蓖麻子仁、枯矾，等分为末，安纸上托入。仍以蓖麻子仁十四粒，研膏涂顶上即入，入
即揭去，勿迟。（并治盘生儿。未生下者用不得，切记）
干荷叶（不拘多少），开水冲服（如无用莲蓬壳亦可）。或明矾三分，研末，开水冲
又方 用竹杆于堂中正梁上戳三下，极效。或生鸡蛋二个，去黄，好陈醋烧滚冲服。
又方 蓖麻子十四粒（去壳捣），贴足心，俟胎衣下即将药洗去，迟恐肠出也。如肠已
出，仍用此药敷囟门（在头上），肠自入，药即洗去勿迟。
无名异三钱（药店有），为末，鸡蛋清调匀，陈米醋一茶钟，煎滚冲服即缩，如秤锤大
而下。如不下，再一服必效。或将产母头发抓起，以发梢探入口中，得一呕即下。或铁秤锤
烧红，泡好黄酒服。
泽兰叶，煎浓汤熏之。或用四两加枯矾煎洗二三次。（此产名翻花）
莲蓬壳七个，煎汤服。
用冷水混合醋，让人喷向产妇的面部，喷三次即可使子宫回缩。或者使用三钱枳壳，用水煎煮后服用。
将蓖麻子仁与枯矾按等量研磨成粉末，涂在纸上，托举送入阴道内。同时取十四粒蓖麻子仁，研磨成膏状涂抹于头顶囟门处，子宫即可回纳；一旦回纳立即揭去药物，不可拖延。（此法也适用于胎盘滞留未下者。若胎儿尚未娩出则严禁使用，切记。）
干荷叶（数量不限），用开水冲服（若无干荷叶，使用莲蓬壳亦可）。或者使用三分明矾，研磨成粉末，用开水冲服。
又一方：用竹竿在堂屋正中的房梁上敲击三下，效果极佳。或者取两个生鸡蛋，去掉蛋黄，用好陈醋烧开后冲服。
又一方：取十四粒蓖麻子（去壳捣碎），贴敷于足心，待胎盘排出后立即洗去药物，拖延恐怕会导致子宫脱垂。如果子宫已经脱出，仍可用此药敷于囟门（头部），子宫自然回纳，随即洗去药物，不可迟缓。
无名异三钱（药店有售），研磨成粉末，用鸡蛋清调匀，加入一茶钟陈米醋，煎滚后冲服即可使子宫收缩，如秤锤般下沉。若未见效，再服一次必定有效。或者抓起产母的头发，以发梢探入口中，引发呕吐后即可使子宫回缩。或者将铁秤锤烧红，泡入好黄酒中服用。
将生半夏粉末吹入鼻中，引起打喷嚏，皂角粉末也可以。或者使用二两枳壳，煎汤温浸。
棕树根与瘦猪肉一起久煮，去掉棕树根，吃肉和喝汤，三五次后子宫自然回缩。（“脬”音同“胞”，指膀胱或子宫）
泽兰叶，煎煮浓汤进行熏蒸。或者用四两泽兰叶加枯矾煎水清洗二三次。（这种病症名为“翻花”）
莲蓬壳七个，煎汤服用。
荆芥（干燥粉末）一两，童便一杯，调和服用二钱。（荆芥使用穗部效果也很好）
鸡蛋一个打破，加一盏水搅匀服用。
Mix cold water with vinegar and have someone spray it onto the parturient's face; spraying three times will cause the uterus to retract. Alternatively, decoct 3 qian of Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus) in water and administer orally.
Grind equal parts of Bimazi Ren (Ricini Semen) and Kufan (Alumen) into a fine powder, apply it on paper, and insert it into the vagina using a support. Simultaneously, grind 14 grains of Bimazi Ren (Ricini Semen) into a paste and apply it to the fontanelle on the top of the head; the uterus will then retract. Remove the medication immediately after retraction; do not delay. (This method is also effective for retained placenta. It must not be used if the fetus has not yet been delivered; remember this well.)
Use Ganheyeye (Nelumbinis Folium), an appropriate amount, and administer by pouring boiling water over it for infusion. If unavailable, Lianpengke (Nelumbinis Calyx) may be used instead. Alternatively, take 3 fen of Mingfan (Alumen), grind it into powder, and administer with boiling water.
Another prescription: Strike the main beam in the center of the hall three times with a bamboo pole; this is extremely effective. Or, take two raw eggs, remove the yolks, boil good aged vinegar until rolling, and drink the mixture.
Another prescription: Take 14 grains of Bimazi Ren (Ricini Semen), remove the shells, crush them, and apply to the sole of the foot. Wash off the medicine immediately after the placenta is expelled; delaying may result in uterine prolapse. If the uterus has already prolapsed, still apply this medicine to the fontanelle (on the head); the uterus will naturally retract. Wash off the medicine immediately; do not delay.
Take 3 qian of Wumingyi (Hematitum, available in pharmacies), grind it into powder, mix evenly with egg white, add one tea cup of Chenmi Cu (aged rice vinegar), bring to a boil, and administer; the uterus will contract and descend like a heavy weight. If there is no effect, taking another dose will certainly be effective. Alternatively, grasp some hair from the mother, use the tip of the hair to probe into her mouth to induce vomiting, which will cause the uterus to retract. Or, heat an iron steelyard weight until red-hot, soak it in good yellow wine, and drink the wine.
Blow Shengbanxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) powder into the nose to induce sneezing; Zaogao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus) powder can also be used. Alternatively, decoct 2 liang of Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus) in water for warm immersion.
Boil Zongshugen (Livistonae Caulis) with lean pork for a long time, remove the root, and consume the meat and broth; after three to five times, the uterus will naturally retract. ("Pao" sounds like "Bao," referring to the bladder or uterus).
Decoct Zelan Ye (Lycopus Herba) to make a strong decoction for fumigation. Or, use 4 liang of Zelan Ye (Lycopus Herba) added with Kufan (Alumen) to decoct for washing two or three times. (This condition is named "Fan Hua").
Take one bowl of Heidadou (Sojae Semen Nigrum), stir-fry until charred to charcoal, decoct in yellow wine, boil several times, and drink.
Decoct seven Lianpengkes (Nelumbinis Calyces) in water and administer orally.
Grind Taoren (Persicae Semen) into powder and apply externally.
Take 1 liang of Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba) (dry powder), mix with one cup of Tongbian (infant urine), and administer 2 qian mixed. (Using the flower spikes of Jingjie is also excellent).
Break one Ji Zi (Galli Ovum Oviparum), mix with one cup of water, and administer.
Burn Shuiniujiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu) without limiting the amount, grind into powder, stew in yellow wine until hot, and administer mixed. Or, use Zaoxintu (Caulis Trachycarpi Carbonatus), warm with wine and administer.
