甘草（七段），用急流水一碗浸之。炙干，又浸又炙，以水尽为度。研细末，每日空心开
水调下二钱。忌煎炒烟酒炙爆辛辣发气等物。
大熟地（九蒸晒） 大生地（酒洗，各三两） 山药（乳拌蒸） 茯苓（乳拌蒸） 丹皮（酒蒸
，各一两半） 泽泻（盐水蒸一两） 当归（酒蒸） 白芍（酒炒） 柏子（去壳隔纸炒） 丹参（酒
蒸各二两） 远志（去心，甘草水泡蒸四两） 自败龟板（浸净童便炙炒研为极细末四两）
共为末，用金石斛四两，金银花十二两，熬膏，和炼蜜杵为丸，每早淡盐汤下四钱。
法用大田螺一个，以冰片掺靥中，仰放盏内，少顷水流出。取搽痔疮上，其肿立消。
下疳，生疮湿痒，或阴茎肿烂，或如菌如蛇。此湿热之甚也。宜服九味芦荟丸，并用加
味逍遥散。气虚者，佐以加味归脾汤。
芦荟（五钱） 胡黄连 当归 芍药 川芎 芜荑（各一两） 木香 甘草（各三钱） 胆草

上为末，米粥糊丸麻子仁大，每服一钱或一钱五分，开水下。
杨梅结毒，不可搽轻粉，恐毒瓦斯入内。宜服忍冬汤，贴以万全膏，并用金蝉脱甲酒。
金银花（一两） 甘草（二钱） 黑料豆（二两） 土茯苓（四两）
水煎，每日一剂，须尽饮。
治杨梅疮，不拘新久，轻重皆效。好酒五斤，用大蛤蟆一个，浸酒封口。煮香二枝取起
。待次日，随量之大小，总以醉为度。冬夏盖暖出汗为效。存酒次日只服量之一半，酒尽疮
愈。又治杨梅结毒，筋骨疼痛，诸药不效者更妙。服酒后七日，不许见风为要。忌口及房事
百日，绝根矣。

以上药材共同研磨成末，使用金石斛四两，金银花十二两，熬制成膏，与炼蜜混合捣匀做成丸药，每天早上用淡盐汤送服四钱。
方法是用一只大田螺，将冰片撒入其腹中，倒置放在盏内，片刻后会有水流出。取此水涂抹于痔疮上，肿胀立即消退。
下疳（指发生于生殖器部位的溃疡性疮疡），出现疮疡湿痒，或者阴茎肿胀腐烂，或者形状像菌类或蛇形。这是湿热邪气极盛的表现。适宜服用九味芦荟丸，并配合使用加味逍遥散。对于气虚患者，辅助使用加味归脾汤。

以上药材研磨成末，用米粥糊作为粘合剂制成如麻子大小的丸药，每次服用一钱或一钱五分，用开水送服。
杨梅结毒（梅毒晚期出现的结节性损害），不可涂抹轻粉（氯化亚汞），恐怕毒气进入体内。适宜服用忍冬汤，外贴万全膏，并配合饮用金蝉脱甲酒。
金银花（一两） 甘草（二钱） 黑料豆（二两） 土茯苓（四两）
用水煎煮，每日一剂，必须全部饮完。
治疗杨梅疮（梅毒），不论新旧、轻重均有效。取好酒五斤，放入一只大蛤蟆，浸泡酒后封口。煮入沉香二枝后取出。等到第二天，根据患者酒量大小，以喝醉为限度。冬天夏天要注意保暖并出汗才见效。剩下的酒第二天只服用一半的量，酒喝完则疮愈。又用于治疗杨梅结毒引起的筋骨疼痛，其他药物无效者更为奇妙。服药酒后七天内，不许见风，这是关键。忌口及禁止房事一百天，即可断绝病根。
Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, seven segments) is soaked in one bowl of fast-flowing water. It is roasted until dry, then soaked and roasted again until the water is completely exhausted. It is ground into a fine powder. Each day, on an empty stomach, two qian are taken with warm boiled water. Avoid fried, roasted, smoked foods, tobacco, alcohol, spicy items, and "fa qi" (stimulating foods that may exacerbate disease).
Da Shudi (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, steamed and dried nine times), Da Shengdi (Raw Rehmanniae Radix, washed with wine, each 3 liang), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, mixed with milk and steamed), Fuling (Poria, mixed with milk and steamed), Danpi (Moutan Cortex, steamed with wine, each 1.5 liang), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, steamed with salt water, 1 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, steamed with wine), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, stir-fried with wine), Baiziren (Biota Semen, shelled and stir-fried between papers), Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, steamed with wine, each 2 liang), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed, soaked in Gancao water and steamed, 4 liang), Zi Bai Guiban (Plastrum Testudinis from naturally deceased tortoise, cleaned in child's urine, roasted, and ground to an extremely fine powder, 4 liang).
These are collectively ground into powder. Jinsihu (Dendrobii Caulis, 4 liang) and Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, 12 liang) are decocted to make a paste. This paste is mixed with refined honey and pounded into pills. Take four qian each morning with light salt water.
The method involves using one large pond snail. Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian) is sprinkled into its aperture, and it is placed upside down in a cup. After a short while, fluid flows out. Apply this fluid to hemorrhoids; the swelling will subside immediately.
Xiagan (Chancre, referring to ulcerative lesions on the genitals) presents with sores, dampness, itching, or swelling and rotting of the penis, sometimes resembling fungi or snakes. This indicates extreme accumulation of damp-heat. It is appropriate to take Jiwei Luehui Wan (Nine-Ingredient Aloe Pill) and combine it with Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Free and Easy Wanderer Powder). For patients with Qi deficiency, add Jiawei Guipi Tang (Modified Restore the Spleen Decoction) as an adjunct.
Luehui (Aloe, 5 qian), Huhuanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma substitute, Picrorhizae Rhizoma), Danggui, Shaoyao, Chuanxiong, Wuyi (Meliae Toosendan Fructus, each 1 liang), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Gancao (each 3 qian), Dancao (Gentianae Radix, 7 qian, soaked in wine and stir-fried until scorched).
Grind these into powder. Use rice porridge paste as a binder to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take one qian or 1.5 qian per dose, with warm boiled water.
Yangmei Jiedu (Koumei Disease condyloma/late-stage syphilitic nodules) should not be treated with Qingfen (Calomel), lest the toxic fumes enter the interior. It is appropriate to take Rendong Tang (Honeysuckle Decoction), apply Wanchun Gao externally, and combine with Jinchan Tuojia Jiu (Golden Cicada Shedding Armor Wine).
Jinyinhua (1 liang), Gancao (2 qian), Heiliaodou (Phaseoli Semen Nigrum, 2 liang), Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, 4 liang).
Decoct in water. One dose per day; the entire amount must be consumed.
This treats Yangmei Chuang (Koumei Disease/Syphilis chancre), effective regardless of whether it is new or old, mild or severe. Take five jin of good liquor. Soak one large toad in the wine and seal the container. Boil with two branches of Xiang (Agarwood/Oud) and remove them. On the next day, consume according to the patient's tolerance, aiming for intoxication. Keep warm in winter and summer to induce sweating for efficacy. The remaining wine should be halved the next day. When the wine is finished, the sores heal. This is also excellent for treating bone and joint pain caused by Yangmei Jiedu when other medicines fail. After taking the wine, it is crucial to avoid wind exposure for seven days. Observe dietary restrictions and abstain from sexual activity for one hundred days to eradicate the root cause.
