治疝气。
川芎 青皮（去白） 川楝子 舶上茴香（炒） 桃仁 黑牵牛（炒，各二钱）
上作一服，水一盅，酒一盏，煎至一盅，空心服。
治小肠气痛，外肾肿坠。
山茱萸（去核） 吴茱萸（去梗） 食茱萸（去梗，以上各二两） 川楝子（一两，用
斑蝥四十个，去翅嘴，同炒赤色，去斑蝥不用） 破故纸（一两七钱，炒） 青皮（去白） 茴
香（盐炒） 青盐（以上各三两） 黑牵牛（一两，炒）
上为细末，醋糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，用桃仁十五个，炒，煎酒送下，或茴
香酒亦可，空心服。
治大人小儿小肠气，蟠肠气，奔豚气，疝气偏坠阴肿，小肠有形如卵，上下走痛，不可
忍者。
葫芦巴（炒，八两） 茴香（去土，炒，六两） 大巴戟（去心，炒） 川乌（炮，去
皮脐，各三两） 吴茱萸（汤泡七次，炒，五两） 川楝子（去复选肉，炒，九两）
上为细末，酒糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服十五丸，空心温酒送下，小儿服五丸，茴香汤
下。一方加牵牛二两。
治偏坠小肠气。
海藻 海带（以上各一两） 斑蝥（二十八个，去足翅。）巴豆（二十八个，去壳，完
全者）
上斑蝥巴豆二味作一处，生绢袋盛，用好醋一碗，以瓦铫盛四味药同煮，将干，去斑蝥
巴豆不用，只将海带二味细碾为末，以淡豆豉一百粒，以煮药余醋，略浸蒸，碾为膏，和药
末为丸，如梧桐子大，每服用麝香少许，朱砂三钱，乳钵细碾，却入麝香，再碾匀为衣，晒
干，以新瓦瓶收之。初服七粒，二服十粒，三服十五粒，若未愈，再进三两服，皆用十五粒
，仍用盐炒茴香，细嚼，酒吞下，空心服，忌食鸭子并 酱动气之物。
治疗疝气。
川芎、青皮（去除白色部分）、川楝子、舶上茴香（炒制）、桃仁、黑牵牛（炒制，各二钱）。
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水一盅，酒一盏，煎煮至剩下一盅药液，空腹服用。
治疗小肠气痛，外肾肿胀下坠。

治疗大人和小儿的小肠气、蟠肠气、奔豚气、疝气导致的一侧阴囊肿胀下垂，小肠内有形如卵块的物体，上下游走疼痛，疼痛剧烈无法忍受。
葫芦巴（炒制，八两）、茴香（去土，炒制，六两）、大巴戟（去心，炒制）、川乌（炮制，去皮和脐，各三两）、吴茱萸（用汤浸泡七次，炒制，五两）、川楝子（去除复选肉，炒制，九两）。
以上药材研成细末，用酒调糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用十五丸，空腹用温酒送服，小儿服用五丸，用茴香汤送服。另一配方加入牵牛子二两。
治疗偏坠小肠气。
海藻、海带（以上各一两）、斑蝥（二十八个，去除足和翅膀）、巴豆（二十八个，去壳，保持完整者）。
将斑蝥和巴豆这两味药放在一起，用生绢袋盛装，用好醋一碗，用瓦锅盛放这四味药共同煮制，煮至水分将干时，去掉斑蝥和巴豆不用，只将海带和海藻这两味药细细碾成粉末，用淡豆豉一百粒，用煮药剩下的醋稍微浸泡蒸制，碾成膏状，与药末混合制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用时取少许麝香和三钱朱砂，在乳钵中细细碾碎，然后加入麝香，再次碾匀作为丸药的包衣，晒干后，用新瓦瓶收藏。初次服用七粒，第二次服用十粒，第三次服用十五粒，如果未痊愈，再进服三到五次，每次都使用十五粒，同时仍需用盐炒制的茴香，细细咀嚼，用酒吞服，空腹服用，忌食鸭子和引起气滞的食物。
To treat hernia (Shan Qi).
Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Qingpi Aurantii Fructus Pericarpium (Qingpi, removed white pith), Toosendan Fructus (Chuanlianzi), Foeniculum Vulgare Fruit (Bo Shang Huixiang, stir-fried), Persicae Semen (Taoren), Blackened Barbary Wolfberry Fruit (Hei Qianniu, stir-fried, each 2 qian).
Take the above as one dose. Add one zhong of water and one zhan of wine, decoct until one zhong remains. Take on an empty stomach.
To treat Xiao Chang Qi pain and swelling and descent of the external kidneys.
Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu, removed core), Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu, removed stem), Zanthoxyli Fructus (Shi Zhuyu, removed stem, each of the above 2 liang), Toosendan Fructus (Chuanlianzi, 1 liang, stir-fried together with 40 Mylabris [Bancang], removing wings and mouth, until red, discard Mylabris), Psoraleae Fructus (Po Gu Zhi, 1 liang 7 qian, stir-fried), Qingpi Aurantii Fructus Pericarpium (Qingpi, removed white pith), Foeniculum Vulgare Fruit (Huixiang, salt-stir-fried), Natrii Chloridum (Qingyan, each of the above 3 liang), Blackened Barbary Wolfberry Fruit (Hei Qianniu, 1 liang, stir-fried).
Pulverize the above into fine powder. Form pills with vinegar paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills per dose. Decoct 15 stir-fried Persicae Seeds in wine to send down the pills, or use Fennel Wine. Take on an empty stomach.
To treat Xiao Chang Qi, Pan Chang Qi, Ben Tun Qi, and hernia causing unilateral scrotal swelling and descent in adults and children; where there is a solid mass like an egg in the small intestine, moving up and down with unbearable pain.
Eugeniae Fructus (Hulu Ba, stir-fried, 8 liang), Foeniculum Vulgare Fruit (Huixiang, remove earth, stir-fried, 6 liang), Bupleuri Radix (Da Bajie, remove heart, stir-fried), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Chuanwu, processed, remove skin and umbilicus, each 3 liang), Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu, soak in hot water seven times, stir-fried, 5 liang), Toosendan Fructus (Chuanlianzi, remove inner flesh, stir-fried, 9 liang).
Pulverize the above into fine powder. Form pills with wine paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 15 pills per dose for adults, sending down with warm wine on an empty stomach. Children take 5 pills, sending down with Fennel Decoction. Another prescription adds 2 liang of Qian Niu Zi.
To treat unilateral descending Xiao Chang Qi.
Sargassum Thallus (Haizao), Laminaria Thallus (Kaidai, each 1 liang), Mylabris (28, remove feet and wings), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 28, remove shell, keep whole).
Place Mylabris and Crotonis together in a raw silk bag. Add one bowl of good vinegar. Place the four ingredients (including the bag) in a clay pot and boil together. When the liquid is nearly dry, remove and discard Mylabris and Crotonis. Only grind the Laminaria and Sargassum into fine powder. Take 100 granules of Fermented Soybean (Danshichu), soak them slightly in the remaining vinegar from boiling the medicine, steam, and grind into a paste. Mix with the herbal powder to form pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds. For each dose, take a small amount of Moschus (Shexiang) and 3 qian Cinnabaris (Zhusha), finely grind in a mortar, add Shexiang, and grind evenly to coat the pills. Dry and store in a new clay jar. Initial dose: 7 pills. Second dose: 10 pills. Third dose: 15 pills. If not cured, continue for another three to five doses, always using 15 pills. Chew salt-stir-fried Fennel thoroughly and swallow with wine. Take on an empty stomach. Avoid eating duck and foods that cause qi stagnation.
