为末。每服五钱。葱汤空心调下。
葫芦巴（炒一斤） 茴香（去脐炒十二两） 川楝子（炒一斤二两） 大巴戟（去心炒六两）
川乌（炮去皮尖六两） 吴茱萸（汤洗七次，炒十两）
上为末。酒糊如梧子大。每服十五丸。空心温酒下。小儿茴香汤下。
治妇人阴户生疮。或肿。或痛。或脓水淋漓。

用水数碗。煎良久。去渣。塌洗患处。
治妇人阴户肿痛。月水涩滞。
菖蒲 当归（各一钱） 秦艽（七钱半） 吴茱萸（五钱制）
为末。每服三钱。空心葱汤调下。更以枳实炒热。频熨患处。阴内脓水淋漓。或痒痛。
以升麻、白芷、黄连、木通、当归、川芎、白术、茯苓煎服。更用塌肿汤浴洗。
治心经蕴热。小便赤涩。或茎肿窍痛。及上下虚。心火炎上口苦咽干。烦躁作渴。发热
。小便白浊。夜则安静。昼则发热。

炒） 麦门冬（去心） 地骨皮（各五分）
水二钟。煎八分空心食前服。

以上药物研为细末。用酒糊制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用十五丸。空腹时用温酒送服。小儿患者用小茴香汤送服。
治疗妇人阴户生疮。或肿胀。或疼痛。或脓水淋漓不止。
甘草、干漆（各三两）、黄芩、当归、生地黄、川芎（各二两）、龟甲（五两）。
用水数碗。煎煮较长时间。滤去药渣。将药液外敷清洗患处。
治疗妇人阴户肿痛。月经涩滞不畅。
石菖蒲、当归（各一钱）、秦艽（七钱半）、吴茱萸（五钱，经炮制处理）。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用三钱。空腹时用葱汤调服。另外将枳实炒热，频繁熨烫患处。若阴道内脓水淋漓，或瘙痒疼痛。
使用升麻、白芷、黄连、木通、当归、川芎、白术、茯苓煎服。另外使用塌肿汤进行浴洗。
治疗心经蕴积热邪。小便赤红涩痛。或阴茎肿胀窍道疼痛。以及上虚下虚。心火炎上导致口苦咽干。烦躁作渴。发热。
小便白浊。夜间则安静。白天则发热。
黄芩（炒制）、黄芪（蜜炙）、石莲子肉（去心）、赤茯苓、人参（各一钱）、甘草（炙制）、车前子（炒制）、麦门冬（去心）、地骨皮（各五分）。
用水二钟。煎至八分。空腹、进食前服用。
Cinnamon Twig (Rougui), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, processed, 2 liang), Atractylodes Rhizome (Cangzhu), Licorice Root (Gancao, honey-fried, half jin each), Amomum Fruit Suasharen (Suosha), Pericarpium Zanthoxyli (Dingpi), Areca Seed (Binglang, 4 liang each), Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (Ezhu), Burreed Tuber (Sanleng, roasted), Poria (Fuling), Tangerine Peel (Qingpi, white part removed, 6 liang each), Corydalis Rhizome (Yanhusuo, 2 liang).
Grind into powder. Take 5 qian per dose. Mix with green onion soup and take on an empty stomach.
Halba Bean (Huluba, fried, 1 jin), Fennel Fruit (Huixiang, umbilicus removed, fried, 12 liang), Toosendan Fruit (Chuanlianzi, fried, 1 jin 2 liang), Large Euphorbia Root (Da Bajie, heart removed, fried, 6 liang), Aconite Lateral Root (Chuanwu, processed, skin and tip removed, 6 liang), Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu, washed seven times with hot water, fried, 10 liang).
Grind the above into powder. Make pills using wine paste, sized like wutong seeds. Take 15 pills per dose. Take with warm wine on an empty stomach. For children, take with fennel soup.
Treats sores in the female genitalia. Or swelling. Or pain. Or dripping pus.
Licorice Root (Gancao), Dry Lacquer (Ganqi, 3 liang each), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Rehmannia Root (Shengdihuang), Szechwan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 2 liang each), Turtle Shell (Guijia, 5 liang).
Use several bowls of water. Decoct for a long time. Remove dregs. Apply to wash the affected area.
Treats swelling and pain in the female genitalia. Stagnant menstruation.
Acorus Rhizome (Changpu), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui, 1 qian each), Gentiana Macrophylla Root (Qinjiao, 7.5 qian), Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu, 5 qian, prepared).
Grind into powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Mix with green onion soup and take on an empty stomach. Additionally, stir-fry Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi) until hot, and frequently apply as a hot compress to the affected area. If there is dripping pus inside the vagina, or itching and pain.
Decoction of Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Akebia Stem (Mutong), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Szechwan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Poria (Fuling). Additionally, bathe and wash with Taswong Decoction.
Treats heat accumulation in the Heart Meridian. Red and painful urination. Or swelling of the penis and pain in the urethral orifice. As well as deficiency at the upper and lower parts. Heart fire flaring up causing bitter taste in the mouth and dry throat. Restlessness and thirst. Fever.
White turbid urine. Quiet at night. Fever during the day.
Scutellaria Root (Huangqin, fried), Astragalus Root (Huangqi, honey-fried), Stone Lotus Seed Flesh (Shilian Rou, heart removed), Red Poria (Chi Fuling), Ginseng Root (Renshen, 1 qian each), Licorice Root (Gancao, honey-fried), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi, fried), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong, heart removed), Cortex Lycii (Digupi, 5 fen each).
Use two zhong of water. Decoct to eight fen. Take on an empty stomach before meals.
