与流气。见者亦心酸。栗子于中大。鸡心在外安。珊瑚形可恶。脱取最为难。内痔浑无出。担肠里外
盘。垂珠更宜治。日久是鸡冠。切莫经刀火。令君性命残。成全医
自易。戒忌守无难。吾今除怪毒。此药即灵丹。用功不半月。痔漏总皆安。
夫漏症有八。其形不一。但有孔窍出水不止者是也。一曰气漏。或肿或消。痛胀难忍者是也。二
曰风漏。其孔内痒甚是也。三曰阴漏。男女阴内痛而出水者是也。四曰冷漏。孔内出白脓黄水不止者

痔疮症状分为三类八种。请您仔细辨认，不要等到多年后才去诊治，所说的情况并不一般。有的形状像菱角那样怪异，有的像莲花一样难以观看。还有穿肠痔和鼠奶痔，都与饮酒和房事过度有关。不要说莲花痔结成硬块，蜂窝痔的孔洞也不宽敞。雌雄痔的气血相同，子母痔的形态也类似。最痛苦的是悬珠痔，疼痛如同被钩肠痔紧紧缠绕。核桃痔和流气痔，看到的人也会感到心酸。栗子痔在肛门内部较大，鸡心痔在外部安生。珊瑚痔的形状令人厌恶，想要去除它最为困难。内痔完全不出肛外，直肠内外盘绕。垂珠痔更应该及时治疗，日久会变成鸡冠痔。千万不要用刀割或火烧，否则会残害性命。想要保全性命并治愈疾病其实很容易，只要遵守禁忌就不难。我现在除去这些怪异的毒症，这药就是灵丹妙药。用功不到半个月，痔疮和漏疮都会安宁。
漏症有八种，它们的形态各不相同，但共同特征是有孔窍且不断流出液体。第一种叫气漏，有时肿胀有时消退，疼痛胀满难以忍受。第二种叫风漏，其孔内瘙痒非常严重。第三种叫阴漏，男女生殖器内部疼痛并流出液体。第四种叫冷漏，孔内不断流出白色脓液和黄水。第五种叫痔漏，是痔疮日久不忌房事，破溃后流脓且伤口不愈合。第六种叫血漏，时常流出鲜血不止，又名热漏。第七种叫HT漏（注：原文为“HT”，疑为传抄错误或特定术语，此处保留原意指代某种特定漏症），是在平坦的肉上生出孔窍并流出脓血。第八种叫痿腮漏，因为疮疡突然变黑腐烂，流出黄黑色的水。以上各种都有相应的治疗方法，如熏洗、点搽、内服等方剂，都出自海上异人的秘密传授，不可轻视忽视。后来验证就知道我的用心良苦了。方剂见在后面。
阴囊破裂漏疮
外阴囊破裂，流出带有腥臭味的液体，久治不愈。这是因为梅毒疮毒结聚在此处。适宜内服土茯苓汤加入人参等补益药物。外用黄粉霜药涂抹，自然就能安宁。禁止行房，戒除发物。
Hemorrhoidal symptoms are divided into three categories and eight types. Please examine them carefully; do not wait until many years have passed to seek treatment, as the situation described is not ordinary. Some present with strange shapes like water caltrops, while others resemble lotus flowers that are difficult to observe. There are also "Changchang" (Intestinal Penetration) hemorrhoids and "Shunai" (Mouse Milk) hemorrhoids, both of which are related to excessive alcohol consumption and sexual activity. Do not speak only of Lotus hemorrhoids forming knots; Honeycomb hemorrhoids also have narrow orifices. The Qi and Blood of Male and Female hemorrhoids are identical, and the morphology of Mother and Child hemorrhoids is similar. The most painful is the Xuanzhu (Hanging Pearl) hemorrhoid, where pain feels like being tightened by a Gouchang (Hooked Intestine) hemorrhoid. Hetao (Walnut) hemorrhoids and Liuxi (Flowing Qi) hemorrhoids cause heartache for those who see them. Lizi (Chestnut) hemorrhoids are large within the anus, while Jixin (Chicken Heart) hemorrhoids are situated externally. Shanhu (Coral) hemorrhoids have an abominable shape, and removing them is the most difficult. Internal hemorrhoids do not protrude at all, coiling inside and outside the rectum. Chuizhu (Dropping Pearl) hemorrhoids should be treated promptly; if left for a long time, they become Guiguan (Chicken Comb) hemorrhoids. Do not use knives or fire, as this will endanger your life. Healing is easy if one preserves life; observing taboos is not difficult. I now eliminate these strange toxins; this medicine is a miraculous elixir. Within half a month of application, hemorrhoids and fistulas will be pacified.
There are eight types of Fistula (Lou Zheng), each with different morphologies, but their common characteristic is the presence of an orifice with continuous discharge of fluid. The first is called Qi Fistula (Qi Lou), characterized by intermittent swelling and reduction, with unbearable pain and distension. The second is Wind Fistula (Feng Lou), characterized by severe itching within the orifice. The third is Yin Fistula (Yin Lou), characterized by pain in the genitalia of both men and women accompanied by fluid discharge. The fourth is Cold Fistula (Leng Lou), characterized by continuous discharge of white pus and yellow water from the orifice. The fifth is Hemorrhoidal Fistula (Zhi Lou), resulting from hemorrhoids persisting for a long time without abstaining from sexual intercourse, leading to rupture, pus discharge, and failure of the wound to heal. The sixth is Blood Fistula (Xue Lou), characterized by continuous bleeding of fresh blood, also known as Heat Fistula (Re Lou). The seventh is HT Fistula (HT Lou), characterized by the formation of an orifice on flat flesh discharging pus and blood. The eighth is Weisai Fistula (Weisai Lou), characterized by sudden blackening and rotting of the sore with discharge of yellow-black fluid. Each of the above has its own treatment methods, including fumigation, washing, topical application, and internal decoctions, all secretly transmitted by extraordinary people from overseas. Do not neglect or ignore them. Later verification will reveal my earnest intention. The prescriptions are listed below.
Scrotal Rupture Fistula Sore
The external scrotum ruptures, leaking fluid with a fishy and foul odor, failing to heal after prolonged treatment. This is caused by the accumulation of Chan Du (Chan sore toxin, referring to syphilitic toxin) in this area. It is appropriate to internally administer Tufuling Tang (Smilax Glabra Decoction) supplemented with tonifying herbs such as Renshen (Ginseng). Externally apply Huangfenshuang (Yellow Powder Frost) medication, and peace will naturally return. Abstain from sexual intercourse and avoid stimulating foods (Fa Wu).
