【组成】卷柏、龙骨、人参（去除芦头）、石斛（去除根部并锉碎）、续断、桂心、狗脊、鹿茸（去除毛刺，涂酥后炙烤至微黄色）。
【制法与用法】以上药物，捣碎并过筛成细末。用炼过的蜂蜜调和，捣杵三五百次。制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每天空腹时，用温酒送服三十丸。晚上进食前服用。
【组成】韭子（二两，用酒煮十余沸，炒干）、肉苁蓉（一两，用酒浸泡一夜，刮去皱皮，炙干）、龙骨（一两）、浓朴（一两）、桂心（一两）、车前子（一两）、天雄（一两，炮裂，去皮脐）、补骨脂（一两，微炒）、槐子（一两，选黑大者，炒令香）。

[Ingredients] Jiuzi (Allii Tuberosi Semen) [2 liang, boiled in wine for more than ten boils, stir-fried until dry], Roucongrong (Cistanche Deserticolae Radix) [1 liang, soaked in wine overnight, scraped to remove wrinkled skin, roasted until dry], Longgu (Fossilized Bones) [1 liang], Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) [1 liang], Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex) [1 liang], Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen) [1 liang], Tianxiong (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) [1 liang, processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed], Buguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus) [1 liang, lightly stir-fried], Huaizi (Buckwheat Fruit) [1 liang, select large black ones, stir-fried until fragrant].
