油风毛发干焦脱，皮红光亮痒难堪，毛孔风袭致伤血，养真海艾砭血痊。

【注】此证毛发干焦，成片脱落，皮红光亮，痒如虫行，俗名鬼剃头。由毛孔开张，邪
风乘虚袭入，以致风盛燥血，不能荣养毛发。宜服神应养真丹，以治其本；外以海艾汤洗
之，以治其标。若耽延年久，宜针砭其光亮之处，出紫血，毛发庶可复生。
神应养真丹
羌活 木瓜 天麻 白芍 当归 菟丝子 熟地（酒蒸，捣膏） 川芎
等分为末，入地黄膏，加蜜丸桐子大。每服百丸，温煮酒或盐汤任下。
【方歌】神应养真治油风，养血消风发复生，羌归木瓜天麻芍，菟丝熟地与川芎。
海艾汤
海艾 本 菊花 蔓荆子 防风 薄荷 荆穗 藿香 甘松（各二钱）
水五六碗，同药煎数滚，连汤共入厂口钵内。先将热气熏面，候汤少温，用布蘸洗，
日洗二三次，洗后避风，忌鱼腥、发物。
【方歌】海艾汤治油风痒，先熏后洗善消风，菊 蔓荆风薄穗，藿香海艾与甘松。
白屑风生头与面，燥痒日久白屑见，肌热风侵成燥化，换肌润肌医此患。

【注】此证初生发内，延及面目，耳项燥痒，日久飞起白屑，脱去又生。由肌热当风，
风邪侵入毛孔，郁久燥血肌肤失养，化成燥证也。宜多服祛风换肌丸。若肌肤燥裂者，用
润肌膏擦之甚效。
祛风换肌丸
大胡麻 苍术（炒） 牛膝（酒洗） 石菖蒲 苦参 何首乌（生） 花粉 威灵仙（各二两） 当
归身 川芎 甘草（生，各一两）
上为细末，陈煮酒跌丸绿豆大。每服二钱，白滚水送下，忌鱼腥、发物、火酒。
【方歌】换肌丸治白屑风，燥痒日增若虫行，风燥血分失润养，叠起白屑落复生。归
芎胡麻苍术膝，菖蒲花粉草威灵，苦参何首乌为末，煮酒跌丸绿豆形。
润肌膏
香油（四两） 奶酥油（二两） 当归（五钱） 紫草（一钱）
将当归、紫草入二油内，浸二日，文火炸焦去渣；加黄蜡五钱溶化尽，用布滤倾碗
内，不时用柳枝搅冷成膏。每用少许，日擦二次。
【方歌】润肌膏擦白屑风，肌肤燥痒用更
灵，酥香二油归紫草，炸焦加蜡滤搅凝。
油风表现为毛发干枯焦黄并成片脱落，头皮发红且光亮，瘙痒难忍。这是由于风邪侵袭毛孔，导致营血受损，通过服用神应养真丹、使用海艾汤外洗及砭石刺络放血的方法可以痊愈。
【注】这种病症毛发干枯焦黄，成片脱落，头皮红亮，瘙痒感觉如同虫行，俗称“鬼剃头”。由于毛孔开张，邪风乘虚而入，导致风盛血燥，无法荣养毛发。适宜服用神应养真丹以治其本；外用海艾汤清洗以治其标。若病程迁延日久，适宜用针砭法在光亮处刺破，放出紫黑色血液，毛发才可能重新生长。
神应养真丹
羌活 木瓜 天麻 白芍 当归 菟丝子 熟地黄（酒蒸，捣成膏状） 川芎
将上述药材等分为末，加入地黄膏，再加蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用一百丸，用温热的煮酒或盐汤送服均可。
【方歌】神应养真治疗油风，养血祛风使头发再生，药物包括羌活、当归、木瓜、天麻、白芍、菟丝子、熟地黄和川芎。
海艾汤
海艾 藁本 菊花 蔓荆子 防风 薄荷 荆芥穗 藿香 甘松（各二钱）
用水五六碗，与药物同煎煮沸数次，连同药汤一起倒入盆中。先用热气熏蒸面部，待药汤温度稍降后，用布蘸取药液清洗，每日清洗两三次，洗后注意避风，忌食鱼腥及发物。
【方歌】海艾汤治疗油风瘙痒，先熏后洗善于祛风，药物包括菊花、蔓荆子、防风、薄荷、荆芥穗、藿香、海艾和甘松。
白屑风生于头部和面部，干燥瘙痒日久出现白色皮屑，因肌肤有热受风侵袭而化为燥证，需用换肌丸和润肌膏来医治此患。

将上述药材研为细末，用陈年煮酒泛丸，制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用二钱，用白开水送服，忌食鱼腥、发物及烈性酒。
【方歌】换肌丸治疗白屑风，干燥瘙痒日渐加重如虫行，风燥血分失去滋润营养，层层白屑脱落又新生。药物包括当归、川芎、胡麻、苍术、牛膝、石菖蒲、天花粉、甘草、威灵仙、苦参和何首乌，研为末，用煮酒泛丸呈绿豆形状。
润肌膏
香油（四两） 奶酥油（二两） 当归（五钱） 紫草（一钱）
将当归、紫草放入两种油中，浸泡两天，用小火炸至焦黄后去渣；加入五钱黄蜡完全溶化，用布过滤倒入碗中，不时用柳枝搅拌冷却成膏状。每次取少许，每日擦拭两次。
Youfeng (Alopecia Areata) is characterized by dry, brittle hair that falls out in patches, with red, shiny scalp skin and unbearable itching. This condition results from wind pathogen invading the hair follicles, damaging the nutritive blood; it can be cured by administering Shenyang Yangzhen Dan (Miraculous Efficacy Nourishing True Pill), washing externally with Hai Ai Tang (Sea Wormwood Decoction), and performing bian stone bloodletting therapy.
[Note] In this syndrome, hair becomes dry and brittle, falling out in patches; the scalp is red and shiny, with itching sensations resembling insects crawling, commonly known as "ghost shaving." It occurs when pores open, allowing evil wind to invade due to deficiency, leading to excessive wind and dry blood that fails to nourish the hair. It is appropriate to administer Shenyang Yangzhen Dan to treat the root cause; externally wash with Hai Ai Tang to treat the branch symptoms. If the disease persists for a long time, it is advisable to perform needle-bian therapy on the shiny areas to release dark purple blood, after which hair may potentially regrow.
Shenyang Yangzhen Dan (Miraculous Efficacy Nourishing True Pill)
Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata - steamed with wine and mashed into paste), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma).
Grind the above herbs into powder equally, mix with Rehmannia paste, add honey, and make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, washed down with warm boiled wine or salt water as preferred.
[Fang Ge / Formula Song] Shenyang Yangzhen treats Youfeng, nourishes blood and dispels wind so hair regenerates; Qianghuo, Danggui, Mugua, Tianma, Baishao, Tusizi, Shudihuang, and Chuanxiong compose the formula.
Hai Ai Tang (Sea Wormwood Decoction)
Hai Ai (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba), Ben (Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma et Radix), Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Manjingzi (Viticis Semen), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Jing Sui (Schizonepetae Spica), Huoxiang (Pogostemonis Herba), Gansong (Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma) (each 2 qian).
Use 5-6 bowls of water, boil together with the herbs several times. Pour the liquid and herbs into a basin. First, steam the face with the hot vapor; when the decoction cools slightly, dip a cloth in it to wash. Wash two to three times daily. Avoid wind after washing; avoid fish, seafood, and triggering foods.
[Fang Ge / Formula Song] Hai Ai Tang treats Youfeng itching, fumigation followed by washing effectively dispels wind; Juhua, Manjingzi, Fangfeng, Bohe, Jing Sui, Huoxiang, Hai Ai, and Gansong are the ingredients.
Baixiefeng (Seborrheic Dermatitis) arises on the head and face; prolonged dryness and itching reveal white scales. Caused by heat in the muscles and skin invaded by wind transforming into dryness, it should be treated with Huanji Runji Wan (Skin-Replacing Moisturizing Pill) and Runji Gao (Moisturizing Ointment).
[Note] This syndrome initially appears within the hair, spreading to the face and eyes, with dryness and itching in the ears and neck. Over time, white scales peel off and regenerate. It is caused by heat in the skin exposed to wind, where wind pathogen invades the pores, stagnates for a long time, dries the blood, and causes the skin to lose nourishment, transforming into a dryness syndrome. It is appropriate to frequently take Qufeng Huanji Wan (Wind-Dispersing Skin-Replacing Pill). For dry and cracked skin, applying Runji Gao is very effective.
Qufeng Huanji Wan (Wind-Dispersing Skin-Replacing Pill)
Da Humax (Sesami Fructus), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma - stir-fried), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix - wine-washed), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix - raw), Huafen (Trichosanthis Radix), Weilingxian (Synephoresidis Caulis) (each 2 liang), Dangguishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma - raw) (each 1 liang).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, use aged boiled wine to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 2 qian per dose, washed down with plain boiling water. Avoid fish, seafood, triggering foods, and strong alcohol.
[Fang Ge / Formula Song] Huanji Wan treats Baixiefeng, dryness and itching increase daily like insect crawling, wind-dryness in the blood level loses moistening nourishment, layers of white scales fall and regenerate. Danggui, Chuanxiong, Humax, Cangzhu, Niuxi, Shichangpu, Huafen, Gancao, Weilingxian, Kushen, and Heshouwu are ground into powder, formed into mung-bean-sized pills with boiled wine.
Runji Gao (Moisturizing Ointment)
Xiangyou (Sesame Oil, 4 liang), Na Suyou (Butter Oil, 2 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 5 qian), Zicao (Arnebiae Radix seu Rhizoma, 1 qian).
Soak Danggui and Zicao in the two oils for two days. Fry over gentle heat until scorched, then remove the dregs. Add 5 qian of yellow beeswax and melt completely. Filter through cloth into a bowl, stirring occasionally with a willow branch while cooling to form an ointment. Apply a small amount twice daily.
