胎毒初患赤游丹，腹肢先后内外参，内服外贴兼砭血，红轻紫重黑难痊。
【注】小儿赤游丹之证，皆由胎毒所致。欲发之时，先身热，啼叫，惊搐不宁，次生
红晕，由小渐大，其色如丹，游走无定，起于背腹，流散四肢者顺；起于四肢，流入胸
腹者逆。或初生之后，外用热水洗浴，兼以火烘衣物，触动内毒，遂成此证。治之者，先
宜砭出恶血，看血色红者轻，紫者重，黑者死。次宜牛、羊肉片，遍贴红晕处，微干再
易，俟肉片不干，换如意金黄散，用蓝靛清汁调敷。内初服大连翘饮，次服消毒犀角饮。
大便秘结，加生大黄三五分；若烦躁、唇焦、面赤者，宜服五福化毒丹；若失治，毒瓦斯入
里，腹胀坚硬，声音雌哑，吮乳不下咽者，宜服紫雪散下之。一二日间，身轻腹软，热退
身凉，砭处肉活，乳哺如常者生，反此者不治。
大连翘饮
连翘（去心） 当归 赤芍 防风 木通 滑石（水飞） 牛蒡子（炒，研） 蝉蜕

五福化毒丹
黑参 赤茯苓 桔梗（各二两） 牙硝 青黛 黄连 龙胆草（各一两） 甘草（生
，五钱） 人参 朱砂（各三钱） 冰片（五分）
共研细末，炼蜜为丸，如芡实大，金铂为衣。每服一丸，薄荷、灯心煎汤化服。
【方歌】五福化毒清热速，疮瘤丹毒服即除，参苓桔草硝冰黛，黄连胆草黑参朱。
如意金黄散（见肿疡门）

胎毒初发表现为赤游丹，发病部位在腹部和四肢，需综合判断其内外情况。治疗上采用内服药物、外贴药膏以及砭刺放血相结合的方法。病情轻重视皮疹颜色而定：红色较轻，紫色较重，黑色则难以治愈。
【注】小儿赤游丹这一病症，都是由胎毒引起的。在即将发作时，患儿先出现身体发热、啼哭叫喊、惊恐抽搐且不安宁的症状，随后产生红色晕斑，由小逐渐变大，颜色像丹砂一样，游走不定。如果皮疹起于背部和腹部，流散到四肢，属于顺证；如果起于四肢，流入胸部和腹部，属于逆证。或者在出生后，因外用热水洗浴，兼用火烘烤衣物，触动体内毒素，从而形成此病。治疗时，首先应当用砭石刺出恶血，观察血色：红色者病轻，紫色者病重，黑色者预后不良（死）。其次，可用牛肉或羊肉片，遍贴于红色晕斑处，微干后再更换，等到肉片不干时，换成如意金黄散，用蓝靛的清汁调匀后敷贴。内服方面，起初服用大连翘饮，随后服用消毒犀角饮。若大便秘结，加生大黄三至五分；如果出现烦躁、嘴唇焦枯、面色潮红的症状，适宜服用五福化毒丹；如果延误治疗，毒气入里，导致腹部胀满坚硬，声音嘶哑，吮吸乳汁无法下咽的，适宜服用紫雪散进行攻下。在一两天内，如果身体变轻快、腹部变软、热退身凉、砭刺处的肌肉恢复活性、吃奶如常的，可以存活；反之则无法救治。
大连翘饮
连翘（去心） 当归 赤芍 防风 木通 滑石（水飞法处理） 牛蒡子（炒，研碎） 蝉蜕（去足，翅） 瞿麦 石膏 荆芥 甘草（生用） 柴胡 栀子（生用，研碎） 车前子（各五分）
加水两盅，灯心草二十根，煎至八分，患儿与乳母同服。

共同研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如芡实，以金箔为衣。每次服用一丸，用薄荷、灯心草煎汤化开服用。
The initial manifestation of fetal toxin presents as Chiyou Dan (Red Roaming Erysipelas). The onset involves the abdomen and limbs, requiring a comprehensive assessment of internal and external conditions. Treatment combines internal medication, external application, and bloodletting with a lancet. A lighter red color indicates mild disease, purple indicates severe disease, and black is difficult to cure.
[Note] The condition of Chiyou Dan in infants is caused by fetal toxin. Before eruption, the infant first exhibits fever, crying, convulsions, and restlessness. Subsequently, red halos appear, gradually enlarging from small to large, resembling cinnabar in color, and wandering without fixed location. If the rash originates on the back and abdomen and spreads to the four limbs, it is a favorable prognosis (Shun); if it originates on the four limbs and flows into the chest and abdomen, it is an unfavorable prognosis (Ni). Alternatively, after birth, bathing with hot water externally and drying clothes with fire may stir up internal toxins, leading to this condition. In treatment, one should first use a lancet to prick out evil blood. Observe the blood color: red indicates mildness, purple indicates severity, and black indicates death. Next, apply slices of beef or mutton over the entire red halo area; replace them when they become slightly dry. When the meat slices are no longer dry, switch to Ruyi Jinhuang San (Ruyi Golden Yellow Powder), mixed with clear juice of indigofera tinctoria for topical application. Internally, initially administer Dalianqiao Yin (Large Lonicera Decoction), followed by Xiaodu Xijiao Yin (Detoxifying Rhinoceros Horn Decoction). If constipation occurs, add raw Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 3-5 fen. If irritability, scorched lips, and flushed face occur, Wufu Huadu Dan (Five Blessings Detoxification Pill) is suitable. If treatment is delayed and toxic qi enters the interior, causing abdominal distension and hardness, hoarseness, and inability to swallow milk, Zixue San (Purple Snow Powder) should be used to purge. Within one or two days, if the body feels light, the abdomen becomes soft, fever subsides and the body cools, the flesh at the pricked sites recovers vitality, and feeding returns to normal, survival is possible; otherwise, it is incurable.

Add two cups of water and twenty roots of Dengxincao (Junci Medulla), decoct until eight parts remain. The infant and the nursing mother take it together.

Add two cups of water and twenty roots of Dengxincao (Junci Medulla), decoct until four parts remain. Administer slowly.

Grind all into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of Euryale Seed (Qianshi), coated with Gold Foil. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in a decoction of Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) and Dengxincao (Junci Medulla).
