chronic non-healing leg ulcers.
Take one *jin* (approx. 500g) of black lead and melt it with three *qian* (approx. 11.25g) of white arsenic (*Bai Pi*). The next day, scrape off the surface layer of the lead; this is called "Golden-Topped Arsenic" (*Jinding Pi*). Melt the lead again and pour it out thinly like paper sheets. Cut into square patches according to the size of the ulcer hole. Prick twenty to thirty holes with a needle. Apply the smooth side directly onto the hole. Daily, wash the hole with a decoction of *Viola Yedoensis* herb (*Zihua Diding*) and wash the patch twice. Within three days, the toxic fluid will drain completely, and the color will turn red and vibrant. Apply *Fulong San* (prepared by wet-pulverization) over the area, and continue using the aforementioned patch externally. Avoid prolonged standing or walking, sexual intercourse, and consuming toxic foods. For women, application must begin only after menstruation has ended.
Master Ma said: All the above prescriptions are safe and effective.
The treatment methods in this book are extraordinarily miraculous. Some formulas utilize live animals such as ducks, toads, river snails, crucian carp, spiders, and centipedes. These are used only out of necessity. If the disease severity is not significant, these live creatures need not be used, thereby avoiding the karmic burden of killing living beings.
