妇女体质虚弱，风邪之气侵袭皮肤，又遭遇风寒热邪的干扰，于是出现风瘙瘾疹。如果是赤色疹子，还可以用凉湿之法折减肌热，通过浮浴来治疗。
治疗妇人风瘙，感觉皮肤中有如虫爬行的感觉，以及生出瘾疹，搔抓后形成疮疡，面部肿胀、心烦意乱，适宜服用蒺藜散方。

以上药物，捣细过罗成粉末，用炼蜜和丸，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次不分时候，用温酒送服二十丸。
治疗妇人风瘙身痒，主治瘾疹，久治不愈，使用蒴藋膏方。

以上药物，细细锉碎，用醋浸泡一夜，第二天早晨在铛中，加入炼成的猪脂三斤，将药放入炭火上慢熬，等到白芷颜色变为黄红色，膏成后滤去药渣，装入瓷器中保存。取适量涂抹按摩患处，每天可涂三五次即可痊愈。
治疗妇人风瘙，遍身生出瘾疹，搔痒，随手肿起，使用莽草膏方。

取苍耳的花和叶子等分，捣细过罗成粉末。每次服用，用豆淋酒调下二钱。

Women's constitutions are often deficient. When wind-pathogenic qi invades the skin and is compounded by cold, wind, heat, or dampness, wind itching (Feng Sao) and urticaria (Yin Zhen) may arise. If red rashes appear, cooling and dampening methods can be used to reduce muscle heat, such as through floating baths.
For treating wind itching in women, characterized by a sensation of insects crawling on the skin, the emergence of urticaria, sores formed from scratching, facial swelling, and irritability, the Jili San (Tribulus Powder) formula is suitable.
Tribulus Terrestris Fructus (Baijili, 白蒺藜) (3 fen, lightly stir-fried, thorns removed), Antelope Horn (Lingyangjiao, 羚羊角) shavings (3 fen), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin, 黄芩) (0.5 liang), Asarum Root (Xixin, 细辛) (0.5 liang), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参) (0.5 liang, radix tip removed).
The above herbs are crushed, sifted into a powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with one zhong of water until reduced to 0.6 zhong, strain, and take warm at any time.
For treating wind itching in women, with urticaria covering the whole body, intense itching resembling insect crawling, which comes and goes intermittently, the Mangcao San (Dichroa Root Powder) formula is used.

For treating wind itching in women, where urticaria appears on the head and face upon onset, forming sores when scratched, the Wushe Wan (Black Snake Pill) formula is used.

The above herbs are ground into fine powder, mixed with refined honey, and pounded 300-400 times to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills at any time, washed down with Schizonepeta Decoction (Jingjie Tang, 荆芥汤).
For treating wind itching in women, with urticaria on the skin, itching and pain, or small sores, the Cang'er Wan (Cocklebur Pill) formula is used.

For treating wind itching and body pruritus in women, specifically chronic urticaria that does not heal, the Shuodi Gao (Commelina Root Ointment) formula is used.

The above herbs are finely sliced, soaked in vinegar overnight. The next morning, place them in a pan with 3 jin of refined lard, and slowly simmer over charcoal fire until Baizhi turns yellow-red. Strain the ointment and store in porcelain jars. Apply topically to the affected area 3-5 times daily for recovery.
For treating wind itching in women, with urticaria all over the body, itching that causes immediate swelling upon scratching, the Mangcao Gao (Dichroa Root Ointment) formula is used.
Dichroa Root (Mangcao, 莽草) (3 fen), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui, 当归) (1 liang), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎) (1 liang), Euphorbia Root (Daji, 大戟) (1 liang), Asarum Root (Xixin, 细辛) (1 liang), Sophora Root (Kushen, 苦参) (2 liang), Genkwa Flower (Yuanhua, 芫花) (1 liang), Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao, 川椒) (1 liang), Aconite Lateral Root Preparatum (Fuzi, 附子) (1 liang), Rhododendron Dauricum Flower (Zhi Zhu Hua, 踯躅花) (1 liang), Sedum Acre (Jingtian, 景天) (1 liang), Commelina Root (Shuodi Gen, 蒴藋根) (1 liang).
The above herbs are finely sliced, decocted in 2 jin of refined lard. When Fuzi turns yellow-red, the ointment is ready. Strain and store in porcelain jars. Apply to the lesion three times daily.
For treating persistent wind itching and unceasing pruritus due to urticaria in women, the Linzhan Decoction (Pouring and Soaking Formula) is recommended.
Iris Laevigata Rhizome (Malin, 马蔺) (2 liang), Commelina Root (Shuodi Gen, 蒴藋根) (1 liang), Leonurus Fruit (Chongweizi, 茺蔚子) (2 liang), Alum (Baifan, 白矾) (2 liang), Tribulus Terrestris Fructus (Baijili, 白蒺藜) (2 liang), Ilex Rotunda Leaf (Yinyu, 茵芋) (2 liang), Prunus Armeniaca Root (Yangtao Gen, 羊桃根) (2 liang), Ricinus Seed Leaf (Bimaye, 蓖麻叶) (1 liang), Campsis Grandiflora Flower (Lingxiaohua, 凌霄花) (2 liang).
The above herbs are finely sliced, boiled in 2 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou. Strain and wash the affected area in a draft-free place.

Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子) (0.5 jin), Sedum Acre (Jingtian, 景天) (0.5 jin), Tribulus Terrestris Fructus (Jilizi, 蒺藜子) (0.5 jin).
Boil these in 1 dou of water until reduced to 5 sheng. Strain, soak cotton cloth in the liquid, and wipe the affected area 4-5 times daily for recovery.

Campsis Grandiflora Flower (Lingxiaohua, 凌霄花) (3 liang), Commelina Root (Shuodi Gen, 蒴藋根) (0.5 jin, sliced).
Boil in 7 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Filter, add 2 liang of powdered Alum, mix well, soak cotton cloth, and frequently wipe onto the rash. Afterwards, bathe with Sophora and Willow Decoction (Huailiu Tang, 槐柳汤).

Take equal parts of Cocklebur flower and leaves, grind finely, and sift. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with Doulin Wine (Bean-dripping Wine, 豆淋酒).
