凡一切痈疽肿毒初起之时，随用远志肉二三两，去心，清酒煮烂，捣为泥，敷患处，用
油纸隔布扎定。越一宿，其毒立消，屡试屡验，其效如神。
治肿毒初起时，皆可立消。内服此药，外敷远志膏，一切恶毒无不消散
。但宜早服为妙。倘疮已成脓，无从消散也，必须外溃。
金银花（二两） 甘草（二钱）
水煎，清酒冲服。若毒在下焦，加牛膝（二钱）
每岁端午日，蓄蕲艾一二斤，愈久愈良。用时取叶为炷，或加麝香、木香、雄黄末，搓
成团，安蒜上灸之，名陈艾丸。
治疔毒脑疽、乳痈、附骨疽，臀痈。一切患症，或不痛而大痛，或麻木，用此敷贴疮头
。
蟾蜍（一钱，酒化） 轻粉（五分） 乳香 没药 雄黄 巴豆（各二钱）
麝香（三分） 朱砂（一钱） 朝脑（一钱）
以上各为细末，于五月五日午时，在净室中用蟾蜍酒和药丸如绿豆大，每用一丸。口涎
调涂，贴疔疮上以膏盖之。
治疔之仙药也。
白菊花（四两） 甘草（四两）
水煎顿服，渣随即再煎。重者不过二剂即消，至稳至效，一切消疔之剂皆不及此。
凡毒多有挟风寒而发者，宜先用此散之。如毒不消，随服银花甘草等药。
川芎 白芷 紫苏 赤芍 陈皮 甘草（各一钱） 荆芥 香附 秦艽（各一钱五分） 连
须葱白（二寸）
水煎服。若兼伤食加山楂、麦芽、葡子。若内热极盛加连翘、蒡子。
凡是所有痈疽肿毒刚开始发作的时候，立即取远志肉二三两，去掉心部，用清酒煮烂，捣成泥状，敷在患处，用油纸隔着布包扎固定。过了一夜，毒气立刻消除，多次尝试都有效，效果神奇。
治疗肿毒初起时，都可以立即消除。内服此药，外敷远志膏，一切恶毒没有不消散的。但宜尽早服用为妙。如果疮疡已经化脓，无法从内部消散，必须使其向外溃破。

每年端午节那天，储备蕲艾一二斤，存放越久越好。使用时取艾叶做成艾炷，或者加入麝香、木香、雄黄粉末，搓成团，放在蒜片上施灸，名叫陈艾丸。
治疗疔毒、脑疽、乳痈、附骨疽、臀痈。一切患病症状，或者不痛而突然剧痛，或者麻木，用此药敷贴在疮口上。
蟾蜍（一钱，用酒化开） 轻粉（五分） 乳香 没药 雄黄 巴豆（各二钱）
麝香（三分） 朱砂（一钱） 冰片（一钱）
以上各味药研成细末，在五月五日午时，在洁净的房间中用蟾蜍酒调和药物，制成如绿豆大小的药丸，每次使用一丸。用口水调匀涂抹，贴在疔疮上，再用膏药覆盖。
这是治疗疔疮的神仙药物。
白菊花（四两） 甘草（四两）
用水煎煮后一次性服下，药渣随即再次煎煮。病情重的不过两剂就能消除，非常稳妥有效，一切消疔的药物都比不上这个。
凡是毒邪大多夹杂风寒而发作的，适宜先用此散来发散。如果毒邪不消，接着服用金银花、甘草等药物。
川芎 白芷 紫苏 赤芍 陈皮 甘草（各一钱） 荆芥 香附 秦艽（各一钱五分） 连须葱白（二寸）
用水煎煮服用。如果兼有伤食，加山楂、麦芽、葡萄子。如果内热极盛，加连翘、牛蒡子。
Whenever any carbuncle, ulcer, swelling, or toxic lesion first begins, immediately take two to three taels of *Polygalae Radix* (Yuanzhi Rou), remove the heart, boil it thoroughly in clear wine, mash it into a paste, and apply it to the affected area. Cover with oiled paper and secure with cloth bandages. After one night, the toxicity will immediately dissipate; this has been tested repeatedly with miraculous efficacy.
When treating early-stage swelling and toxicity, immediate dissipation is possible. By taking this medicine internally and applying Yuanzhi Paste externally, all malignant toxins will inevitably disperse. It is advisable to administer it as early as possible. If the sore has already suppurated, internal dissipation is no longer feasible, and external rupture must be induced.
*Honeysuckle Flower* (Jinyinhua, 2 taels) *Licorice Root* (Gancao, 2 qian)
Decoct in water and take with clear wine. If the toxin resides in the Lower Jiao (Lower Burner), add *Achyranthes Root* (Niuxi, 2 qian).
On the fifth day of the fifth lunar month each year, store one to two jin of Qizhou Mugwort (*Artemisia argyi*). The older, the better. When needed, take the leaves to form moxa cones, or add powder of *Musk* (Shexiang), *Costus Root* (Muxiang), and *Realgar* (Xionghuang), roll them into balls, place them on garlic slices for moxibustion. This is named Chen Ai Wan (Aged Moxa Pill).
For treating Ding Toxicity (hard, deep-seated sores), Nao Ju (brain carbuncle), Ru Yong (breast abscess), Fu Gu Ju (osteomyelitis/deep bone abscess), and Tun Yong (buttock abscess). For all these conditions, whether characterized by sudden severe pain from initial non-painfulness or by numbness, apply this paste to the head of the sore.
*Toad Skin Secretion/Whole Toad* (Chanchu, 1 qian, dissolved in wine) *Calomel* (Qingfen, 5 fen) *Frankincense* (Ruxiang) *Myrrh* (Moyao) *Realgar* (Xionghuang) *Croton Seed* (Badou, 2 qian each)
*Musk* (Shexiang, 3 fen) *Cinnabar* (Zhusha, 1 qian) *Borneol* (Zhaonao/Bingpian, 1 qian)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. On the noon hour of the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, in a clean room, mix the medicine with wine containing Toad secretions to form pills the size of mung beans. Use one pill per application. Mix with saliva and apply to the Ding sore, then cover with a plaster.
This is a divine remedy for treating Ding sores.
*White Chrysanthemum Flower* (Baijuhua, 4 taels) *Licorice Root* (Gancao, 4 taels)
Decoct in water and drink the decoction in one dose. Re-decoct the dregs immediately. For severe cases, resolution occurs within two doses; it is extremely stable and effective, surpassing all other remedies for resolving Ding toxicity.
Most toxins arise accompanied by Wind-Cold. It is appropriate to first use this powder to disperse them. If the toxin does not dissipate, subsequently administer medicines such as Honeysuckle and Licorice.

Decoct in water and take orally. If complicated by food stagnation, add *Hawthorn Fruit* (Shanzha) and *Barley Sprout* (Maiya). If internal heat is extremely intense, add *Forsythia Fruit* (Lianqiao) and *Burdock Fruit* (Bangzi).
