When parasites move, they cause abdominal pain, forming masses that move up and down, causing ceaseless pain. They may attack the heart region, causing crying with closed eyes, arching the back, and flailing hands. The mind becomes troubled and chaotic; there is belching and vomiting of frothy clear fluid; limbs are emaciated and weak; complexion is greenish-yellow. Although food intake continues, muscle mass does not increase. Symptoms may alternate between cold and heat, with a silent demeanor, making it difficult to ascertain the exact pathology. If these parasites are not treated, they will reproduce endlessly. If they grow to one chi in length, they become harmful to humans.
