治疗小儿中风痉病，症见颈部僵硬、腰背强硬、四肢拘挛紧急、牙关紧闭、神志昏沉闷乱，用朱砂散方。

以上药物，全部研磨均匀细腻。不分时候，用薄荷酒调服“一字”量。根据患儿年龄大小，增减服用剂量。
治疗小儿中风痉病，症见牙关紧急、项背强直，以及一切惊痫发作，用牛黄丸方。

治疗小儿中风痉病，以及天钓惊痫、一切诸风证，用乌蛇丸方。

以上九味药，全部用酒浸泡七日后，取出焙干，捣碎筛选成粉末。

以上五味药，共同研磨如粉状。
以上所有药物，全部研磨均匀。用糯米饭调和制成丸剂，如黍米大小。不分时候，用薄荷汤送服三丸。根据患儿年龄大小调整用量。

以上六味药，捣碎筛选成粉末。取无灰酒一小盏，与药末一同放入银器中，煎煮至浓稠，然后加入以下药物：
牛黄（细研） 麝香（细研） 腻粉 龙脑（细研） 水银（用少量枣肉研磨至星光消失，以上各一分） 朱砂
以上七味药，全部研磨成末，加入前面煎好的药液中，调和制成丸剂，如麻子大小。不分时候，用竹沥送服三丸。根据患儿年龄大小调整用量。
治疗小儿中风痉病，以及天钓惊邪风痫，用白僵蚕丸方。
白僵蚕（一两，微炒） 干蝎（一分，微炒） 白附子（一两，炮制裂开） 天南星（半两，炮制裂开） 乌梢蛇（半两）
以上药物，捣碎筛选成粉末，全部研磨均匀。用粳米饭调和制成丸剂，如麻子大小。不分时候，用温热的薄荷酒送服三丸。
The clinical manifestations of infantile wind-stroke spasm resemble epilepsy, characterized by stiffness and rigidity of the back, head, and neck. This indicates that Wind pathogen has injured the Taiyang Meridian (Taiyang Channel Disease). This condition often arises in infants after the umbilical cord falls off or when the umbilical wound has not yet healed.
For treating infantile wind-stroke spasm presenting with neck stiffness, rigidity of the waist and back, spasmodic tightness of the four limbs, locked jaw, and mental confusion, use Cinnabar Powder (Zhusha San).
Cinnabar (3 fen) Nestling Pot (Que'er Fan Weng, 5 pieces) Scorpion Tail (14 pieces) Bai Fuzi (Aconitum carmichaelii radix preparata, 3 pieces, processed until cracked and ground to powder) Silkworm Moth (Wan Can E, 10 pieces)
Grind all ingredients into a fine, uniform powder. Administer one "yi zi" dose mixed with Bo Ye (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) wine at any time. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and size.
For treating infantile wind-stroke spasm with locked jaw, rigidity of the neck and back, as well as all types of convulsive epilepsy, use Calculus Bovis Pill (Niuhuang Wan).

Soak the above nine herbs in wine for seven days, then remove, dry by baking, pound, and sieve into powder.

Pound and sieve the above six ingredients into powder. Add one cup of pure wine (Wu Hui Jiu) to an silver vessel with the powder, boil until thick/concentrated, then add the following:
Calculus Bovis (Niu Huang, finely ground) Moschus (She Xiang, finely ground) Calomelas (Ni Fen) Borneol (Long Nao, finely ground) Mercury (Shui Yin, ground with a small amount of jujube pulp until star-like particles disappear) (each 1 fen) Cinnabar (Zhusha)
Grind these seven ingredients into powder, mix with the boiled decoction, and form pills the size of hemp seeds. Administer three pills with Bamboo Juice (Zhu Li) at any time. Adjust dosage based on the child's size.
