黄连（为末，一分） 寒食面（七钱半） 天浆子（七个，炒，为末）
上合研匀，以白面糊为丸，如小豆大。每服一丸，煎金银薄荷汤化下。五岁以上可服二
丸，更量大小、虚实加减，不计时候。
治大人、小儿风壅痰实，咽膈不利，口干烦渴，睡卧不安，及中暑头痛，躁渴
不解。

上合研匀，炼蜜搜和，每一两二钱作十丸。大人温生姜水化下一丸。如治中暑，入生龙
脑少许，同研细，新水化下。小儿一丸分四服，更量大小加减。又治小儿脏腑积热，心神不
宁，夜卧狂叫，口舌生疮，用薄荷自然汁化下，并食后服。
治一切惊风天吊，目睛上视，手足搐搦，状候多端。用药一丸，用温水化，滴
嚏三、五次，更用薄荷汤下二丸即愈。如久患五疳，腹胀头大，四肢瘦小，好吃泥
奶食，爱咬指甲，时 眉毛，头发稀疏，肚上青筋，及久患泻痢，并用米饮下二丸
疳蛔咬心，发歇疼痛，并用苦楝子煎汤下二丸。如鼻下赤烂，口齿疳虫，并口疮等
吃奶汁研二丸，涂在患处。疳眼雀目，用白羊子肝一枚，以竹刀子批开，入药二丸
麻缕缠定，用淘米泔煮熟，空心食之，仍令乳母常忌毒鱼、大蒜、鸡、鸭、猪肉等

上为末，入研药匀，用熬过 猪胆汁浸，蒸饼为丸，如黄米大，汤使如前。此药退惊治
风，化虫杀疳，除百病，进乳食。若隔三、两日进一服，永无百病，不染横夭之疾，凡有患
与服，必见功效。
【软金丹】
治疗小儿惊风壮热，多睡且易受惊抽搐，精神昏沉混乱，痰涎壅塞咽喉，手足搐搦，眼球上翻，颈项背部僵硬，牙关紧闭。
药材：使君子（炒熟，研成粉末）、兖墨（烧存性，研磨）、青黛（细研）、麝香（细研）、腻粉（研磨，以上各一分）、胡黄连（研成粉末，一分）、寒食面（七钱半）、天浆子（七个，炒熟，研成粉末）。
制法与用法：将上述药物混合研磨均匀，用白面糊作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如小豆。每次服用一丸，用煎好的金银花、薄荷汤化开服用。五岁以上的儿童可服用两丸，再根据患儿体型大小、体质虚实进行增减，不限服药时间。
【鹤顶丹】
治疗成人及小儿风邪壅盛、痰实内阻，导致咽喉膈部不利，口干烦躁口渴，睡眠不安，以及中暑引起的头痛，烦躁口渴无法缓解。
药材：麝香（研磨，二两半）、朱砂（研磨并飞制，一百两）、牙硝（枯研，一百二十五两）、寒水石粉（一百一十两）、甘草（炒后研成粉末，三十五两）。
制法与用法：将上述药物混合研磨均匀，用炼蜜调和，每两二钱药粉制成十丸。成人用温生姜水化开一丸服用。如果是治疗中暑，加入少许生龙脑，一同研细，用新汲水化开服用。小儿一丸分四次服用，再根据体型大小进行增减。另外，此药还治疗小儿脏腑积热，心神不宁，夜间睡觉时狂叫，口舌生疮，用薄荷自然汁化开服下，并在饭后服用。
【至圣丹】
治疗各种惊风、天吊风（一种以眼球上翻为特征的惊风），眼球上翻，手足搐搦，症状表现多种多样。用药一丸，用温水化开，滴入鼻孔引起打喷嚏三到五次，再用薄荷汤送服两丸即可痊愈。如果长期患有五疳（五种疳积病），表现为腹胀头大，四肢瘦小，喜欢吃泥土、奶制品，爱咬指甲，时常掉眉毛，头发稀疏，肚子上有青筋暴露，以及长期患腹泻痢疾，均用米饮（淘米水）送服两丸。如果是疳蛔虫咬心，发作时疼痛，均用苦楝子煎汤送服两丸。如果是鼻下红肿糜烂，口齿疳虫，以及口疮等，用乳汁研磨两丸，涂抹在患处。如果是疳眼雀目（夜盲症），取白羊肝一枚，用竹刀剖开，放入药丸两丸，用麻线缠紧，用淘米泔水煮熟，空腹食用，同时要求乳母常忌食毒鱼、大蒜、鸡、鸭、猪肉等发物。
药材：熊胆（用温水化入药中）、芦荟（研磨）、腻粉（同水银一起研磨）、朱砂（研磨并飞制，各一分）、麝香（研磨，飞制）、青黛（研磨）、胡黄连（研磨，不见米粒状星点）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研成粉末，加入已研磨好的药物混合均匀，用熬过的猪胆汁浸泡，配合蒸饼制成丸药，大小如黄米，服用方法同上。此药能退惊治风，化虫杀疳，去除百病，增进乳食。如果每隔两三天服用一次，可永远不得百病，不遭受夭折之疾，凡是有病患服用，必定见效。
[Soft Golden Pill]
Indicated for pediatric convulsive fever (Jing Feng Zhuang Re), excessive sleep with startle and jerking, mental confusion, phlegm-saliva obstruction in the throat, hand and foot spasms, upward deviation of the eyes, stiffness of the neck and back, and lockjaw.
Ingredients: *Quisqualis Fructus* (Shijunzi, 使君子) (stir-fried, powdered), *Yan Mo* (Rongmo, 兖墨) (burned to char, ground), *Indigo Naturalis* (Qingdai, 青黛) (finely ground), *Moschus* (Shexiang, 麝香) (finely ground), *Calomelas* (Nifen, 腻粉) (ground, each 1 fen), *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian, 黄连) - specifically *Coptis chinensis* var. *teeta* (Huhuanglian, 胡黄连) (powdered, 1 fen), *Han Shi Mian* (Cold Food Flour, 寒食面) (7 qian 5 fen), *Tian Jiang Zi* (Sky Pulp Seed, 天浆子) (7 seeds, stir-fried, powdered).
Preparation and Administration: Mix and grind all ingredients uniformly. Use white flour paste as a binder to form pills the size of small beans. Administer one pill per dose, dissolved in a decoction of *Lonicerae Japonicae Flos* (Jinyinhua, 金银花) and *Menthae Haplocalycis Herba* (Bohe, 薄荷). For children over five years old, administer two pills. Adjust dosage according to the child's body size and constitution (deficiency or excess). No specific timing restrictions.
[Crane Top Pill]
Indicated for wind-phlegm excess syndrome in adults and children, causing obstruction in the throat and diaphragm, dry mouth with irritability and thirst, restless sleep, headache due to heatstroke, and unrelenting irritability and thirst.
Ingredients: *Moschus* (Shexiang, 麝香) (ground, 2 liang 5 qian), *Cinnabaris* (Zhusha, 朱砂) (ground and washed/flew, 100 liang), *Natrii Sulfas* (Yaxiao, 牙硝) (calcined and ground, 125 liang), *Aqua Lapis* (Hanshuishi, 寒水石) powder (110 liang), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, 甘草) (stir-fried, powdered, 35 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Mix and grind uniformly. Knead with refined honey. Each 1 liang 2 qian of mixture makes ten pills. Adults: dissolve one pill in warm ginger water. For heatstroke: add a small amount of *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Longnao, 龙脑), grind finely together, and dissolve in fresh well water. Children: divide one pill into four doses; adjust according to size. Additionally, treats internal heat accumulation in pediatric zang-fu organs, restlessness of the heart-mind, nocturnal screaming, and sores on the mouth and tongue. Dissolve with natural juice of *Menthae Haplocalycis Herba* (Bohe, 薄荷) and take after meals.
[Sacred Supreme Pill]
Indicated for all types of convulsions and Tian Diao Wind (characterized by upward eye deviation), upward deviation of the eyes, hand and foot spasms, presenting various symptoms. Administer one pill dissolved in warm water, drip into nostrils to induce sneezing three to five times, then follow with two pills taken with mint tea. For chronic "Five Gan" syndromes (malnutrition syndromes) presenting with abdominal distension, large head, thin limbs, pica (eating dirt/milk products), nail-biting, frequent eyebrow loss, sparse hair, visible epigastric veins, and chronic diarrhea/dysentery: administer two pills with rice wash (water used for rinsing rice). For Gan roundworms biting the heart causing intermittent pain: administer two pills with decoction of *Toosendan Fructus* (Kulianzi, 苦楝子). For redness and erosion under the nose, oral/dental gan worms, and mouth ulcers: grind two pills in breast milk and apply topically to the affected area. For Gan eyes/Nyctalopia (Que Mu): take one white sheep liver, slice open with a bamboo knife, insert two pills inside, tie securely with hemp thread, cook thoroughly in rice washing water, and eat on an empty stomach. The nursing mother must avoid toxic fish, garlic, chicken, duck, and pork.
Ingredients: *Ursi Fel* (Xiongdan, 熊胆) (dissolved in warm water into the medicine), *Aloe* (Luhui, 芦荟) (ground), *Calomelas* (Nifen, 腻粉) (ground together with Hydrargyrum), *Cinnabaris* (Zhusha, 朱砂) (ground and flew, each 1 fen), *Moschus* (Shexiang, 麝香) (ground, flew), *Indigo Naturalis* (Qingdai, 青黛) (ground), *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huhuanglian, 胡黄连) (ground until no starchy stars remain).
Preparation and Administration: Powder all ingredients, mix with previously ground substances. Soak in boiled pig bile, combine with steamed bread dough to form pills the size of yellow millet. Administration method is the same as above. This formula expels wind, resolves convulsions, eliminates parasites, cures Gan syndromes, removes hundred diseases, and promotes appetite/milk intake. Taking one dose every two to three days prevents all diseases and premature death. It is effective for any patient who takes it.
