上为细末，用枣肉和丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，食前用桑白皮煎汤送下。

治疗十种水气病，四肢肿胀满闷，面部和眼睛虚浮，用手按压后，片刻才能恢复原状，呼吸急促无法安卧，小便深红且排尿涩痛。

Semen Lepidii Descurainiae (Tingli) [Semen Lepidii Descurainiae] (1 qian), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) [Aucklandia Root] (1 qian), Poria (Fuling) [Poria] (1 qian), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Rougui) [Cinnamon Twig] (1 qian), Polyporus (Zhuling) [Polyporus] (1 qian), Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie) [Alisma Rhizome] (1 qian), Akebiae Caulis (Mutong) [Akebia Stem] (1 qian) [all above: 1 qian each]; Gypsum Fibrosum (Huashi) [Gypsum Fibrosum] (5 qian); Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) [Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome] (2 qian); Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [Licorice Root and Rhizome] (0.5 qian).
Combine as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct to one zhong, take before meals.
Treats internal attack by dampness, causing fullness and distension in the heart and abdomen accompanied by edema, difficult urination, and loose watery diarrhea.

Sweet Semen Lepidii Descurainiae (Tian Tingli) [Sweet Lepidium Seed], stir-fried between paper; Fritillariae Bulbus (Beimu) [Fritillaria Bulb], roasted until yellow; Akebiae Caulis (Mutong) [Akebia Stem] [both above: 1 liang each]; Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren) [Bitter Apricot Seed], peeled, tips removed, twin kernels removed, stir-fried; Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix (Fangji) [Stephania Root] (2 liang each).
Grind into fine powder, mix with jujube pulp to form pills the size of sophora seeds, take 50 pills per dose, swallow with decoction of Morus Alba Cortex (Sangbaipi) before meals.
Indicated for wheezing, cough, swelling, and fullness that has transformed into water disease, characterized by inability to eat, inability to lie flat, and urinary retention.

Combine as one dose, add two zhong of water and three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) [Fresh Ginger], decoct to one zhong, take before meals.
Treats ten types of water qi disorders, with swollen and full limbs, puffy face and eyes; upon pressure with hand, the indentation recovers slowly after a short time; rapid breathing preventing lying down comfortably, and dark, scanty, or painful urination.
Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi) [Polygala Root], heart removed; Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Changpu) [Acorus Rhizome], one cun long, nine-jointed variety; Zanthoxyli Fructus (Jiaomu) [Zanthoxylum Fruit], stir-fried; Myristicae Semen (Roudoukou) [Nutmeg], wrapped in flour and roasted until fragrant; Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo) [Notopterygium Rhizome and Root], rhizome removed; Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix (Daji) [Peking Spurge Root] [all above: 1 liang each]; Polyporus (Zhuling) [Polyporus], peeled; Sweet Semen Lepidii Descurainiae (Tian Tingli) [Sweet Lepidium Seed], stir-fried; Ipomoeae Pipelinae Semen (Bai Qianniu) [Morning Glory Seed], stir-fried; Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie) [Alisma Rhizome] [all above: 0.5 liang each].
Grind into fine powder, mix with paste made from flour to form pills the size of sophora seeds, take 30 pills per dose, swallow with rice soup before meals.
