人患有五脏疟疾，以及伴有寒热交替、痰饮、鬼祟（古人对某些精神症状或疑难杂症的迷信称呼）、隔日发作、山岚瘴气等引起的各种疟疾。追溯其致病原因，都是因为调养失当，导致阴阳之气交争，寒热症状交替出现。虽然病名深浅各异，但治疗原则大同小异。现在用一方来统疗这些病症，所以称为“一切疟”。
治疗一切疟疾的神效方：
虎头骨（三两，涂酥油炙烤至黄色） 朱砂（一两，细研） 恒山（半两，锉碎） 甘草（半两，炙至微红后锉碎） 牡蛎粉（半两，炮裂去皮脐后细研） 桃仁（三十七枚，用汤水浸泡去皮尖双仁）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，加入已研细的药物混合均匀。用炼蜜调和，捣杵二三百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次在饭前，用桃符汤送服十五丸，以痊愈为度。
又一方：
虎头骨（一两半，涂酥油炙烤至黄色） 砒霜（一分，细研） 桃心（一百二十枚，干燥者） 桃奴（七枚） 腊月猪血（半合） 寒食面（半匙） 端午日的粽子尖（五枚）
以上药物中，桃心、虎骨、桃奴这三味药，捣碎过筛成粉末。将上述所有药物研磨混合均匀。必须在五月五日日出之前配制。用粟米饭调和制成绿豆大小的丸剂。欲服药前，用新汲取的凉水送服两丸。忌食热物。
治疗一切疟疾，久治不愈的朱砂丸方：
朱砂（半两） 阿魏（半两） 乳香（半两） 砒霜（半两） 麝香（一钱） 豆豉（一两，另研如膏状）
以上药物，全部研磨极细。用豆豉和软米饭调和制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用，煎煮桃枝汤送服四丸。在疟疾发作前服用，共服两次，以呕吐为见效标志。
治疗一切疟疾，寒热发作时间不定，痰气上逆，无法进食，宜用此方：

治疗一切疟疾，寒热发作，神志昏沉闷乱，日夜不得安宁的天灵盖丸方：

以上药物，生捣过筛成粉末，加入已研细的药物混合均匀。在端午日中午时分，用炼蜜调和，制成皂荚子大小的丸剂。每次发作当天，男性系于左手，女性系于右手，手心握持一丸。如果未停止，则立即用新汲取的凉水送服一丸。忌食热物。
又一方：
臭黄（一两） 黄丹（一两） 朱砂（半两） 麝香（半两）
以上药物，全部研磨极细。用粟米饭调和制成绿豆大小的丸剂，阴干。在发作当天的早晨，用温茶送服五丸，即可吐出痰水和恶涎。吐完后过一段时间，煮绿豆粥服用，即可痊愈。孕妇勿服。
又一方：
腊月野狐肝（一两半） 雄黄（一两，细研） 阿魏（半两，细研） 朱砂（半两，细研） 猢狲头骨（二两半） 天灵盖（一两） 麝香（半两，细研）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，与雄黄等混合，再次研磨均匀。在五月五日午时，用炼蜜调和，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。男性系于左手，女性系于右手，用青带系在中指上，闻嗅它，疾病即可痊愈。难愈者，用醋汤送服一丸。
治疗一切疟疾，不论发病年月远近的乌梅丸方：
乌梅肉（一两，微炒） 桂心（一两） 甘草（一两，炙至微红后锉碎） 虎头骨（一两，涂酥油炙烤至黄色） 桃仁（一两，去皮尖双仁） 麝香（一分）

皂荚（一两，去黑皮涂酥油炙烤至黄色，去子） 藜芦（一两，去芦头） 巴豆（十枚，去皮心后研，用纸包裹压去油）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，加入巴豆研磨均匀。用炼蜜调和，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。在发作前，用温水送服三丸。
治疗一切疟疾的铅丹丸方：
铅丹（一分，炒至紫色） 人参（一两，去芦头） 天雄（一分，去皮脐生用）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，加入铅丹研磨均匀。用炼蜜调和，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。用米粥饮送服三丸。在发作前后各服一次，以四肢感到舒适轻松为见效标志。
治疗一切疟疾的恒山丸方：
恒山末（一两半） 白蜜（一合） 鸡蛋清（两个）
以上药物混合，在铫子内，用慢火熬至可制丸的程度，随即制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用，空腹时用米粥饮送服二十丸，晚饭后前再服一次。过时不再发作，可自行进食。
又一方：
葛勒蔓（一握） 恒山（一两）
以上药物，全部锉碎。用水一大盏半，煎取一盏，去渣。空腹分两次服用。在发作前温服。用火烘烤脚部，并用绵衣覆盖全身，以遍身出汗为见效标志。
又一方：
砒霜（一分，细研） 桃仁（半两，汤浸去皮尖双仁） 豆豉（半两，炒干）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，加入砒霜研磨均匀。用软米饭调和，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。临发作前，用冷生姜汤送服三丸。忌食热物。
又一方：
豆豉（一分，研如膏状） 黄丹（半两） 胡粉（半两） 砒霜（一分）

Humans suffer from five-organ malaria (malaria affecting the five zang organs), as well as various types of malaria characterized by alternating chills and fever, phlegm-rheum, "ghost" affections (ancient superstitious term for certain mental symptoms or intractable diseases), every-other-day paroxysms, and mountain miasma. Tracing the etiology, all these conditions arise from improper self-care, leading to a conflict between yin and yang qi, resulting in alternating chills and fever. Although the specific names and depths of the pathology vary, the therapeutic principles are largely similar. Now, one formula is provided to treat all such cases, hence it is called "Yi Qie Nue" (All Malaria).
**Formula for Yi Qie Nue with Divine Efficacy:**
* *Hu Tou Gu* (Tiger Skull Bone) [3 liang, coated with lard/su oil, roasted until yellow]
* *Zhu Sha* (Cinnabar) [1 liang, finely ground]
* *Heng Shan* (Dichroa Root / Radix Dichroae) [0.5 liang, chopped]
* *Gan Cao* (Licorice Root / Radix Glycyrrhizae) [0.5 liang, roasted until slightly red, then chopped]
* *Mu Li Fen* (Oyster Shell Powder / Concha Ostreae) [0.5 liang, processed until cracked, skin and navel removed, finely ground]
* *Tao Ren* (Peach Seed / Semen Persicae) [37 seeds, soaked in hot water, skin and pointed ends removed, double-kernel seeds discarded]
Process: Pound and sieve the above herbs into powder. Mix with the already finely ground ingredients evenly. Blend with refined honey, pound and knead 200-300 times. Shape into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 15 pills before meals, washed down with Tao Fu Tang (Willow Charm Decoction). Continue until cured.

**Wu Mei Wan Formula for All Malaria Regardless of Duration:**
