Treats *Ezu* (morning sickness/nausea during pregnancy), characterized by a feeling of mental restlessness and oppression, dizziness of the head and eyes, lassitude and weakness of the four limbs, painful discomfort in all joints, rebellious phlegm in the chest and diaphragm, vomiting upon smelling food, craving for salty and sour tastes, excessive sleeping with little rising, and complete loss of appetite.

*Inulae Flos* (Xuanfuhua), *Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium* (Chenpi, pith removed, stir-fried with bran), *Platycodonis Radix* (Jiegeng), *Paeoniae Radix Alba* (Baishaoyao), *Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* (Renshen), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, lightly roasted until reddish), *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Xiongyao) (each 0.5 liang).

Crush the above ingredients into coarse powder. For each dose, take 2 qian, add 1.5 zhan of water and 4 slices of fresh ginger, decoct together until reduced to 0.8 zhan, filter out the dregs, and drink while slightly warm, prior to meals. Subsequently administer *Fuling Wan*, which will eliminate phlegm and fluid retention, restoring the ability to eat.

Treats *Zu Bing* (obstruction disease during pregnancy), characterized by mental restlessness and pain, heaviness and dizziness of the head and eyes, aversion to the smell of food, rebellious vomiting of turbid matter, restlessness in lying or sitting, fatigue and weakness of the four limbs, and inability to support the body. Regular use of this medicine eliminates phlegm and fluids, enables eating, strengthens the body to nourish the fetus. One should first take *Banxia Fuling Tang*, then proceed to take this medicine.

*Puerariae Radix* (Gegen), *Aurantii Fructus Immaturus* (Zhishi, pith removed, stir-fried with bran until yellow), *Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma* (Baizhu), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, roasted, each 2 liang), *Polyporus* (Chifuling, skin removed), *Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* (Renshen), *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens* (Ganjiang - note: text implies dried ginger contextually but lists Ganjiang, usually fresh, however "Gan Jiang" is dried; assuming standard dried ginger based on formula context unless specified as Sheng Jiang, here translated as Dried Ginger *Zingiberis Rhizoma*).

Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of *Koelreuteriae Fructus* (wutongzi). Take 30 pills per dose, swallow with warm rice water on an empty stomach, prior to meals.

Treats difficult labor due to abnormal delivery processes, whether transverse or breech presentation; suitable for administration in such cases, yielding miraculous effects.

*Moschus* (Shexiang, separately ground, 1 zi amount), *Boswelliae Resina* (Ruxiang, separately ground to extreme fineness, 1 fen amount), *Syzygii Aromatica Fructus* (Mudingxiang, taken as powder, 1 qian amount), *Cuniculi Cerebrum* (Tunaosui, from December).

Mix the above ingredients evenly, combine with rabbit brain to form pills the size of *Euryales Semen* (jitouxiang) pulp, dry in shade, seal tightly with oil paper. Take one pill per dose with warm water; delivery occurs immediately. Verification is seen if the male infant exits via the left hand and the female infant via the right hand.

Treats conditions resulting from excessive blood loss postpartum, such as fainting, coma, and unconsciousness; also excessive blood loss from damaged fetus, metrorrhagia (*Beng Lou*), excessive bleeding from metal wounds (*Jin Chuang*), unceasing bleeding after tooth extraction, leading to vacuity and deficiency, mental restlessness, dizziness, heavy head, dim vision, deafness and ear fullness/blockage, sensation of head falling backward. All these are treated.

*Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui, radix stem removed, washed, baked), *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Xiongyao) (equal parts).

Prepare as a coarse powder. For each dose, take 3 qian, add 1.5 zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 1 zhan, filter out dregs, and drink while slightly warm, at any time.
