治产后恶露不快，血上抢心，烦闷满急，昏迷不省，或狂言妄语，气喘欲绝。
牡丹皮 延胡索 生干地黄 甘草（炙，各三分） 蒲黄（生，二两）
上为粗末。每服二钱，水一盏，入蜜少许，同煎至七分，去滓，温服，不拘时候。
治产后败血不散，儿枕块硬，疼痛发歇，及新产乘虚，风寒内搏，恶露不快，
（一本作坚痛）。
红蓝花 鬼箭（去中心木） 当归（去苗，炒，各一两）
上为粗散。每服三钱，酒一大盏，煎至七分，去滓，粥食前温服。
治产儿已出，胞衣不下，脐腹坚满，胀急疼痛，及子死腹中不得出者，亦宜服

上为粗散。每服三钱，水两盏，煎至八分，去滓消热服，不拘时。
治新产血气俱伤，五脏暴虚，肢体羸乏，少气多汗。才产直至百 ，每日
虚，调养脏气，蠲除余疾，消谷嗜食。

上细末，炼蜜丸，如梧桐子大。每三十丸，米饮温下，空心，食前。
治乳妇气脉壅塞，乳汁不行，及经络凝滞，乳内胀痛，留蓄邪毒，或作痈肿。
自然内消，乳汁通行。
漏芦（二两半） 栝蒌（十个，急火烧焦存性） 蛇蜕（十条，炙）
上为细散。每服二钱，温酒调服，不拘时，良久，吃热羹汤助之。
治疗产后恶露排出不畅，瘀血上冲心胸，导致心烦胸闷、气急，甚至昏迷不醒，或胡言乱语、妄自言语，气喘几乎断绝。

治疗胎儿已产出，但胞衣（胎盘）不下，脐腹部坚硬胀满，胀痛急迫，以及胎儿死于腹中无法产出的情况，也适宜服用。
滑石（八两） 当归（去苗，酒浸） 木通（各六两） 牛膝（去苗，酒浸，焙干） 瞿麦（各四两）
以上药材捣成粗散。每次服用三钱，加水两盏，煎煮至八分满，滤去药渣，趁热服用，不限时间。
治疗新产之后气血俱伤，五脏突然虚弱，肢体瘦弱乏力，气短多汗。从分娩开始直到一百天内，
（原文此处有缺字，意为调理身体），补益虚损，调养脏气，清除余留病邪，促进消化，增加食欲。

（服用后）自然消散，乳汁通行。

以上药材研成细散。每次服用二钱，用温酒调服，不限时间，过一段时间后，喝热羹汤以助药力。
Treats postpartum lochia (post-birth vaginal discharge) that is not flowing smoothly, with blood rushing up to the heart and chest, causing restlessness, fullness, urgency, coma with loss of consciousness, or delirious speech, and severe asthma nearly to death.
*Paeoniae Cortex Rubra* (Mudanpi), *Corydalis Rhizoma* (Yanhusuo), *Rehmanniae Radix Preparata* (Sheng Gan Dihuang - note: text says Sheng Gan Di Huang, usually implies raw Rehmannia, but context often uses prepared; sticking to literal "Raw Prepared Rehmannia" or just Raw Rehmannia as per text "Sheng"), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, roasted, each 3 fen), *Pollen Typhae* (Puhuang, raw, 2 liang).
Crush the above into coarse powder. Take 2 qian per dose, add 1 zhen of water and a little honey, decoct together until 7/10 remains, remove dregs, take warm, at any time.
Treats postpartum failed blood (stagnant blood) that does not dissipate, forming a hard mass in the lower abdomen (Zhenzhen), with intermittent pain; and also for new mothers who, due to deficiency, are invaded by wind-cold internally, leading to poor flow of lochia,

*Safflower* (Honglanhua), *Arisaematis Rhizoma* (Guijian - specifically the branch-like twigs of Eucommia ulmoides or similar, here referred to as Guijian Yu), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui, remove seedlings, stir-fried, each 1 liang).
Crush the above into coarse granules. Take 3 qian per dose, add 1 large zhen of wine, decoct until 7/10 remains, remove dregs, take warm before congee meal.
Treats cases where the fetus has been delivered but the placenta (Baoyi) is retained, with hardness and fullness of the umbilical and abdominal region, distending and urgent pain, or when the fetus dies in the womb and cannot be expelled; this formula is also suitable.
*Talcum* (Huashi, 8 liang), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui, remove seedlings, soak in wine), *Akebiae Caulis* (Mutong, each 6 liang), *Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix* (Niuxi, remove seedlings, soak in wine, bake dry), *Iris Florentinae Radix* (Qumai - note: Qumai is usually Diantherae Herba, text likely implies Diantherae Herba/Qumai, each 4 liang - text cuts off at "Ge Si", assuming 4 liang based on context).
Crush the above into coarse granules. Take 3 qian per dose, add 2 zhen of water, decoct until 8/10 remains, remove dregs, take while hot, at any time.
Treats new postpartum injury to both blood and qi, sudden deficiency of the five zang organs, emaciation and weakness of limbs, shortness of breath and excessive sweating. From delivery until one hundred days,
(to nourish and restore), tonify deficiency, regulate zang organ qi, eliminate residual diseases, promote digestion and appetite.
*Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, roasted to slightly red, 2 liang), *Panax Ginseng Radix* (Renshen, remove rhizome), *Zingiberis Rhizoma* (Ganjiang, processed), *Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma* (Baizhu, each 1 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, make pills with refined honey, size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, swallow with rice drink, on an empty stomach, before meals.
Treats lactating women with obstructed qi and vessels, blocked milk secretion, stagnation of collaterals, swelling and pain in the breasts, retention of pathogenic toxins, or formation of carbuncles and swellings.
(The condition will) naturally resolve, and milk secretion will flow freely.
*Rhapontici Rhizoma* (Loulu, 2.5 liang), *Trichosanthis Fructus* (Gualou, 10 fruits, burnt quickly over fire to retain character), *Ophichthidis Cutis Corneus* (Shetui, 10 strips, roasted).
Grind the above into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mix with warm wine, at any time. After some time, consume hot soup to assist the effect.
