Take on an empty stomach before meals.
[Polygonum Multiflorum Pill] Warms and tonifies the fu organs, dispels wind-cold, benefits the waist and knees, strengthens the sinews and bones, darkens beard and hair, and preserves youthful appearance.

Take one dou (approx. 10 liters) of clean black soybeans, wash thoroughly and sun-dry. Use one steamer basket. First, spread a thin layer of beans at the bottom of the steamer, then a thin layer of Polygonum Multiflorum, followed by beans, then a thin layer of Achyranthes Bidentata. Repeat this layering process until all herbs and beans are used up. Place the steamer over a pot and steam until the beans are cooked. Remove the black soybeans, take out the herbs and sun-dry them. Replace with fresh beans and steam again. Repeat this process three times. After the third time, remove the beans, take out the herbs, dry them completely, and grind into powder. Mix with pulp from steamed jujubes to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, swallowed with warm wine, before meals. Avoid radish, green onion, and garlic. This medicine is warm in nature and non-toxic. Long-term use lightens the body and prolongs life, preventing aging.
