先用尿净，以番木鳖切片，瓦上炙炭存性，研末，撒上二三日，可以收功。如腐烂成脓
，有胸痞之象者，当服护心散。治法宜主清火化毒。
马曰∶最妙用万年青，即千年莲，连根捣汁服，即用渣敷咬处。虽疯狗咬伤，眼红，腹
内作痛者，服之无不其应如响。
用绿矾斤许煎汤，粗草纸浸透，裹于伤处，再以灯心绳火于纸上熏之。纸温即将纸易，
再
熏可以立刻照常。或于断骨骱上伤处，用竹片绑七日痊愈。或用黎洞丸，内服外敷亦效。
马曰∶方亦灵验，然起死回生，不如回生丹多多矣。
用硼砂研粉，以骨钻蘸津沾粉点两目，泪出稍松，连点三次，立时痊愈。
用灯心灰吹三四次，骨化而愈。或用双砂汤，连连服下，即化为涎。
马曰∶古方可用。
捉肥虱二十余个，二指捻熟，针破虱腹，令人仰卧，将虱血滴入眼内，少刻天丝随血而
出。
吐津于石瓶上，以人指甲磨浓，骨钻蘸津点入眼内，不一刻一抹而出。
用金乌汤食下，隔两日再服一次，痊愈。
马曰∶赤眼乃肝肺之热，杜仲酒酿，似不宜用。
黄连、柴胡各一钱，研末，人乳调和，涂于涌泉穴，男左女右，可愈。
痘有初开，眼内有星翳。取杭州胭脂泡水，以纸铺水面上，新笔于纸上蘸水，一日拂三
次，三日愈。迟治带疾。
以水金散煎服，外用龙骨末吹入，立止。
大麻风（烂溃不堪者、初起未烂，治法同效。）
用粗如酒杯之蛇一条，竹刀破腹去杂，切寸段，取瓦放于炭火上，以蛇段竖放瓦上。跌
倒者
系无毒之段，弃之不用；不倒者有毒，用炙存性，磨粉拌入饭内。觅通身白毛鸭一只与食，
次日鸭毛尽脱，以鸭杀之，石锅内煮烂，匀作四五日食。凡吃鸭第一顿，其肿者更肿，第二
三顿收小，吃完愈。
马曰∶麻风忌蛇忌酒，此方万不可用。另附方。

马曰：最妙的方法是使用万年青（即千年莲），连根捣碎取汁内服，并将药渣敷在咬伤处。即使是疯狗咬伤，出现眼睛发红、腹部疼痛的症状，服用此方无不迅速见效。
用约一斤绿矾煎煮汤剂，用粗草纸浸透，包裹在受伤部位，再用灯心草绳在纸上熏烤。纸变温后立即更换新纸，再次熏烤可以立刻恢复正常。或者对于骨折关节处的伤口，用竹片固定绑扎七天即可痊愈。也可以使用黎洞丸，内服外敷同样有效。
马曰：这个方子也灵验，但在起死回生方面，远不如回生丹效果显著。
用硼砂研磨成粉，用骨钻蘸唾液沾取粉末点入双眼，待泪水流出后感觉稍放松，连续点三次，立刻痊愈。
用灯心草灰吹入患处三四次，骨头软化后即可痊愈。或者使用双砂汤，连续服用，即可化为涎液排出。
马曰：古方可以使用。
捕捉二十多条肥大的虱子，用两个手指搓熟，针刺破虱子的腹部，让患者仰卧，将虱血滴入眼中，片刻后，天丝（眼虫）随血液一起排出。
在石瓶口吐唾液，用人指甲磨浓，用骨钻蘸唾液点入眼中，不一会儿一抹即可取出异物。
用金乌汤送服，隔两天再服一次，即可痊愈。
黄连、柴胡各一钱，研磨成粉末，用人乳调和，涂抹于涌泉穴，男性涂左脚，女性涂右脚，可以治愈。
痘疹初开时，眼内有星翳。取杭州胭脂泡水，将纸铺在水面上，用新毛笔在纸上蘸水，每天拂拭三次，三天痊愈。治疗迟缓会留下病疾。
大麻风（溃烂严重的、初起未溃烂的，治疗方法相同且有效。）
用粗如酒杯大小的蛇一条，用竹刀剖开腹部去除内脏，切成寸段，取一块瓦片放在炭火上，将蛇段竖放于瓦片上。如果蛇段倒下，说明是无毒的部分，丢弃不用；如果不倒，说明有毒，将其烧制存性，磨成粉末拌入饭中食用。找一只全身白毛的鸭子喂食，第二天鸭毛全部脱落，杀死鸭子，在石锅中煮烂，平均分作四五天吃完。凡是吃鸭子的第一顿，肿胀处会更肿，第二三顿开始收缩变小，吃完后痊愈。
First, wash the wound clean with urine. Slice Strychnos nux-vomica (Fanmu Die), roast it on a tile until carbonized but retaining its medicinal properties (Tan Cun Xing), grind it into powder, and sprinkle it on the wound for two to three days to achieve healing. If the wound becomes rotten and suppurative, accompanied by chest fullness, one should take Huxin San (Heart-Protecting Powder). The treatment principle should focus on clearing fire and resolving toxicity.
Ma said: The most excellent method is to use Qingcao (Qian Nian Qing / *Polygonum aviculare*), including the roots, crush them to extract juice for oral administration, and apply the dregs to the bite site. Even in cases of mad dog bites presenting with red eyes and abdominal pain, this remedy yields prompt and effective results.
Boil approximately one *jin* (approx. 500g) of Green Vitriol (*Lu Fan*) in water. Soak coarse straw paper thoroughly in the solution, wrap it around the injured area, and fumigate the paper using a burning rush pith cord. Replace the paper as soon as it warms up; repeated fumigation can restore normal function immediately. Alternatively, for wounds involving fractured bones or joints, bind the area with bamboo strips for seven days to achieve recovery. One may also use Lidong Wan (Lidong Pill), which is effective both internally and externally.
Ma said: This prescription is also efficacious; however, in terms of rescuing the critically ill, it falls far short of Huisheng Dan (Life-Restoring Pill).
Grind Borax (*Peng Sha*) into powder. Dip a bone awl in saliva, moisten it with the powder, and apply it to both eyes. When tears flow and relief is felt, repeat this three times consecutively for immediate recovery.
Blow ash from burning rush pith (*Deng Xin*) into the affected area three or four times; the bone will soften and heal. Alternatively, administer Shuangsha Tang (Double Sand Decoction) continuously until the foreign body is transformed into saliva and expelled.
Ma said: Ancient prescriptions can be used.
Capture more than twenty fat lice. Rub them between two fingers until cooked, pierce the abdomen of each louse with a needle, have the patient lie supine, and drip the louse blood into the eye. After a short while, the "sky thread" (eye worm) will be expelled along with the blood.
Salivate onto the rim of a stone bottle, grind human fingernails into a thick paste, dip a bone awl into the saliva, and apply it to the eye. Within moments, the foreign object can be wiped out.
Take Jnwu Tang (Golden Crow Decoction) orally, and repeat the dose after two days for complete recovery.
Ma said: Red eye is caused by heat in the Liver and Lungs; Du Zhong fermented wine (*Du Zhong Jiu Niang*) is likely inappropriate here.
Take Coptis Rhizome (*Huang Lian*) and Bupleurum Root (*Chai Hu*), one *qian* (approx. 3.7g) each, grind into powder, mix with human milk, and apply to Yongquan (KI1) acupoint. Apply to the left foot for males and the right foot for females to cure the condition.
When chickenpox/variola initially opens, if there are star-shaped opacities in the eye, soak Hangzhou rouge in water. Place paper on the water surface, dip a new brush into the water-soaked paper, and gently wipe the eye three times a day. Recovery occurs in three days; delayed treatment may result in residual disease.
Decoct and drink Shuijin San (Water Gold Powder); externally, blow Longgu powder (Fossilized Bone) into the wound to stop bleeding immediately.
Leprosy (For severe ulceration or early-stage non-ulcerated cases, the treatment method is the same and effective.)
Take a snake as thick as a wine cup, cut open its belly with a bamboo knife, remove viscera, and slice it into inch-long segments. Place a tile over charcoal fire, stand the snake segments vertically on the tile. Segments that fall down are non-toxic and should be discarded; those that remain upright are toxic. Roast the toxic segments until carbonized but retaining medicinal properties, grind into powder, and mix into rice for consumption. Find a white-feathered duck and feed it the mixture. The next day, all the duck's feathers will fall out. Kill the duck, boil it until tender in a clay pot, and divide the meat into portions for consumption over four to five days. On the first meal, swelling may increase; by the second and third meals, it begins to subside. Complete recovery follows finishing the duck.
Ma said: Leprosy patients must avoid snake meat and alcohol; this prescription must absolutely not be used. Another prescription is attached separately.
