上 咀，每服四钱重，水二大盏，生姜二十片，煎至八分，去滓，温服，不拘时候，日
进二服。
治风寒湿邪，客留肌体，手足缓弱，麻痹不仁；或气血失顺，痹滞不仁，并皆
片子姜黄（洗去灰土） 羌活 白术 防己（各一两） 甘草（微炙，半两）
上 咀。每服四钱重，水一盏半，生姜十片，煎至八分，去滓。病在上，食后服；病在
下，食前服。
治心腹因惊，神不守舍，风涎潮作，手足抽掣，事多健忘，举止失常，神情昏塞，并宜
服之。
天南星（一斤，先用炭火三十斤，烧一地坑通红，去炭，以酒五升倾坑内，候渗酒尽，
下南星在坑内，以盆覆坑，周回用灰拥定，勿令走气，次日取出为末） 朱砂（别研，二两）
琥珀（别研，一两）
上研停，生姜汁煮面糊丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，加至五十丸，煎石菖蒲人参汤送
下，食后，临卧服。
治筋骨诸疾，手足不遂，不能行步运动，但不曾针灸伤筋脉者，四、五丸必效
能通行荣卫，导经络。专治心、肾、肝三经，服后小便少淋涩，乃其验也。（
木鳖子（去壳，别研） 白胶香（研） 五灵脂 草乌头（生，去皮、脐，各三两半） 当

上后四味为末，与前二味和停，用黑豆去皮生杵粉一斤，醋煮为糊和药，丸如鸡头大。
每服一丸，酒磨下。
治疗中风引起的痰厥，表现为涎液上涌、昏晕，手足抽搐，半身不遂，以及历节痛风、筋脉拘挛紧急等症。

以上药材切碎，每次服用四钱重，加水两大盏，生姜二十片，煎煮至剩余八分水量，滤去药渣，温服，不限时间，每日服用两次。
治疗风寒湿邪气客居停留于肌体，导致手足软弱无力，麻木不仁；或是气血运行不顺，痹阻不通导致麻木不仁，上述情况均适用此方。
片子姜黄（洗净去除灰土） 羌活 白术 防己（各一两） 甘草（微炙，半两）
以上药材切碎。每次服用四钱重，加水一盏半，生姜十片，煎煮至剩余八分水量，滤去药渣。病位在上部的，饭后服用；病位在下部的，饭前服用。
治疗因受惊导致的心腹不适，神志不能安守舍宅，风痰上涌，手足抽搐，遇事容易健忘，举止失常，神情昏沉闭塞，均适宜服用此方。
天南星（一斤，先用三十斤炭火，烧红一个地坑，去掉炭火，将五升酒倒入坑内，待酒渗入后，将天南星放入坑内，用盆覆盖坑口，四周用灰封严，防止漏气，次日取出研为粉末） 朱砂（单独研磨，二两） 琥珀（单独研磨，一两）
以上药材混合均匀，用生姜汁煮面糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，可加至五十丸，用石菖蒲人参汤送服，饭后及临睡前服用。
治疗筋骨各类疾病，手足活动不利，无法行走运动，只要未曾因针灸损伤筋脉者，服用四到五丸必定见效。
本方能通行营卫之气，疏导经络。专门治疗心、肾、肝三经的疾病，服药后若小便量少且淋涩，即为药效验证。（木鳖子（去壳，单独研磨） 白胶香（研磨） 五灵脂 草乌头（生用，去皮和脐部，各三两半） 当归（一两）
以上后四味药材研为粉末，与前两味药材混合均匀，用黑豆去皮后生捣成粉一斤，醋煮成糊状调和药粉，制成如鸡头大小的丸药。每次服用一丸，用酒磨化送下。
Treats stroke-induced phlegm syncope, characterized by surging saliva and dizziness, convulsions of the hands and feet, hemiplegia, as well as polyarthralgia (pain in multiple joints) and wind-bi, tendon and vessel spasms.
Arisaema Cum Bile (Sheng Nanxing, raw, 8 liang), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, raw, 4 liang), Angelica Pubescens Root (Duhuo, raw), Aconite Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, raw, peeled and navel removed), Scorpio (Quanxie, lightly stir-fried), Licorice Root (Gancao, raw, 2 liang).
The above herbs are coarsely crushed. Each dose consists of 4 qian, boiled with 2 large zhan of water and 20 slices of fresh ginger until reduced to 8 fen. Strain and take warm, at any time, twice daily.
Treats pathogenic wind-cold-dampness lodging in the musculature, causing weakness and numbness of the hands and feet; or adverse flow of qi and blood leading to obstruction and numbness. The above conditions are all suitable for this formula.
Turmeric Tuber (Pian Zijianghuang, washed to remove soil), Notopterygium Rhizome et Radix (Qianghuo), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Tetrapanax Pith (Fangji, each 1 liang), Licorice Root (Gancao, lightly roasted, 0.5 liang).
The above herbs are coarsely crushed. Each dose consists of 4 qian, boiled with 1.5 zhan of water and 10 slices of fresh ginger until reduced to 8 fen. Strain. If the disease is located in the upper body, take after meals; if in the lower body, take before meals.
Treats heart and abdominal discomfort due to fright, where the spirit fails to reside in its house, wind-phlegm surges, hands and feet twitch, memory is poor, behavior is abnormal, and mental state is dull and obstructed. This formula is suitable for these conditions.
Arisaema Cum Bile (Tian Nanxing, 1 jin: first, burn a pit red-hot with 30 jin of charcoal, remove charcoal, pour 5 sheng of wine into the pit, wait for it to soak in, place Arisaema in the pit, cover with a basin, seal around with ash to prevent gas escape, take out the next day and grind into powder); Cinnabar (Zhusha, separately ground, 2 liang); Amber (Hupo, separately ground, 1 liang).
Grind the above herbs uniformly, mix with wheat paste made from ginger juice to form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, increasing to 50, delivered with Decoction of Rhizoma Sagittifoliae et Radix Ginseng, taken after meals and before bed.
Treats various diseases of tendons and bones, inability to move hands and feet or walk, provided there has been no injury to tendons and vessels from acupuncture. Taking 4 or 5 pills will surely be effective.
This formula can unblock Ying and Wei (nutritive and defensive qi) and guide the meridians. It specifically treats disorders of the Heart, Kidney, and Liver meridians. The verification of efficacy is indicated by scanty and dysuric urine after taking the medicine. (Mumiezi, shell removed and separately ground); White Rosin (Bai Jiaoxiang, ground); Trogopterus Dung (Wulingzhi); Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix (Caowutou, raw, peeled and navel removed, each 3.5 liang); Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui, 1 liang).
Grind the latter four herbs into powder, mix with the former two. Use 1 jin of black soybean powder (skins removed, raw and pounded), boil vinegar into a paste to bind the medicine, forming pills the size of a chicken head. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in wine and taken orally.
