以上药物。捣碎过筛成粉末。加入麝香再次研磨均匀。用炼蜜调和制成药丸。如梧桐子大小。每次在饭前服用。用温酒送服二十丸。

Binglang (Arecae Semen, half liang) Yuliren (Prunus japonica Seed, half liang, soaked in hot water, skin removed, lightly stir-fried) Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, half liang, cut into pieces, lightly stir-fried) Qing Ju Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, three fen, soaked in hot water, white pith removed)
The above herbs are crushed, sifted into powder. Mixed with refined honey, pounded for three to two hundred strokes. Formed into pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take twenty pills before meals, washed down with warm water.
Treats all types of Qi stagnation. Organ Qi stagnation. Binglang Wan (Areca Nut Pill) Formula.
Binglang (Arecae Semen) Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, bran-fried until slightly yellow, pith removed) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) Yuliren (Prunus japonica Seed, soaked in hot water, skin removed, lightly stir-fried) Helilepi (Terminalia Chebulae Pericarpium) Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma)

The above herbs are crushed, sifted into powder. Mixed with refined honey, pounded for three to two hundred strokes. Formed into pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills each time, washed down with warm wine.
Treats upper Jiao congestion. Unclear head and eyes. Constipation and dryness of the large and small intestines. Chest and abdominal fullness and oppression. Binglang Wan (Areca Nut Pill) Formula.
Binglang (Arecae Semen, one liang) Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, one and a half liang, bran-fried until slightly yellow, pith removed) Qianniuzi (Pharbitidis Semen, three liang, lightly stir-fried) Lingyangjiaoxie (Saigae Tataricae Cornu, one liang)
Qianhu (Peucedani Radix, one liang)
The above herbs are crushed, sifted into powder. Mixed with refined honey, pounded for three to two hundred strokes. Formed into pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills before meals, washed down with ginger decoction.
Treats all types of Qi stagnation. Chest and abdominal congestion and distension. Inability to eat. Binglang Wan (Areca Nut Pill) Formula.
Binglang (Arecae Semen, two liang) Helile (Terminalia chebulae Fruit, two liang, used raw, peel only) Guizi (Cinnamomi Cassiae Fructus, one liang) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, one liang) Yuliren (Prunus japonica Seed, two liang, soaked in hot water, skin removed)
Doukou (Amomi Fructus Rotundus, half liang, skin removed)
The above herbs: crush Tao Ren (Persicae Semen) and Yuliren together into a paste. Crush the other herbs into powder. Mix in the Tao Ren paste. Grind evenly. Bind with wheat starch paste to form pills.
