川楝子（一两二钱） 小茴香（一两半） 吴茱萸（二两） 海藻（酒洗） 青皮（各
一两） 木香 泽泻（各半两） 青盐（三钱） 三棱（醋炒） 莪术（醋炒，各七钱半） 黑
牵牛（七钱，一半生用，一半炒熟）
上将川楝茴香茱萸用酒醋童子小便各浸半两，又用巴豆去皮，斑蝥去翅足，各二十五个
，以川楝茴香青皮共炒色变，去巴斑二药，研为细末，醋煮糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十
丸，空心用温酒送下。
治疝气，阴核肿大，痛不可忍。
荔枝核（十四个新者，烧灰存性） 沉香 八角茴香（炒） 木香 青盐 食盐（以上
各一钱） 川楝肉 小茴香（各二钱）。
上为细末，每服三钱，空心用热酒调服。
治阴气下坠肿胀，卵核偏大，坚硬如石，痛不可忍。
安息香 阿魏 砂（以上各二钱半，用酒一盏，醋一盏，研开，淘去沙石，再用酒醋
各一盏熬成膏子，和掺药） 青皮（去白） 延胡索（微炒） 海藻（洗） 昆布（炒） 茴
香（炒） 川楝子（去核） 马蔺花（炒，各一两） 木香（不湿，半两） 巴戟（酒浸
三宿，切焙） 没药（另研，各二钱半） 麝香（另研，一钱）
上为细末，研匀，以前膏和丸，如绿豆大，每服十丸至十五丸，空心用绵子灰调酒送下。
治疗各种疝气证候。
川楝子（一两二钱） 小茴香（一两半） 吴茱萸（二两） 海藻（用酒清洗） 青皮（各一两） 木香 泽泻（各半两） 青盐（三钱） 三棱（用醋炒制） 莪术（用醋炒制，各七钱半） 黑牵牛（七钱，一半生用，一半炒熟）。
先将川楝子、茴香、吴茱萸分别用酒、醋、童子尿浸泡半个时辰，另取巴豆去皮，斑蝥去翅足，各二十五个，与川楝子、茴香、青皮共同炒至颜色改变，去掉巴豆和斑蝥这两味药，将剩余药物研为细末，用醋煮糊作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用五十丸，空腹时用温酒送服。
治疗疝气，阴囊睾丸肿大，疼痛难以忍受。
荔枝核（十四个新鲜的，烧成炭保留药性） 沉香 八角茴香（炒制） 木香 青盐 食盐（以上各一钱） 川楝肉 小茴香（各二钱）。
以上药物研为细末，每次服用三钱，空腹时用热酒调服。
治疗阴寒之气下坠导致肿胀，一侧睾丸偏大，坚硬如石头，疼痛难以忍受。
安息香 阿魏 砂（以上各二钱半，用一盏酒、一盏醋研磨开，淘洗去除沙石，再用酒和醋各一盏熬制成膏状，用于调和掺入的药粉） 青皮（去白瓤） 延胡索（微炒） 海藻（清洗） 昆布（炒制） 茴香（炒制） 川楝子（去核） 马蔺花（炒制，各一两） 木香（不潮湿的，半两） 巴戟天（用酒浸泡三个夜晚，切片焙干） 没药（单独研磨，各二钱半） 麝香（单独研磨，一钱）。
以上药物研为细末，混合均匀，用前述膏剂调和制成丸药，大小如绿豆，每次服用十丸至十五丸，空腹时用绵子灰调酒送服。
To treat various types of hernia syndromes.
Fructus Toosendan (Chuanlianzi) [1 liang 2 qian], Fructus Foeniculi (Xiaohuixiang) [1 liang 5 qian], Fructus Evodiae (Wuzhuyu) [2 liang], Sargassum (Haizao) [washed with wine], Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride (Qingpi) [each 1 liang], Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang), Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie) [each half liang], Sal Rubrum (Qingyan) [3 qian], Rhizoma Sparganii (Sanleng) [stir-fried with vinegar], Rhizoma Curcumae (Ezhu) [stir-fried with vinegar, each 7 qian 5 fen], Semen Phaseoli Polystachii Nigrum (Heiqianniu) [7 qian, half used raw, half stir-fried until cooked].
First, soak Chuanlianzi, Xiaohuixiang, and Wuzhuyu separately in wine, vinegar, and urine of a young boy for half a shichen (approx. 1 hour). Take 25 seeds of Crotonis Fructus (Badou) peeled, and 25 Blister Beetles (Banmao) with wings and feet removed. Stir-fry these together with Chuanlianzi, Xiaohuixiang, and Qingpi until the color changes. Remove the Badou and Banmao. Grind the remaining ingredients into a fine powder. Use vinegar-boiled paste as a binder to make pills, sized like Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, administered orally with warm wine on an empty stomach.
To treat hernia with swelling of the scrotal testicles and unbearable pain.
Pericarpium Litchi (Lizhihe) [14 fresh ones, charred to retain efficacy], Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chenxiang), Fructus Illicii Star-Anisi (Bajiaohuixiang) [stir-fried], Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang), Sal Rubrum (Qingyan), Sal (Shiyan) [each above 1 qian], Mesocarpus Toosendan (Chuanlanrou), Fructus Foeniculi (Xiaohuixiang) [each 2 qian].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with hot wine and taken orally on an empty stomach.
To treat swelling caused by the sinking of Yin-cold qi, with one testicle enlarged, hard as stone, and unbearable pain.
Benzoin (Anshixiang), Opoponax (Awei), Sand (Sha) [each above 2 qian 5 fen; grind with one cup of wine and one cup of vinegar, wash away sand/stones, then boil down with wine and vinegar each one cup to form a paste for mixing with the medicated powder], Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride (Qingpi) [remove white pith], Corydalis Rhizoma (Yanhusuo) [lightly stir-fried], Sargassum (Haizao) [washed], Eckloniae Thallus (Kunbu) [stir-fried], Fructus Foeniculi (Huixiang) [stir-fried], Fructus Toosendan (Chuanlianzi) [remove core], Flos Iris Pseudacorus (Malinhua) [stir-fried, each 1 liang], Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) [non-damp, half liang], Morinda Officinalis Radix (Ba Ji) [soaked in wine for three nights, sliced and baked], Myrrha (Moyao) [separately ground, each 2 qian 5 fen], Moschus (Shexiang) [separately ground, 1 qian].
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder and mix evenly. Use the aforementioned paste to bind and form pills, sized like mung beans. Take 10 to 15 pills per dose, administered orally with wine mixed with ash from cotton seeds on an empty stomach.
