治妇人血海虚冷，久无子息，及产后败血冲心，中风口噤，子死腹中，擘开口
臾生下，便得无恙。治堕胎，腹中攻刺疼痛，横生逆产，胎衣不下，血运、血癖、
崩，血入四肢，应血脏有患，及诸种风气，或伤寒吐逆咳嗽，寒热往来，遍身生疮
心，经脉不调，赤白带下，乳生恶气，胎脏虚冷，数曾堕胎，崩中不定，因此成疾
经脉不通，并宜服之。常服暖子宫，和血气，悦颜色，退风冷，消除万病。兼疗丈
伤，虚损等病。

五加皮 牡丹皮 赤芍药 当归（去芦，各一两）
上为末。每服一钱，水一盏，将青铜钱一文，蘸油入药，煎七分，温服，煎不得搅，吃
不得吹，日三服。常服能肥妇人，其效妙甚。
【大圣散】治疗妇人血海虚寒，长期不孕，以及产后败血上冲心脏，中风导致的牙关紧闭，胎死腹中，掰开嘴巴片刻后顺利分娩，母子均无危险。治疗流产，腹部刺痛疼痛，横位难产、逆位难产，胎盘不下，血晕、血癖（瘀血积块）、崩漏，血液流入四肢，凡是血脏有疾患，以及各种风邪，或者伤寒引起的呕吐逆气咳嗽，忽冷忽热，全身生疮，心经病变，月经不调，赤白带下，乳房产生恶气，胎脏虚寒，多次流产，崩中出血不止，因此形成的疾病，经脉不通，都适宜服用。经常服用能温暖子宫，调和气血，使面色红润，祛除风冷，消除各种疾病。兼治丈夫的损伤、虚损等疾病。

以上药材捣成细末。每次服用二钱，空腹时，临睡前，用热酒调服。如果有紧急疾病，不拘泥于时间，每天服用三次。
【黑神散】治疗妇人产后恶露不尽，胎盘不下，攻冲心胸导致痞闷胀满，或者脐部腹部坚硬胀满撮痛，以及血晕神志不清、牙关紧闭，产后瘀血引起的各种疾病，都加以治疗。

以上药材捣成细末。每次服用二钱，用酒半盏，童子小便半盏，一起煎煮调服，急症不拘泥于时间，连续服用两次。
【油煎散】治疗妇人血风劳损，面容憔悴，肢节困倦，气喘胸闷虚烦，呼吸短促少气，发热汗多，口干想喝水。
以上药材捣成粉末。每次服用一钱，用水一盏，取青铜钱一枚，蘸油后放入药中，煎至七分，温服，煎煮时不得搅拌，喝的时候不得吹凉，每天服用三次。经常服用能使妇人身体丰腴，效果非常奇妙。
[Dasheng San (Great Sage Powder)] Treats deficiency-cold of the Blood Sea in women, long-term infertility, as well as postpartum foul blood rushing to the heart, wind-stroke with locked jaw, fetus dead in the uterus. It facilitates delivery by opening the mouth for a moment so that the baby is born safely and both mother and child remain unharmed. It treats miscarriage, stabbing pain in the abdomen, transverse or breech presentation, retained placenta, blood syncope, blood masses (blood stasis accumulations), metrorrhagia, blood entering the four limbs, any disorders of the blood organs, various types of wind pathogens, or cold damage causing vomiting, regurgitation, and coughing, alternating chills and fever, sores all over the body, heart meridian disorders, irregular menstruation, red and white leukorrhea, malignant qi in the breasts, deficiency-cold of the fetal organ, frequent miscarriages, indefinite metrorrhagia, diseases resulting from these conditions, and blocked meridians. All are suitable for taking this formula. Regular use warms the uterus, harmonizes Qi and Blood, enhances complexion, dispels wind-cold, and eliminates myriad diseases. It also treats injuries and deficiency-wasting diseases in men.
Radix et Folium Lycopi (Zelan, Ye) [two liang], Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, ground) [two liang], Selaginella Tamariscina (Juanbai, roots removed), Poria Cocos (Baifuling, peel removed), Saposhnikovia Divaricata (Fangfeng, rhizome removed), Magnolia Officinalis (Noupu, coarse bark removed, stir-fried) [one liang], [Text fragment: stir-fried until sweat appears], Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi), [Text fragment: Bai], [stir-fried until red], Glycyrrhiza Uralensis (Gancao, honey-fried), Ligusticum Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong) [missing quantity text], Cinnamomum Cassia (Rougui) [one liang and one fen], Rehmannia Glutinososa (Sheng Gan Dihuang) [missing quantity text].
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take two qian each time, on an empty stomach and before going to bed, mixed with hot wine. If there is an urgent condition, do not restrict the time; take three times a day.
[Heishen San (Black God Powder)] Treats incomplete discharge of lochia after childbirth, retained placenta, attacking the chest and heart causing distension and fullness, or hard, swollen, and cramping pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, as well as blood syncope with unconsciousness and locked jaw. It treats all postpartum diseases caused by blood stasis.
Soybean Glycine Max (Heidou, stir-fried half sheng, peeled), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shu Gan Dihuang, soaked in wine), Angelica Sinensis (Danggui, rhizome removed, prepared with wine), Cinnamomum Cassia (Rougui, coarse bark removed), Zingiber Officinale (Ganjiang, processed).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take two qian each time, decocted together with half a zhan of wine and half a zhan of urine from an uncircumcised boy, then taken orally. For acute conditions, do not restrict the time; take two doses consecutively.
[Youjian San (Oil-Fried Powder)] Treats blood-wind consumptive disease in women, characterized by haggard appearance, fatigue of limbs and joints, asthma, chest fullness, deficiency-irritability, shallow breathing with shortness of breath, fever with profuse sweating, dry mouth, and desire for food/water.
Acanthopanacis Senticosi Cortex (Wujia Pi), Moutan Cortex (Mudan Pi), Paeonia Rubra (Chishaoyao), Angelica Sinensis (Danggui, rhizome removed, one liang each).
Grind the above into powder. Take one qian each time, with one zhan of water. Dip a bronze coin in oil and place it into the medicine during decoction. Decoct until seven-tenths remains, take warm. Do not stir during decoction, do not blow to cool when drinking. Take three times a day. Regular use can make women plump; its efficacy is excellent.
