上以热酒调为一服。五七服即疮愈。

防风（一两去芦头） 牵牛子（二两微炒） 牛蒡子（一两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。不计时候。以温水调下二钱。
又方。
蔓荆子（一两） 甘草（二两一半生一半熟） 干薄荷（半两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每服二钱。用暖酒调下。日三服。
又方。
车前子（一两）
上捣罗为末。用暖酒调下二钱。日三服。

赤小豆（一两） 莽草（一两）
上件药。捣罗为末。以酒调涂之。
妇女患乳痈，疮肿疼痛的，是由于风毒积聚，从而形成痈疮。大概是因为产后没有及时挤去乳汁，导致乳汁蓄积不止。
治疗妇人乳痈，已经形成瘀肿、脓水，疼痛难以忍受的情况，使用木通散方。
木通（一两半，锉碎） 黄芩（二两，锉碎） 玄参（一两半） 沉香（三分） 赤芍药（二两） 黄芩（二两）
以上药物，捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，煎至六分，去掉药渣，不分时候温服。
治疗妇人乳痈，疮肿疼痛，清除热毒的大黄丸方。
川大黄（一两，锉碎后微炒） 桂心（半两） 薏苡仁（半两） 鸡骨香（半两） 黄连（一两，去须） 人参（半两，去芦头） 附子（半两，炮裂去皮脐） 黄芩（半两，锉碎） 木通（半两，锉碎） 当归（半两，微炒去刺）
以上药物，捣罗成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣三二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用不拘时候，用温水送下三十丸。
治疗妇人乳痈疮肿，发热疼痛，宜用散发毒气的葶苈散方。
甜葶苈（一两） 赤芍药（三分） 白芷（一两） 丁香（三分） 黄芩（一两，锉碎） 羊桃皮（一两，锉碎） 木鳖子（一两）
以上药物，捣细过筛制成散剂。用酸浆水调和均匀，涂抹在旧布上贴敷患处。
治疗妇人乳头破裂疼痛，即将形成疮疡的方子。
胭脂（三分） 蚌蛤粉（一两）
以上药物，研细涂于乳头破裂处，效果神奇。
治疗乳痈肿已成疮，疼痛的方子。
鸡蛋（一枚，打破）
以上用热酒调匀作为一服。服用五到七次后疮即痊愈。
又一方。

以上药物，捣细过筛制成散剂。不拘时候，用温水调下二钱。

蔓荆子（一两） 甘草（二两半，一半生用一半熟用） 干薄荷（半两）
以上药物，捣细过筛制成散剂。每次服用二钱，用暖酒调下。每日三次。

车前子（一两）
以上捣罗成粉末，用暖酒调下二钱。每日三次。
In women suffering from mastitis (Ru Yong), characterized by swelling and pain of the abscess, this condition arises from the accumulation of wind-toxin, leading to the formation of an abscess. This is generally due to the failure to express breast milk promptly after childbirth, resulting in continuous retention and accumulation of milk.
For treating female mastitis that has progressed to stasis-swelling with pus and fluid, accompanied by unbearable pain, use the Mutong Powder formula.
Mutong (Caulis Akebiae) (1.5 liang, cut into pieces) Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae) (2 liang, cut into pieces) Xuanshen (Radix Scrophulariae) (1.5 liang) Chenxiang (Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum) (3 fen) Chishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) (2 liang) Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae) (2 liang).
The above ingredients are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Each dose consists of 4 qian, decocted with one zhong of water until reduced to 0.6 zhong. Strain the dregs and take warm at any time.
To treat female mastitis with swelling, pain, and heat toxicity, use the Dahuang Pill formula.
Chuan Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) (1 liang, cut into pieces and lightly stir-fried) Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae) (0.5 liang) Yiyiren (Semen Coicis) (0.5 liang) Jigu Xiang (Herba Elsholtziae) (0.5 liang) Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis) (1 liang, remove roots) Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (0.5 liang, remove rhizome) Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) (0.5 liang, processed until cracked, peel skin and remove umbilicus) Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae) (0.5 liang, cut into pieces) Mutong (Caulis Akebiae) (0.5 liang, cut into pieces) Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) (0.5 liang, lightly stir-fried and remove prickles).
The above ingredients are ground into fine powder, mixed with refined honey, and pounded for three to two hundred strokes. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills at a time, regardless of meal times, with warm water.
To treat female mastitis with swelling, heat, and pain, use the Tingli Powder formula to disperse toxic qi.
Tian Tingli (Semen Lepidii seu Descurainiae) (1 liang) Chishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) (3 fen) Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) (1 liang) Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli) (3 fen) Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae) (1 liang, cut into pieces) Yangtao Pi (Cortex Pruni Persicae or similar) (1 liang, cut into pieces) Mibiezi (Semen Momordicae) (1 liang).
The above ingredients are finely ground and sifted into a powder. Mix evenly with sour well water, spread onto old cloth, and apply as a patch.
For treating cracked and painful nipples in women, impending ulceration:
Yanzhi (Lac Sanguis Draconis) (3 fen) Bangha Fen (Concha Tridacnatis) (1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients finely and apply to the cracked nipple area; it is highly effective.
For treating mastitis where swelling has formed an abscess and causes pain:
Jizi (Ovum Gallus) (one egg, broken).
Mix with hot wine as one dose. After five to seven doses, the abscess will heal.
Another formula:
Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae) (1 liang, remove rhizome) Qianniuzi (Semen Pharbitidis) (2 liang, lightly stir-fried) Niubangzi (Fructus Arctii) (1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients finely and sift into a powder. Take 2 qian mixed with warm water at any time.
Another formula:
Manjingzi (Fructus Viticis) (1 liang) Gancao (Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae) (2.5 liang, half raw, half roasted) Gan Bohe (Herba Menthae Haplocalycis) (0.5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients finely and sift into a powder. Take 2 qian mixed with warm wine. Administer three times daily.
Another formula:
Cheqianzi (Semen Plantaginis) (1 liang).
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian mixed with warm wine. Administer three times daily.
Another formula:
Chixiaodou (Semen Phaseoli Angularis) (1 liang) Mangcao (Herba Siegesbeckiae) (1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Mix with wine and apply externally.
