鹿茸（酥炙为末） 山药（为末） 熟地黄（酒蒸捣膏） 柏子仁（捣膏） 菟丝子（各等分）
蜜丸梧子大。每服八十丸。空心盐汤下。
治下焦阴虚。小便涩滞。或膝无力。阴汗阴痿。或足热不履地。不渴而小便闭。
肉桂（二钱） 黄柏（酒拌焙） 知母（酒洗焙各一两）
为末水丸梧子大。每服百丸。加至二百丸。百沸汤下。
菟丝子（五两） 白茯苓（三两） 石连肉（去心三两）
酒糊丸梧子大。每服五十丸。空心盐汤下。
治一切气滞结肿。或痛或闪肭。及风寒所伤作痛。并效。
木香（五钱为末） 生地黄（一两杵膏）
和匀。量患处大小。作饼置肿上。以热熨斗熨之。
川乌头（炮去脐） 骨碎补（炙） 白芍药 没药（另研） 当归（焙） 乳香（各研） 生地黄
川芎 苏木（各一两） 自然铜（火 醋淬十次为末一两）
上为末。生姜汁与蜜和丸。每一两作丸。每服一丸。水酒各半盏。煎至八分。空心热服
治疮痛不可忍。
乳香 没药（各二钱） 寒水石（ ） 滑石（各四钱） 冰片（一分）
为细末。搽患处。痛即止。甚妙。此方乳、没性温。佐以寒剂制之。故寒热之痛皆有效也
白附子（炮二两） 半夏（姜制） 南星（各二两） 川乌（炮去皮脐半两）
为末。用糯米糊丸如绿豆大。每服二十丸。生姜汤下。瘫痪温酒下。小儿惊风薄荷汤下

治疗下焦阴虚证（肾阴不足）。小便涩滞不畅。或者膝盖无力。阴部多汗或阳痿。或者足心发热不愿踩地。口不渴但小便闭塞不通。

研成粉末，用水泛丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用一百丸，可加至二百丸。用滚开水送服。
菟丝子（五两） 白茯苓（三两） 石莲子肉（去掉芯，三两）
用酒调糊为丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用五十丸。空腹时用淡盐汤送服。
治疗各种气机阻滞导致的结块肿胀。或者疼痛或闪挫损伤。以及风寒侵袭引起的疼痛，均有疗效。
木香（五钱，研成粉末） 生地黄（一两，捣成膏状）
混合均匀。根据患处的大小，做成饼状敷在肿胀处，用热熨斗熨烫患处。
川乌头（炮制，去掉脐部） 骨碎补（炙烤） 白芍药 没药（单独研磨） 当归（焙干） 乳香（单独研磨） 生地黄
川芎 苏木（以上各一两） 自然铜（用火煅烧后用醋淬炼十次，研成粉末，一两）
以上药物研成粉末。用生姜汁与蜂蜜调和制成丸剂。每一两药粉制成一定数量的丸剂（原文意指每两药粉制丸若干，此处依文意译为制作丸剂），每次服用一丸。用水和酒各半盏，煎煮至八分满。空腹时热服。
治疗疮疡疼痛难以忍受。
乳香 没药（各二钱） 寒水石（ ） 滑石（各四钱） 冰片（一分）
研成细末。涂抹在患处。疼痛立即停止。效果极佳。此方中乳香、没药性温，辅以寒凉药物制约其温热之性。因此无论是寒痛还是热痛都有效。
白附子（炮制，二两） 半夏（姜汁制） 天南星（各二两） 川乌（炮制，去皮去脐，半两）
研成粉末。用糯米糊制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸。用生姜汤送服。治疗瘫痪时用温酒送服。治疗小儿惊风用薄荷汤送服。
Deer Antler Glans (Su Zhi Wei Mo, processed with butter and ground into powder) *Cornus Officinalis Fructus* (Shanyao, prepared as powder) *Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata* (Shu Dihuang, steamed with wine and pounded into paste) *Platycladi Semen* (Baizi Ren, pounded into paste) *Cuscutae Semen* (Tusizi, equal parts of each).
Made into pills with honey, size of *Koelreuteriae Fructus* (Wutongzi). Take 80 pills per dose. Administer on an empty stomach with salt water.
Treats Lower Jiao Yin Deficiency (deficiency of yin in the lower burner). Astringent and stagnant urination. Or weakness in the knees. Excessive sweating in the genital area or impotence. Or heat in the feet making one unwilling to walk on the ground. No thirst but urinary retention.
*Cinnamomi Cortex* (Rougui, 2 qian) *Phellodendri Cortex* (Huangbai, mixed with wine and baked) *Anemarrhenae Rhizoma* (Zhimu, washed with wine and baked, 1 liang each).
Ground into powder, made into water-habituated pills, size of *Koelreuteriae Fructus*. Take 100 pills per dose, increase up to 200 pills. Administer with boiling water.
*Cuscutae Semen* (5 liang) *Poria* (Bai Fuling, 3 liang) *Nelumbinis Semen* (Shi Lianrou, remove the heart, 3 liang).
Made into pills with wine paste, size of *Koelreuteriae Fructus*. Take 50 pills per dose. Administer on an empty stomach with salt water.
Treats all types of qi stagnation leading to nodular swelling. Or pain or sprain/contusion injuries. And pain caused by wind-cold invasion; effective for all.
*Aucklandiae Radix* (Muxiang, 5 qian, ground into powder) *Rehmanniae Radix* (Sheng Dihuang, 1 liang, pounded into paste).
Mix evenly. Make into cakes according to the size of the affected area. Place the cake on the swelling. Iron it with a hot ironing tool.
*Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata* (Chuan Wutou, processed, remove umbilicus) *Drynariae Rhizoma* (Gusuibu, roasted) *Paeoniae Radix Alba* (Baishaoyao) *Myrrha* (Moyao, separately ground) *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui, baked) *Olibanum* (Ruxiang, separately ground) *Rehmanniae Radix* (Sheng Dihuang)
*Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong) *Sappan Lignum* (Sumu) (each 1 liang) *Pyritum* (Ziran Tong, calcined with vinegar quenching ten times, ground into powder, 1 liang).
The above ingredients are ground into powder. Mix with ginger juice and honey to make pills. Each liang of powder makes a certain amount of pills. Take one pill per dose. Decoct with half a cup of water and half a cup of wine until reduced to 80%. Take hot on an empty stomach.
Treats unbearable pain from sores/carbuncles.
*Olibanum* (Ruxiang) *Myrrha* (Moyao) (each 2 qian) *Calcitris* (Han Shui Shi, [missing dosage]) *Talcum* (Huashi) (each 4 qian) *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Bingpian, 1 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Apply to the affected area. Pain stops immediately. Very excellent. This formula contains Ruxiang and Moyao which are warm in nature, assisted by cold agents to restrain their warmth. Therefore, it is effective for both cold and hot pain.
*Typhonii Rhizoma* (Baifuzi, processed, 2 liang) *Pinelliae Rhizoma* (Banxia, processed with ginger juice) *Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma* (Nanxing) (each 2 liang) *Aconiti Radix* (Chuan Wu, processed, remove skin and umbilicus, 0.5 liang).
Grind into powder. Make into pills like mung beans using glutinous rice paste. Take 20 pills per dose. Administer with ginger soup. For paralysis, administer with warm wine. For pediatric convulsions, administer with mint soup.
