治妇人劳伤过度，致伤脏腑，冲任气虚，不能约制其经血，或暴下，谓之崩中
血，或下瘀血，连日不止，淋沥不断，形羸气劣，倦怠困乏，并能治之。（又方见
赤石脂（火 红） 海螵蛸（去壳） 侧柏叶（去枝，各五两）
上为细末。每服二钱，用热饭饮调下，一日连进三服即愈，不拘时。此药功效，不可尽
述。
治妇人久无子息，及数堕胎，皆因冲任之脉宿挟疾病，经水不时，暴下不止，月内再行，
或月前月后，或淋沥不断，及子脏积冷，崩漏带下，脐下冷痛，小腹急重，以上
孕育不成，及头目昏眩，心忪短气，并能疗之。（又方见后。）
败棕 乌梅 干姜（三味并烧存性，各五两）
上为细末。每服二钱至三钱，煎乌梅汤调下。崩漏甚者，日三、四服，并空心，食前服
治冲任虚损，下焦久冷，脐腹 痛，月事不调，或来多不断，或过期不至，或
赤白带下，或月内再行，淋沥不止，带下五色，经脉将至，腰腿沉重，痛连脐腹
面色萎黄，肢体倦怠，饮食不进，渐至羸弱。及治子宫久寒，不成胎孕。
生硫黄（六两） 禹余粮（醋淬手拈为度，九两） 赤石脂（火 红） 附子（炮，去
皮、脐）
上为细末，以醋糊和丸，如梧桐子大。每服十五丸至二十丸，空心，食前，温酒下，或
淡醋汤亦得。（又方见后）
治疗妇人因过度劳累损伤，导致脏腑受损，冲任二脉气虚，无法约束经血，出现突然大量出血，称为“崩中”；或排出瘀血，连续多日不止，淋漓不断，形体消瘦，气息衰弱，精神倦怠困乏，此方均能治疗。（另一方法见后文）
赤石脂（火烧至红透） 海螵蛸（去壳） 侧柏叶（去枝梗，各五两）
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用热米饭汤调服，一天连服三次即可痊愈，服药时间不拘。此药的功效，无法详尽叙述。
治疗妇人长期不孕，以及多次流产，都是因为冲任二脉素来带有疾病，月经周期不规律，突然大量出血不止，一个月内再次行经，或在月经前或月经后出血，或淋漓不断，以及子宫积冷，崩漏带下，脐下冷痛，小腹急重，以上症状导致无法受孕，以及头晕目眩，心悸气短，此方均能治疗。（另一方法见后文。）
败棕（烧存性） 乌梅（烧存性） 干姜（烧存性，三味药均烧至保留药性，各五两）
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱至三钱，用乌梅汤煎煮后调服。崩漏严重的，每天服用三到四次，均在空腹、饭前服用。
治疗冲任二脉虚损，下焦长期寒冷，脐腹部疼痛，月经不调，或经量过多不止，或过期不来，或赤白带下，或一个月内再次行经，淋漓不止，带下五色杂下，月经将至时腰腿沉重，疼痛牵连脐腹，面色萎黄，肢体倦怠，饮食不进，逐渐变得瘦弱。以及治疗子宫长期寒冷，不能受孕。

以上药物研为细末，用醋糊调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用十五丸至二十丸，空腹、饭前，用温酒送服，或用淡醋汤送服也可以。（另一方法见后文）
Treats women suffering from excessive labor and injury, leading to damage of the Zang-Fu organs (internal organs), deficiency of Qi in the Chong and Ren meridians (Conception and Thrusting vessels), resulting in the inability to control menstrual blood. This includes sudden profuse bleeding, termed "Beng Zhong" (Metrorrhagia/Uterine Bleeding); or discharge of blood stasis, continuing for days without cessation, dripping incessantly. The patient presents with emaciation, weak Qi, fatigue, and lassitude. This formula treats all these conditions. (For another prescription, see later.)
Chishizhi (Hematitum, calcined until red) Haipiaoxiao (Sepiae Endoconcha) Ce Bai Ye (Platycladi Cacumen, stems removed, each 5 liang)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with hot rice water. Administer three times daily until cured. Timing is unrestricted. The efficacy of this medicine cannot be fully described.
Treats women with long-term infertility and repeated miscarriages. These are caused by pre-existing diseases in the Chong and Ren meridians, irregular menstruation, sudden profuse bleeding that does not stop, menstruation occurring twice within one month, or bleeding before or after the expected period, or persistent dripping. It also treats cold accumulation in the Zi Zang (uterus), metrorrhagia and leukorrhea, cold pain below the umbilicus, and heaviness/tightness in the lower abdomen, all of which prevent conception. Additionally, it treats dizziness, palpitations, and shortness of breath. (For another prescription, see later.)
Baizong (Carbonized Palm Fiber) Wumei (Mume Fructus, carbonized) Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, carbonized; the three ingredients are carbonized to retain their properties, each 5 liang)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 2 to 3 qian per dose, mixed with decoction of Mume Fructus. For severe cases of metrorrhagia and leukorrhea, take 3 to 4 times daily. Always take on an empty stomach, before meals.
Treats deficiency and damage of the Chong and Ren meridians, chronic cold in the Lower Jiao (Lower Burner), pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, irregular menstruation, either excessive flow that does not stop or delayed onset, red and white leukorrhea, menstruation occurring twice within one month, persistent dripping, leukorrhea of five colors, heaviness in the waist and legs when menstruation is about to begin, pain radiating to the umbilical and abdominal regions, sallow complexion, limb fatigue, loss of appetite, progressing to emaciation. It also treats chronic cold of the uterus preventing conception.
Sheng Liuhuang (Sulfur, raw, 6 liang) Yuyuliang (Haematitum, processed with vinegar until it can be broken by hand, 9 liang) Chishizhi (Hematitum, calcined until red) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, skin and umbilicus removed)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Mix with vinegar paste to form pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 15 to 20 pills per dose, on an empty stomach before meals, washed down with warm wine, or light vinegar water is also acceptable. (For another prescription, see later.)
