治打扑伤损，败血流入胃脘，呕吐黑血如豆汁。
川芎 当归 白芍药 百合（水浸一日） 荆芥（各二钱）
上作一服，水一盅半，酒半盅，煎至八分，不拘时服。
治重物压伤，或从高坠下，或吐血不能禁止，或瘀血在内，胸腹胀满，喘促气短。
当归 大黄（各二两）
上为细末，每服三钱，不拘时温酒调服。
治打扑伤折，内损肺肝。
紫金皮 降真香 补骨脂 无名异（烧红酒淬七次） 川续断 琥珀（另研） 牛膝（酒
浸一宿） 桃仁（去皮，炒） 当归（洗焙） 蒲黄（各一两） 大黄（湿纸裹煨） 朴硝
（另研，各一两半）
上为细末，每服二钱，食前浓煎苏木当归酒调服。
治打扑内损，筋骨疼痛。
没药 乳香 川芎 川椒（去目及合口者） 芍药 当归（各半两） 自然铜（二钱半，
火烧醋淬七次）
上为细末，用黄蜡二两，熔开入药末，不住手搅匀，丸如弹子大，每服一丸，用好酒一
盅化开，煎至五分，乘热服之，随痛处卧，连服二三丸，立效。
治打扑伤折手足。
上用绿豆粉，新铁铫内炒令紫色，用热酒同热醋调，令成膏，敷贴损处，用纸花盖贴，
将杉木一片或二片缚定，其效如神。
治痈疽发背，诸般疮疖，从高坠下，打扑伤损，脚膝生疮，远年 疮，五般痔漏，一切
恶疮，并皆治之。

鳖子仁 草乌 川乌 当归（洗焙） 香白芷（各一两） 没药（另研） 乳香（另研，各
半两） 槐枝 柳枝（各四寸长，二十一条） 黄丹（一斤半，炒过） 清油（四斤）
上除乳没丹外，将诸药于油内，慢火煎紫赤色，去滓，秤净油三斤，放锅内下丹，不住
手搅，令黑色，滴入水不散，及不粘手，下乳没末，再搅匀，如硬入油些少，以不粘手为度。
治疗因跌打损伤导致的瘀血流入胃脘，出现呕吐黑色血液、状如豆汁的症状。
川芎、当归、白芍药、百合（用水浸泡一天）、荆芥（各二钱）
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水一盅半，加酒半盅，煎煮至八分满，不拘泥于特定时间服用。
治疗因重物压迫受伤，或从高处坠落，或吐血无法止住，或体内有瘀血导致胸腹胀满、呼吸急促气短的症状。
当归、大黄（各二两）
以上药材研成细末，每次服用三钱，不拘泥于特定时间，用温酒调服。
治疗因跌打损伤骨折，导致内脏肺肝受损。
紫金皮、降真香、补骨脂、无名异（用红酒淬炼七次）、川续断、琥珀（单独研磨）、牛膝（用酒浸泡一夜）、桃仁（去皮，炒制）、当归（清洗焙干）、蒲黄（各一两）、大黄（用湿纸包裹煨制）、朴硝（单独研磨，各一两半）
以上药材研成细末，每次服用二钱，饭前用浓煎的苏木和当归酒调服。
治疗因跌打损伤内损，导致筋骨疼痛。
没药、乳香、川芎、川椒（去除椒目及闭合者）、芍药、当归（各半两）、自然铜（二钱半，火烧后用醋淬炼七次）
以上药材研成细末，取黄蜡二两，熔化后加入药末，不停地搅拌均匀，制成如弹子大小的丸药，每次服用一丸，用好酒一盅化开，煎至五分，趁热服用，根据疼痛部位躺卧，连续服用二三丸，立即见效。
治疗因跌打损伤导致手足骨折。
使用绿豆粉，在新铁锅中炒至紫色，用热酒和热醋调和，使其成为膏状，敷贴于损伤处，用纸花覆盖固定，再用杉木一片或两片绑紧固定，效果神奇。
治疗痈疽发背，各种疮疖，从高处坠落，跌打损伤，脚膝生疮，陈旧性疮疡，五种痔漏，一切恶疮，均能治疗。
龙骨、鳖甲、苦参、乌贼鱼骨、黄柏、黄芩、黄连、皂角、白芨、白蔹、厚朴、木鳖子仁、草乌、川乌、当归（清洗焙干）、香白芷（各一两）、没药（单独研磨）、乳香（单独研磨，各半两）、槐枝、柳枝（各四寸长，二十一条）、黄丹（一斤半，炒过）、清油（四斤）
以上药材除乳香、没药、黄丹外，将其他药材放入油中，用慢火煎至紫红色，滤去药渣，称取净油三斤，放入锅内加入黄丹，不停地搅拌，使药液变黑，滴入水中不散且不粘手时，加入乳香、没药的细末，再次搅拌均匀，如果太硬可加入少量油，以不粘手为度。
Treats injuries from falls and blows where stagnant blood flows into the stomach, causing vomiting of black blood resembling bean juice.
Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao), Lilii Bulbus (Baihe) [soaked in water for one day], Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie) (each 2 qian).
Take as one dose, add 1.5 zhong of water and 0.5 zhong of wine, decoct until reduced to 0.8 zhong, take at any time.
Treats injuries caused by heavy weight compression, falling from heights, uncontrollable hematemesis, or internal blood stasis leading to chest and abdominal distension, panting, and shortness of breath.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Rheum Palmatum Rhizoma et Radix (Dahuang) (each 2 liang).
Pulverize into fine powder, take 3 qian per dose, mix with warm wine and take at any time.
Treats fractures from falls and blows with internal injury to the lungs and liver.
Zijinpi (Zijinpi), Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum (Xiangluzhi), Psoraleae Fructus (Buguzhi), Hematitum (Wumingyi) [quenched seven times in red wine], Cistanches Herba (Xuanduan), Succinum (Hupo) [separately ground], Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi) [soaked in wine overnight], Persicae Semen (Taoren) [skin removed, stir-fried], Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) [washed and dried], Polygoni Multiflori Caulis (Puhuang) (each 1 liang), Rheum Palmatum Rhizoma et Radix (Dahuang) [wrapped in wet paper and baked], Natrii Sulfas (Pu-xiao) [separately ground, each 1.5 liang].
Pulverize into fine powder, take 2 qian per dose, before meals, mix with strong decoction of Broussonetia papyrifera stem (Sumu) and Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) wine.
Treats internal injuries from falls and blows causing pain in bones and tendons.
Myrrha (Moyao), Olibanum (Ruxiang), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Chuanjiao) [remove seeds and closed ones], Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (each 0.5 liang), Pyritum (Ziran Tong) (2.5 qian, calcined in fire and quenched in vinegar seven times).
Pulverize into fine powder, melt 2 liang of yellow beeswax, mix thoroughly with the powder while stirring continuously, form pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in one zhong of good wine, decoct until reduced to 0.5 zhong, take hot. Lie down according to the painful area, take 2-3 pills consecutively for immediate effect.
Treats fractures of hands and feet from falls and blows.
Use mung bean flour, stir-fry in a new iron pot until purple. Mix with hot wine and hot vinegar to form a paste. Apply to the injured area, cover with paper flowers, and bind firmly with one or two pieces of fir wood. The effect is miraculous.
Treats carbuncles and sores on the back, various boils, injuries from falling from heights, falls and blows, sores on feet and knees, chronic ulcers, five types of hemorrhoids and fistulas, and all kinds of malignant sores.
Os Draconis (Longgu), Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Biejia), Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen), Sepiae Endoconcha (Wuzeiyu Gu), Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex (Huangbai), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zaoyao), Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji), Ampelopsis Radix (Bailian), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo), Strychnos Negretta Seed (Mubiezi Ren), Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix (Caowu), Aconiti Carminati Radix (Chuanwu), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) [washed and dried], Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Xiangbaizhi) (each 1 liang), Myrrha (Moyao) [separately ground], Olibanum (Ruxiang) [separately ground, each 0.5 liang], Ramulus Sophorae (Huazhi), Ramulus Salicis (Liuzhi) (each 4 cun long, 21 branches), Minium (Huandan) (1.5 jin, stir-fried), Refined Oil (Qingyou) (4 jin).
Except for Olibanum, Myrrha, and Minium, decoct the other herbs in oil over low heat until purple-red. Filter out the dregs, weigh 3 jin of clean oil, put it in a pot, add Minium, stir constantly until black. Test by dropping into water: if it does not disperse and does not stick to hands, add the powders of Myrrha and Olibanum, stir evenly. If too hard, add a little oil; the consistency should be non-sticky.
