（伏兔疽）
附骨疽，肉里浮肿，而皮色不变也。宜用艾炷灸之。俾其转阴为阳乃吉。若生于膝上三
寸，名曰伏兔疽，法在不治。
蛇头毒，手足指肿，大如蛇头也。宜用艾炷隔蒜灸之。以雄黄、白芷等分为末，同大蒜
捣烂灸之。或嚼生栗敷之亦效。
脱疽，生于手足指，肿大如蛇头也。肿腐溃烂。掺以海浮散，贴以万全膏。
疮，生于足之内外 。宜服生熟地黄丸，并敷海浮散，贴以万全膏。若湿热甚，而溃
烂不收口者，于海浮散内加入黄柏散同敷，立效。
肠痈，有生于肠内者，腹内胀急，大小便牵痛如淋，转侧摇之作水声，溃后则脓从大便
出。有生于肠外者，当脐肿痛，腹皮胀急，溃后则脓自脐出。甚则穿溃大肠，食虫亦自脐去
，势难为矣。初起宜用千金牡丹皮散以消之。既溃，则用参 内托之剂。
丹皮（五钱） 苡仁（一两） 栝蒌仁（去油二钱） 桃仁（去皮尖二十枚研）
水煎服。
（脏毒 内痔外痔 脱肛）
悬痈，生于肾囊之后，肛门之前，又名海底漏。最难收功。脏毒生于肛门之两旁，初时
肿痛，继则溃脓。总由湿热相火，内灼庚金而然者。宜服国老散、加减地黄丸，并敷海浮散
，贴膏药，此一定之治法也。内痔外痔，亦并可服前药。洗以忍冬藤、菖蒲草，兼用田螺水
搽之，可以立消。脱肛属气虚，补中益气汤。亦有血虚火旺者，四物汤加升麻。
（伏兔疽）
附骨疽，表现为肌肉深层浮肿，而皮肤颜色没有改变。适宜使用艾炷进行灸治。使其由阴证转为阳证才是吉兆。如果生于膝盖上方三寸处，称为伏兔疽，治疗法则属于难治之症。
蛇头毒，表现为手足指头肿胀，大小如同蛇头。适宜使用艾炷隔着蒜片进行灸治。将雄黄、白芷按相等比例研成粉末，与大蒜一同捣烂后用于灸治。或者嚼碎生栗子敷贴患处也有效。
脱疽，生于手足指头，肿大如同蛇头。出现肿胀、腐败、溃烂。撒敷海浮散，贴敷万全膏。
疮，生于足部内外侧。适宜服用生熟地黄丸，并外敷海浮散，贴敷万全膏。如果湿热严重，且溃烂后伤口难以愈合者，在海浮散中加入黄柏散一同外敷，立即见效。
肠痈，有生于肠道内部的，腹部胀满急迫，大小便时牵拉疼痛如同淋病，身体转动摇晃时发出水声，溃破后脓液从大便排出。有生于肠道外部的，肚脐周围肿痛，腹皮胀满急迫，溃破后脓液从脐部流出。严重时穿透大肠，食虫也会从脐部排出，病情难以救治。初起时适宜用千金牡丹皮散来消散。已经溃破后，则使用人参内托的方剂。

用水煎煮服用。

(Futu Ju)
Fugu Ju (Abscess attached to the bone) presents with swelling in the deep muscle layers, while the skin color remains unchanged. It is suitable to use moxa cones for moxibustion. It is auspicious if it transforms from a Yin syndrome to a Yang syndrome. If it occurs three cun above the knee, it is called Futu Ju (Abscess of the thigh), which is considered difficult to treat according to therapeutic principles.
She Tou Du (Poison like a snake's head) presents with swelling of the fingers or toes on the hands and feet, large as a snake's head. It is suitable to use moxa cones for moxibustion with garlic slices interposed. Powder equal parts of Xionghuang (Realgar) and Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), mix with crushed fresh garlic, and apply for moxibustion. Alternatively, chewing raw chestnuts and applying them topically is also effective.
Tuo Ju (Gangrene of the digits) occurs on the fingers or toes, swelling large as a snake's head. It presents with swelling, necrosis, and ulceration. Sprinkle Haifou San (Sea Floating Powder) and apply Wanchun Gao (Wanquan Ointment).
Chuang (Ulcer) occurs on the medial or lateral aspects of the foot. It is suitable to take Shengshu Dihuang Wan (Pill of Raw and Cooked Rehmanniae Radix) and externally apply Haifou San (Sea Floating Powder) and Wanchun Gao (Wanquan Ointment). If damp-heat is severe and the ulcer fails to heal, add Huangbai San (Phellodendron Powder) to Haifou San for topical application, yielding immediate effect.
Chang Yong (Intestinal Abscess) may occur inside the intestines, presenting with abdominal distension and urgency, pulling pain during defecation or urination resembling strangury, and splashing sounds upon turning or shaking the body. After rupture, pus discharges via the stool. It may also occur outside the intestines, presenting with swelling and pain around the umbilicus, and tense abdominal skin. After rupture, pus discharges from the umbilicus. In severe cases, it penetrates the large intestine, and intestinal parasites may exit from the umbilicus; the condition is then difficult to manage. At the initial stage, Qianjin Mudan Pi San (Thousand-Gold Moutan Cortex Powder) is suitable to dissipate the abscess. After rupture, decoctions containing Renshen (Ginseng) for internal support are used.
Mudanpi (Cortex Moutan) (5 qian) Yiren (Semen Coicis) (1 liang) Gualouren (Semen Trichosanthis, oil removed) (2 qian) Taoren (Semen Persicae, peel and pits removed, 20 kernels, pounded)
Decoct in water and take orally.
(Zangdu Internal Hemorrhoids External Hemorrhoids Rectal Prolapse)
Xuanyong (Hanging Sore) occurs posterior to the scrotum and anterior to the anus, also known as Haidi Lou (Underwater Leak). It is the most difficult to cure successfully. Zangdu (Visceral Toxin) occurs on both sides of the anus, initially presenting with swelling and pain, followed by suppuration. This is generally caused by damp-heat and ministerial fire burning internally, damaging Lung Metal. It is suitable to take Guolao San (National Elder Powder) and Jiawei Dihuang Wan (Modified Rehmannia Pill), externally apply Haifou San (Sea Floating Powder), and apply medicated plasters; this is a fixed treatment method. Internal and external hemorrhoids can also be treated with the aforementioned medicines. Wash with Rendongteng (Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis) and Changpu Cao (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), and apply snail juice topically, which can eliminate the condition immediately. Rectal prolapse belongs to Qi deficiency; use Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Decoction for Invigorating the Middle and Augmenting Qi). There are also cases of Blood deficiency with hyperactive fire; use Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) with added Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma).
