治疗下元极度虚弱。导致冷气积聚。温暖脾肾。适宜服用荜茇丸方。

Pine Resin (Sanliang [3 liang], refined) Songhua [Sanliang or Erliang] Bai Fuling (Yiliang) Changpu (Yiliang) Guixin (Yiliang) Sheng Ganjiang (Yiliang, radix removed) Tusizi (Yiliang, soaked in wine)
The above herbs are crushed, sieved into powder. Mixed with refined honey and pounded three to five hundred times. Formed into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Taken daily on an empty stomach. Administered with warm wine. Gradually increase the dosage to forty pills.
Treats the five labors and seven injuries. Kidney deficiency and Spleen weakness. Heat in the Upper Jiao. Deficient cold in the Lower Yuan. Borborygmus within the abdomen. Qi stagnation in the chest and diaphragm. Emaciation and weakness. Suitable to take Bibie Wan.

The above herbs are crushed, sieved into powder. Mixed with refined honey to form pills. The size of paulownia seeds. Taken daily on an empty stomach. Administered with warm wine starting at twenty pills. Gradually increase to thirty pills.
Treats extreme deficiency of the Lower Yuan, leading to accumulation of cold Qi. Warms the Spleen and Kidneys. Suitable to take Bibie Wan Fang.
Bibie Chenxiang Fuzi (Processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed) Roudoukou (pitted) Xiangzi Muxiang Shihu (roots removed and chopped) Helilepi (Yiliang)
The above herbs are crushed, sieved into powder. Mixed with refined honey and pounded three hundred times. Formed into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Taken daily on an empty stomach and before evening meal. Administered with warm wine, thirty pills per dose.
Tonifies and warms deficient cold Qi. Warms the Spleen and aids digestion. Formula of Bibie Wan.
Bibie Helilepi Guixin Hujiao Fuzi (Processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed) Chenxiang Muxiang Renshen (rhizome removed) Caodoukou (Yiliang, skin removed)
The above herbs are crushed, sieved into powder. Mixed with refined honey and pounded two to three hundred times. Formed into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Taken before meals. Administered with warm wine, thirty pills per dose.
