治疗眼睛远视不明，经常看到黑花，即将形成内障的方子。

治疗眼睛因患病后早起，元气虚弱，目无翳膜，视物昏暗，欲成内障。适宜服用磁石丸方。
药材：磁石（二两，烧红后醋淬七遍，杵碎细研后水飞）、肉苁蓉（一两，酒浸一夜刮去皱皮炙干）、菟丝子、五味子、甘草。
制法与用法：将上述药物捣碎过细筛制成粉末，加入已研好的药物令其均匀。用炼蜜调和并捣杵三二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次在饭前，用温酒送服。
治疗风内障，消翳明目，以及去除青盲、胎风赤烂。使用曾青膏方。
药材：曾青（一两，细研）、决明子（一两）、蕤仁（一两，汤浸去红皮）、干姜（一两，炮裂锉碎）、黄芩（三分）。
制法与用法：将药物入蜜拌匀，盛于铜器中，用油单密封，勿漏气。放在五斗米饭中蒸，米熟即止。取出后，每度换棉，盛入铜瓶中，加入曾青搅匀，以腊纸封口，七日后方可使用。每日不限早晚点眼。
治疗内障针开后，眼睛经年热涩痛，以及治疗一切眼障晕。使用点眼朱砂煎。
药材：朱砂（一分，细研）、琥珀（一分，细研）、黄丹（一钱）、黄柏（生用一分）、黄连末（一分）、蕤仁。
制法与用法：将上述药物同研如粉。后用白蜜三两，滤去滓，加入诸药再研令匀。装入竹筒内，隔水煮之。
治疗风内障，惊振针后，还睛散方。
药材：车前子、人参（去芦头）、细辛、桔梗（去芦头）、防风（去芦头，以上各一两）、茺蔚子（二两）。
制法与用法：将上述药物捣碎过粗筛制成散剂。每次服用三钱，加水一中盏，煎至六分，滤去药渣。不计时候，温服。
治疗风内障，黑水凝翳，恐绝三光（指视力完全丧失）。针后，适宜服用此通明散方。
药材：柏子仁（二两）、防风（一两半，去芦头）、茺蔚子（一两）、车前子（二两）、前胡（一两，去芦头）、黄芪（炙微赤锉）。
制法与用法：将上述药物捣碎过粗筛制成散剂。每次服用三钱，加水一中盏，煎至六分，滤去药渣。每次在饭后及临睡前，温服。

To treat internal cataracts caused by liver wind-toxin attacking the eyes. Initially, the eyes are dim; over time, internal cataracts form. It is suitable to take Ganjuhua San (Chrysanthemum Powder).
Ingredients: Ganjuhua (Chrysanthemum Flos, 1 liang), Xuanfuhua (Inulae Flos, 0.5 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, 1 liang, remove radicle), Chuan Shengma ( Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 3 qian), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 0.5 liang, remove radicle), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen, 0.5 liang, soak in decoction).
Preparation and Administration: Crush the above ingredients and sieve coarsely to make a powder. Take 3 qian per dose, add one zhong of water and 0.5 fen of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 0.6 zhong, filter out the dregs. Take warm after meals.
To treat Wu Feng Nei Zhang (Black Wind Internal Cataract). Symptoms include dimness and inability to see objects. It is suitable to take Lingyangjiao San (Antelope Horn Powder).
Ingredients: Lingyangjiao xie (Antelope Cornu, 1 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 1 liang, remove radicle), Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 1 liang), Chi Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra, 1 liang), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 1 liang), Ganjuhua (Chrysanthemum Flos), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 0.5 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Crush the above ingredients and sieve coarsely to make a powder. Take 3 qian per dose, add one zhong of water, decoct until reduced to 0.6 zhong, filter out the dregs. Take warm after meals.
To treat Qing Feng Nei Zhang (Green Wind Internal Cataract). Although the pupil is present, vision is dim and gradually deteriorates to the point of not seeing objects, resembling Qing Mang (Green Blindness). It is suitable to take Ruihui San (Meliosma Powder).
Ingredients: Ruihui (Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma, 3 qian), Lingyangjiao xie (Antelope Cornu, 1 liang), Ruiren (Pruni Semen Persicae, 0.5 liang, soak in decoction and remove red skin), Manjingzi (Viticis Fructus, 3 qian), Ganjuhua (Chrysanthemum Flos), Digupi (Phellodendri Cortex, 3 qian, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow).
Preparation and Administration: Crush the above ingredients and sieve finely to make a powder. Take 4 qian per dose, add one zhong of water and fourteen leaves of Zhuye (Bambusa Leaves), decoct until reduced to 0.6 zhong, filter out the dregs. Take warm after meals.
Formula for unclear distance vision with frequent black spots, impending internal cataract.
Ingredients: Qingyang dan (Green Sheep Gallbladder, 1 piece), Huangniu danzhi (Cattle Bile, 1 he), Xiongdan (Ursi Fel, 1 fen), Liyu dan (Carp Gallbladder, 3 qian), Wuji dan (Hen Gallbladder, 3 qian, total 5 pieces), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis).
Preparation and Administration: First mix all gallbladders, then add Calculus Bovis, stir and blend evenly. Place in a silver vessel and simmer with gentle and strong heat until it becomes a paste. Store in a porcelain container.
To treat floating flowers in the eyes, gradual dimness, or Qing Feng Nei Zhang (Green Wind Internal Cataract). It is suitable to take Lingyangjiao San (Antelope Horn Powder).
Ingredients: Lingyangjiao xie (Antelope Cornu), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, remove radicle), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Digupi (Phellodendri Cortex), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, remove radicle, each 3 qian), Juemingzi (Cassiae Semen).
Preparation and Administration: Crush the above ingredients and sieve finely to make a powder. After meals, take 2 qian mixed with decoction of Zhuye (Bambusa Leaves).
To treat Wu Feng Nei Zhang (Black Wind Internal Cataract). It is suitable to take Shijueming Wan (Abalone Shell Pill).
Ingredients: Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha, 1 liang, crush, fine grind, and water-triturate), Congyingzi (Leonuri Fructus, 2 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 1 liang, remove radicle), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen, 1 liang), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma).
Preparation and Administration: Crush the above ingredients into powder, mix with refined honey, and pound 200-300 times. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 2 pills on an empty stomach and before evening meal with salt water.
To treat eye dimness and indistinct pupils, forming Hei Feng Nei Zhang (Black Wind Internal Cataract). It is suitable to take Bushen Wan (Kidney-Nourishing Pill).
Ingredients: Cishi (Magnetitum, 2 liang, calcine seven times in vinegar, crush, fine grind, and water-triturate), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, 1 liang, soak in wine for three days, dry, and separately grind to powder), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus), Fupenzi (Rubigeniculi Fructus).

Ingredients: Kongqing (Azurite, 0.5 liang, calcined and fine ground), Chi Fuling (Poria with Red Hosta Root, 1 liang), Ganjuhua (Chrysanthemum Flos, 0.5 liang), Fupenzi (Rubigeniculi Fructus, 1 liang), Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus, 1 liang), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen).
