以上药物制成细末，用炼蜜调和做成丸药，大小如弹子，每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，茶或酒送服均可。如果口角向左歪斜，就在右侧面颊涂抹药膏，即可矫正。
治疗风湿之气侵袭，导致口眼歪斜，大便干结不通。
人参（一两半） 火麻仁 柏子仁 大黄（各一两） 皂角（不去皮，生用，二两） 黑牵牛子（各一两）
以上药物制成细末，用面糊调和做成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用五六十丸，用温酒送服。
治疗贼风侵袭，导致口眼歪斜。

以上药物制成细末，每次取一字量的药粉，搐入鼻内，以引出鼻涕和涎液。
治疗中风引起的口眼歪斜。
用橡斗盛装蒜泥，涂抹在合谷穴，右侧歪斜则贴左侧，恢复正常即停止。
治疗中风引起的口眼歪斜不正。
大萆薢子（十四个，从正东南方向的枝条上取七个，从正西方向的枝条上取七个） 巴豆（七个，去皮）
以上药物捣成泥状，制成膏剂后，加入麝香半钱，混合均匀成膏。左侧患病则将药膏敷于右手劳宫穴，中间垫七层纸，右侧患病则反之，直至恢复端正。

Caowutou (Rhizoma Aconiti Kusnezoffii, half a jin, stir-fried with four liang of sesame oil until yellow) Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, remove nodes and roots, decoct first and skim off foam, dry-roast) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, each one liang and one fen, remove skin and seeds, fry with butter) Jiang (Gingeris Rhizoma Praeparatum) Qianhu (Peucedani Radix, each one liang and one fen) Nao She (Moschus, ground) Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos, those with wormholes, one liang and one fen, remove skin and seeds, fry with butter).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in warm wine, take at any time.
Treats facial deviation due to stroke.
Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica) Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, stir-fried) Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, each one liang) Chuanwutou (Aconiti Radix, raw use) Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, raw use) He Geng (Nelumbinis Petiolus, three liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Chew thoroughly per dose, swallow with tea or wine as preferred. If the mouth deviates to the left, apply the paste to the right cheek to correct it.
Treats oral and facial deviation accompanied by constipation due to wind-dampness qi invasion.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix, one liang and half) Mazi Ren (Cannabis Semen) Baizi Ren (Platycladi Semen) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, each one liang) Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Fructus, unpeeled, raw use, two liang) Hei Qianni (Semen Sterculiae Lychnophorae, each one liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with flour paste to form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take fifty to sixty pills per dose, swallow with warm wine.
Treats facial deviation caused by "thief-wind" invasion.
Wutou (Aconiti Radix, raw use) Qingfan (Vitriolum, each half liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. For each application, take an amount equivalent to "one zi" (approx. 0.5-1g), insufflate into the nose to induce discharge of nasal mucus and saliva.
Treats facial deviation due to stroke.
Apply garlic paste contained in an oak gall to the Hegu acupoint (LI4). Apply to the left side if the face deviates to the right; stop when alignment is restored.
Treats persistent facial deviation due to stroke.
Dabixiezi (Fructus Tribuli, fourteen: seven from branches facing exactly southeast, seven from branches facing exactly west) Badou (Crotonis Fructus, seven, peeled).
Pound the above into a paste, add Mushe (Moschus, half qian), and mix into a plaster. Apply the plaster to the Laogong acupoint (PC8) on the right hand for left-sided lesions (and vice versa for right-sided lesions), placing seven layers of paper between the skin and the plaster, until symmetry is restored.
