治妇人久冷无子，及数经堕胎，皆因冲任之脉虚损，胞内宿寒疾病，经水不
止，月内再行，或月前月后，及子脏积冷，虚羸百病，崩漏带下三十六疾，积聚症瘕，脐下
冷痛，少腹急重，小便白浊。以上疾证，皆令孕育不成，以至绝嗣不孕，此药并
服除瘀血，温子脏，令人有孕，临产易生，及生子充实无病。

上为细末，炼蜜丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，温酒或温米饮下，空心，食前，日二服
调益荣卫，滋养气血。治冲任虚损，月水不调，脐腹 痛，崩中漏下，血瘕块硬，发歇
疼痛，妊娠宿冷，将理失宜，胎动不安，血下不止，及产后乘虚，风寒内搏，恶露
生瘕聚，少腹坚痛，时作寒热。
当归（去芦，酒浸，炒） 川芎 白芍药 熟干地黄（酒洒，蒸，各等分）
上为粗末。每服三钱，水一盏半，煎至八分，去渣，热服，空心，食前。若妊娠胎动不
安，下血不止者，加艾十叶，阿胶一片，同煎如前法。或血脏虚冷，崩中去血过多，亦加胶
艾煎。
【紫石英丸】
治疗妇女长期宫寒不孕，以及多次流产，这都是因为冲脉和任脉虚损，胞宫内留有宿寒之疾，导致月经不止，一个月内行经两次，或在月初或月末来潮，以及子宫积冷、身体虚弱消瘦百病丛生、崩漏带下等三十六种妇科杂病，腹中积聚症瘕，脐下冷痛，小腹拘急沉重，小便浑浊发白。以上各种病症，都会导致无法受孕，甚至断绝子嗣，此药能一并服用以祛除瘀血，温暖子宫，使人能够怀孕，分娩时容易生产，且所生子女健康充实无病。
乌贼鱼骨（烧成灰）一两半，山蓣（山药）一两半，甘草（炙烤，一两半），天门冬（去心，焙干，一两半），紫石英（研细，一两半），[原文此处似有缺字，结合上下文推测可能为某药材，但依原文仅列]，石斛（去根，二两），芎藭（川芎，二两），牡蒙（二两），食茱萸（二两），人参（二两），续断（二两），当归（去芦头，微炒，二两），川乌（炮制，二两），干姜（炮制，二两），牛膝（去苗，二两）。
将上述药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，用温酒或温米汤送服，空腹，饭前服用，每日两次。
【四物汤】
调理补益营卫之气，滋养气血。治疗冲任二脉虚损，月经不调，脐腹部疼痛，崩中漏下（非经期大量出血或淋漓不尽），血瘕块硬（腹部结块坚硬），发作性疼痛，妊娠期间子宫宿冷，调养失当，胎动不安，阴道流血不止，以及产后乘虚而入，风寒内侵搏结，恶露不尽，形成瘕聚，小腹坚硬疼痛，时常出现寒热症状。
当归（去芦头，酒浸，炒制），川芎，白芍药，熟干地黄（酒洒，蒸制，以上各等分）。
将上述药物捣成粗末。每次服用三钱，加水一盏半，煎煮至八分，滤去药渣，趁热服用，空腹，饭前服用。如果是妊娠胎动不安，阴道流血不止的情况，加入十片艾叶，一片阿胶，按照前面的方法同煎。或者是血脏虚冷，崩中失血过多的情况，也加入胶艾（阿胶与艾叶）煎服。
[Zishi Qingwan (Purple Quartz Pill)]
Indicated for women with long-term uterine coldness leading to infertility, as well as recurrent miscarriages. These conditions are caused by the deficiency and damage of the Chong and Ren meridians, with residual cold in the uterus causing menstrual irregularities such as menorrhagia, metrorrhagia (bleeding twice within a month), or menstruation occurring at the beginning or end of the lunar cycle. It also treats uterine accumulation of cold, emaciation with various ailments, thirty-six types of leukorrhea and bleeding disorders, abdominal masses (Ji Ju and Zheng Jia), cold pain below the umbilicus, heaviness and tension in the lower abdomen, and turbid white urine. All the above syndromes can prevent conception and lead to sterility. This formula removes blood stasis, warms the uterus, facilitates pregnancy, eases childbirth, and ensures the birth of healthy infants.
Sepiae Endoconcha (Uterus of Cuttlefish) [calcined to ash], 1.5 liang; Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao), 1.5 liang; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [roasted], 1.5 liang; Asparagi Radix (Tianmendong) [deprived of heart, baked], 1.5 liang; Stalactitum (Zishi Qing) [ground], 1.5 liang; Dendrobii Caulis (Shihu) [deprived of roots], 2 liang; Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiong), 2 liang; [Text missing/unclear]; Pseudostellariae Radix (Mumeng), 2 liang; Zanthoxyli Fructus (Shizhuyu), 2 liang; Ginseng Radix (Renshen), 2 liang; Dipsaci Radix (Xuduan), 2 liang; Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) [deprived of radix head, slightly fried], 2 liang; Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Chuanwu) [processed], 2 liang; Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang) [processed], 2 liang; Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi) [deprived of sprouts], 2 liang.
Pulverize the above herbs into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, administered with warm wine or warm rice broth, on an empty stomach before meals, twice daily.
[Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction)]
Regulates and benefits Ying and Wei Qi, nourishes Qi and Blood. Indicated for deficiency and damage of the Chong and Ren meridians, irregular menstruation, pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis (heavy bleeding or spotting), hard abdominal masses (Xue Xia), intermittent pain, residual cold in the uterus during pregnancy due to improper care, restless fetus, continuous vaginal bleeding, postpartum invasion of wind-cold due to deficiency, internal binding of pathogens, lochia retention, formation of abdominal masses, hardness and pain in the lower abdomen, and alternating chills and fever.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) [deprived of radix head, soaked in wine, fried], equal parts; Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong); Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao); Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Shudihuang) [sprinkled with wine, steamed], equal parts.
Grind the above herbs into a coarse powder. Take 3 qian per dose, add 1.5 sheng of water, decoct until 0.8 sheng remains, strain, and take hot on an empty stomach before meals. If there is restless fetus and continuous vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, add 10 leaves of Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Aiye) and one piece of Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao), and decoct as previously described. For deficiency-cold of the blood zang organs with excessive bleeding from metrorrhagia, also add Jiao Ai (Colla Corii Asini and Artemisiae Argyi Folium) for decoction.
