熬枯去渣。下黄占（五两） 化开离火。再入飞丹（五两） 搅匀之。用能生肌收功。止痛拔毒。
烂腿夹纸膏 梅片（四分） 甘石（一两二钱） 轻粉（五钱） 白占（三两五钱） 菜油（一斤）。夏天用 先
将菜油煎滚。再入白占化开。再将药三味同煎。

煎汁和匀作细条。能治一切疔疮疔毒。走黄险症。
又方。去血竭、没药、冰片。加硼砂、白丁香、蜈蚣、乳香末、雄黄末。
拔疔毒方 砂 白矾 朱砂 食盐（各三钱） 择丁日午时。先将矾、盐二味。放铁锈刀头上 干。共研极细。
罐贮听用。
散疔丸 蟾酥 明矾（各三钱） 僵蚕 辰砂（各一钱半） 牛黄 冰片（各一钱） 麝香（七分） 共为极细末。
用炼白黄占。滚化稍冷定。入前药末。和丸如麻子大。每服七分 葱头白酒送下。取微汗为度。

此丹纳入。以
顶针捺下。须臾大痛。皆变黄水而出。然后以野菊花。不拘根叶捣汁一盏。和酒服之。连进三服。尽醉为度。再以人中
黄为丸。日日服。用好酒送下全愈。

五香散 丁香（四分） 木香 乳香 沉香（各四分） 麝香（五厘） 腰黄（六分） 共研。好醋调。须于端午
日午时合之。或天德吉日亦可。用针挑破疮头将醋一点。用药少许。安膏药上贴之。能治疔疮赤黄危急。二三日即愈。
人龙散 蛔虫（ 燥。一钱） 如无用五谷虫代。白矾（三分） 蟾酥（三分）火酒化。共调匀搽之。治翻唇疔毒。少刻疔破。流毒水即愈。

一钱火酒化。同捣和丸。如芥子大。带长。以便插入疔孔。

急治疔疮神效方 乳香 没药（各六分） 赤芍（二钱） 元参（一钱） 冰片 麝香（各六分） 龙虎斗（五钱。
即青小蛇。与壁虎。斗死者。） 如无以斑蝥（六钱） 糯米同炒黄去米研。全蝎（六个。去头足） 立马回疔丹代之。
共研极细末。收贮勿泄气。临用掺膏
药上贴之。自能穿破。候挤出血根即愈。真神方也。
轻粉（三分），拌匀后装入瓷瓶密封保存。不要让它漏气。凡是治疗发背、痈疽、疔疮等病症，根据患处的大小，用油在膏药上按比例涂抹，然后贴敷。每天更换三次。
加味太乙膏：肉桂、白芷、当归、元参、赤芍、大黄（各二两）；土木鳖子（二两）；血余（一两）；真阿魏（二钱），切片后用开水烊化。加入去油的乳香末、没药末（各五钱）；槐枝、柳枝（各一百段）；东丹（四两）；真麻油（十斤）。按照常规方法熬炼后，加入轻粉（四钱，研细），收膏制成。凡是治疗痈疽、发背、一切恶疮、湿痰流注、筋骨疼痛、跌打损伤、遗精、白带等症，贴敷此膏效果神奇。
简易玉红膏：真香油（二十两，在火上熬至沸腾）；放入干净的头发（五钱），炸至枯焦后滤去药渣；鸡蛋（十个），打破后将蛋清蛋黄搅匀，慢慢倒入油中。继续熬至头发枯焦，滤去药渣。加入黄占（五两），加热使其融化后离火。再加入飞丹（五两），搅拌均匀。此膏能生肌敛疮，止痛拔毒。
烂腿夹纸膏：梅片（四分）、甘石（一两二钱）、轻粉（五钱）、白占（三两五钱）、菜油（一斤）。夏季使用时，先将菜油煎沸，再放入白占使其融化。然后将上述三种药物一同煎煮。
立马回疔丹：金脚信（五分）、蟾酥、血竭、辰砂、没药（各五分）；轻粉、冰片、麝香（各二分半）。共同研磨成极细粉末。用草乌头煎出的汁液调和，制成细条状。能治疗各种疔疮、疔毒以及走黄等危重病症。
又一方：去掉血竭、没药、冰片，加入硼砂、白丁香、蜈蚣、乳香末、雄黄末。
拔疔毒方：砒砂、白矾、朱砂、食盐（各三钱）。选择丁日的午时，先将白矾和食盐放在生锈的铁刀头上烘干，共同研磨成极细粉末。装入罐中备用。
散疔丸：蟾酥、明矾（各三钱）；僵蚕、辰砂（各一钱半）；牛黄、冰片（各一钱）；麝香（七分）。共同研磨成极细粉末。用炼制的白黄占加热融化，稍冷却后，加入前面的药粉，混合制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用七分，用葱头和白酒送服，以微微出汗为度。
拔疔丹：蜣螂（一个，去掉头和翅膀）、砒砂（五分）、白信（五分）。共同捣碎制成如花椒粒大小的丸剂。先用三棱针刺破疮口，深度视情况而定，将此丹纳入疮口，用顶针按压下去。片刻后剧烈疼痛，毒素化为黄水排出。然后用野菊花，不拘泥于是根还是叶，捣取汁液一盏，与酒混合内服。连续服用三次，直到喝醉为止。然后再用人中黄制成丸剂，每天服用，用好酒送服，即可痊愈。
疔疮走黄丸：雄黄、生军（生大黄）、巴豆肉（去心皮，各等分）。共同捣烂如泥，用飞面和陈醋煮糊制成丸剂，如凤仙花种子大小。病情重的每次服用二十三丸，病情轻的每次服用二十一丸。放在舌上，用热水送服。服药后出现呃逆症状即为痊愈。如果腹泻则更好。三五次后，用米汤送服以停止腹泻。如果出现神志不清的情况，将二十三丸用水化开灌服。此方去掉雄黄，加入少许川郁金，可治疗缠喉急痹、湿痰流注以及杨梅疮初起。
疔毒秘丸：人指甲（适量，炒黄后研细）、麝香（一分）、便壶底（一匙）。共同研磨均匀，制成如米粒大小的丸剂。
保生锭子：巴豆肉（四十九粒，连壳用文武火炒后研碎）、硼砂（二钱）、轻粉（半大匣）、金顶砒（二钱）、雄黄（二钱）、麝香（一钱）。共同研磨成极细粉末。用黄占（五钱）熔化，将药粉混合制成锭子。在冷水中浸泡片刻后取出，随即搓圆捏成饼状，如铜钱眼大小。将疮头拨开，安放一个饼子在顶部，盖上膏药。能治疗疔疮、背疽、瘰疬以及一切恶疮。
回疔散：土蜂窠（带子，一两）、蛇蜕（一条）、泥固火存性，研磨成极细粉末。能治疗走黄等危重病症。用白开水送服二钱，或用酒送服也可以。片刻后剧烈疼痛，痛则说明有救，毒素化为黄水，疼痛停止即能存活。
五香散：丁香（四分）、木香、乳香、沉香（各四分）；麝香（五厘）；腰黄（六分）。共同研磨。用好醋调匀。必须在端午日午时制作，或者天德吉日也可以。用针挑破疮头，滴一点醋，取少量药物，涂在膏药上贴敷。能治疗疔疮赤黄危急重症，二三天即可痊愈。
人龙散：蛔虫（干燥，一钱），如果没有可用五谷虫代替；白矾（三分）；蟾酥（三分），用火酒化开。共同调匀外搽。治疗翻唇疔毒，片刻后疔疮破溃，流出毒水即愈。
拔疔散：砒砂、白丁香、轻粉、蜈蚣（各一钱）；全蝎、麝香（各二钱）；金顶砒（六分）。共同研磨成极细粉末。取蟾酥一钱用火酒化开，共同捣碎混合制成丸剂，如芥菜籽大小，呈长条形，以便插入疔孔。
又一方：麝香、血竭、乳香、没药、灵磁石、冰片、苍耳子虫、瓦上炙净的油，各等分。研磨成细末贴敷。
急治疔疮神效方：乳香、没药（各六分）；赤芍（二钱）；元参（一钱）；冰片、麝香（各六分）；龙虎斗（五钱，即青小蛇与壁虎争斗而死者的尸体）。如果没有龙虎斗，可用斑蝥（六钱）与糯米同炒黄，去掉糯米后研碎。全蝎（六个，去掉头足），可用立马回疔丹替代。共同研磨成极细粉末，密封保存勿漏气。临用时掺入膏药上贴敷，自能穿透破溃。待挤出瘀血根部即可痊愈。真是神奇的方子。
Calomel (3 fen), mixed evenly and stored in a porcelain bottle. Ensure it is airtight. For conditions such as back carbuncles, deep abscesses, and furuncles, apply oil to the plaster according to the size of the lesion, then paste it on the affected area. Change three times daily.
Modified Taiyi Plaster: Cinnamon Twig (2 liang), Angelica Dahurica (2 liang), Chinese Angelica Root (2 liang), Scrophularia Root (2 liang), Red Peony Root (2 liang), Rhubarb (2 liang); Elaeocarpus decipiens seed (2 liang); Human hair (1 liang); True Asafoetida (2 qian), sliced and dissolved in boiling water. Add de-oiled Frankincense powder and Myrrh powder (5 qian each); Locust branch and Willow branch (100 segments each); Dongdan (4 liang); Sesame oil (10 jin). Refine according to standard procedures, then add Calomel (4 qian, finely ground) to form the plaster. This plaster is effective for treating abscesses, back carbuncles, all kinds of malignant sores, phlegm-dampness flowing into collaterals, bone and joint pain, traumatic injuries, seminal emission, leukorrhea, etc.
Simple Jade Red Ointment: Pure Sesame Oil (20 liang, boiled over fire); add clean human hair (5 qian), fry until withered, remove dregs; ten eggs, broken and yolks/whites mixed well, slowly poured into the oil. Continue boiling until withered, remove dregs. Add Yellow Resin (5 liang), melt off heat. Then add Lead Tetroxide (5 liang), mix well. This ointment promotes tissue regeneration, stops pain, and draws out toxins.
Rotting Leg Sandwich Paper Plaster: Borneol (4 fen), Calamine (1 liang 2 qian), Calomel (5 qian), White Resin (3 liang 5 qian), Rapeseed Oil (1 jin). In summer, first boil the rapeseed oil, then dissolve the white resin. Then decoct the three medicinal ingredients together.
Immediate Furuncle-Rescuing Pill: Gold-footed Arsenic (5 fen), Toad Venom, Dragon's Blood, Cinnabar, Myrrh (5 fen each); Calomel, Borneol, Musk (2.5 fen each). Grind into extremely fine powder. Mix with decoction of Aconitum kusnezoffii root to form thin strips. Effective for treating all types of furuncles, toxic sores, and severe complications like "Zouhuang" (systemic toxicity spreading from a local sore).
Another prescription: Remove Dragon's Blood, Myrrh, and Borneol. Add Borax, White Civet, Centipede, Frankincense powder, and Realgar powder.
Furuncle-Toxin-Drawing Formula: Arsenic Sand, Alum, Cinnabar, Table Salt (3 qian each). Select a Ding day at Wu hour. First, dry the alum and salt by placing them on a rusty iron knife blade. Grind together into an extremely fine powder. Store in a jar for use.
Furuncle-Dispersing Pill: Toad Venom, Alum (3 qian each); Silkworm, Cinnabar (1.5 qian each); Cow Bezoar, Borneol (1 qian each); Musk (7 fen). Grind into extremely fine powder. Melt refined white resin, let cool slightly, add the powder, and roll into pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 7 fen per dose, washed down with scallion heads and white wine, aiming for a slight sweat.
Furuncle-Toxin-Drawing Dan: Dung Beetle (one, head and wings removed), Arsenic Sand (5 fen), White Arsenic (5 fen). Pound into pills the size of peppercorns. Puncture the sore with a three-edged needle to appropriate depth, insert the pill, and press down with a thimble. Severe pain will follow, and yellow fluid containing toxin will discharge. Then, take wild chrysanthemum (roots or leaves), crush to extract one cup of juice, mix with wine, and drink. Consume three doses until drunk. Subsequently, take Renzhonghuang pills daily with good wine for full recovery.
Furuncle Systemic Toxicity Pill: Realgar, Raw Rhubarb, Croton Seed Meat (dehusked, equal parts). Pound into a paste. Use flour and aged vinegar to make a paste binder, form pills the size of Pharbitis seeds. Heavy cases: 23 pills per dose; mild cases: 21 pills per dose. Place on tongue, wash down with hot water. Hiccups after ingestion indicate cure. Diarrhea is also beneficial. After 3-5 times, stop with rice water. If unconscious, dissolve 23 pills in water and administer. To treat "Chant Hou Ji Bi" (acute throat obstruction), damp-phlegm flow, and early-stage syphilis, remove Realgar and add a small amount of Curcuma aromatica rhizome.
Furuncle-Toxin Secret Pill: Human fingernails (appropriate amount, fried yellow and ground fine), Musk (1 fen), Bottom of chamber pot (1 spoon). Grind evenly, form pills the size of rice grains.
Another prescription: Adding earwax, dental tartar, and toenails is even better.
Baosheng Stick: Croton Seed Meat (49 grains, fried with shell using gentle and strong fire then ground), Borax (2 qian), Calomel (half large box), Golden-top Arsenic (2 qian), Realgar (2 qian), Musk (1 qian). Grind into extremely fine powder. Melt yellow resin (5 liang), mix with medicine to form sticks. Soak in cold water briefly, remove, shape into cakes the size of a coin hole. Open the sore head, place one cake on top, cover with plaster. Treats furuncles, back abscesses, scrofula, and all malignant sores.
Huiting Powder: Earth bee nest (with larvae, 1 liang), Snake skin (one strip), calcined in mud until charred but retaining essence, ground to fine powder. Treats critical Zouhuang syndrome. Take 2 qian with plain water or wine. Severe pain follows, indicating rescue is possible; toxin turns to yellow fluid, cessation of pain means survival.
Wuxiang Powder: Clove (4 fen), Costus Root, Frankincense, Agarwood (4 fen each); Musk (5 li); Yao Huang (6 fen). Grind together. Mix with good vinegar. Must be prepared on Duanwu Festival noon or an auspicious Tiande day. Prick the sore head with a needle, apply a drop of vinegar, place a small amount of medicine on a plaster, and apply. Treats critical red/yellow furuncles, curing within 2-3 days.
Renlong Powder: Roundworm (dried, 1 qian; substitute with grain worms if unavailable), Alum (3 fen), Toad Venom (3 fen, dissolved in liquor). Mix evenly and apply externally. Treats inverted lip furuncle-toxin; the sore breaks shortly after application, draining toxic fluid leads to cure.
Bating San: Arsenic Sand, White Civet, Calomel, Centipede (1 qian each); Whole Scorpion, Musk (2 qian each); Golden-top Arsenic (6 fen). Grind to fine powder. Dissolve 1 qian Toad Venom in liquor, pound together with powder to form long pills the size of mustard seeds for insertion into the furuncle pore.
Another prescription: Musk, Dragon's Blood, Frankincense, Myrrh, Magnetite, Borneol, Xanthium insect, oil roasted on tiles (equal parts). Grind to fine powder and apply.
Urgent Furuncle Miracle Prescription: Frankincense, Myrrh (6 fen each); Red Peony Root (2 qian); Scrophularia Root (1 qian); Borneol, Musk (6 fen each); Longhu Dou (5 qian, i.e., dead green snake fighting gecko). If unavailable, use Cantharides (6 qian) fried with glutinous rice until yellow, remove rice, grind. Whole Scorpion (6, head/legs removed), can substitute with Limahui Ding Dan. Grind to fine powder, store airtight. Apply to plaster before use. It will naturally penetrate and burst. Squeezing out the blood root cures the condition. Truly a miraculous prescription.
