人见。又名首功玄黑散。

治疗疮疡肿毒以托毒外出（扶正祛邪）。
人参、当归、黄耆（黄芪）（各二钱）、浓朴（厚朴）、川芎、桔梗、防风、桂心、白芷、甘草（各一钱）。
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水两盅，煎煮至一盅，在饭后较远的时间服用。
治疗无名恶疮、痈疽等病症。
川芎、当归、芍药、防风、人参、木香、黄耆（黄芪）、官桂、桔梗、白芷、槟榔、浓朴（厚朴）、乌药、紫苏、枳壳、甘草（各一钱）。
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水两盅，煎煮至一盅，在饭后较远的时间服用。
治疗痈疽、疔肿、时行毒气、附骨疽，以及各类恶疮。如果疮色黑陷，坚硬如石，伴有烦躁口渴、病情危重者，服用此方通过发汗使疮毒外发隆起。
火麻头（在火日采集）、木贼（去除节段）、蛤蟆草头、小草乌头、桦皮节（用酥油炙烤）、麻黄（去除根和节）、苍耳头（在五月五日午时采收）。
以上药材晒干，按相等分量，一同放入银器中，用盐泥密封固定，在炭火中从早晨烧到申时（下午3-5点），直到变成像黑煤一样的颜色为止。研磨成粉末，每次服用二钱，病情重者服用三钱，用热酒调服。如果配制此药，必须选择晴朗的好日子，在安静的房间中进行，不要让鸡犬或阴人看见。又名“首功玄黑散”。

Take as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct to obtain one zhong, and take far from meals.
Treats sores, scabies, wind-xuan (fungal skin diseases), and dry pruritus caused by damp-toxin.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Baishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Baijili (Tribuli Fructus), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), each 1.5 qian; Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), each 1 qian.
Take as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct to obtain one zhong, and take far from meals. Alternatively, it may be ground into powder.

Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Guiguan (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Wuyao (Linderae Radix), Zisu (Perillae Folium), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), each 1 qian.
Take as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct to obtain one zhong, and take far from meals.
Treats carbuncles, furuncles, Dingzhong (hard boil), epidemic toxins, Agujuzhong (deep-seated abscesses), and various malignant sores. If the sore is black and sunken, hard as stone, accompanied by irritability, thirst, and critical condition, taking this formula induces sweating to bring the sore to the surface.
Huomazhitou (Head of Hemp, harvested on Fire days), Muze (Equiseti Herba, nodes removed), Hamacao (Herba of Toad), Xiaocaowutou (Small Aconite Root), Huapijie (Birch Bark Nodes, stir-fried with butter), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, roots and nodes removed), Cangeritou (Head of Xanthium Fruit, harvested at noon on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month).
Dry these ingredients thoroughly, mix equal parts, place them together in a silver vessel, seal firmly with salt mud, and roast over charcoal fire from morning until Shen hour (3-5 PM), until they turn the color of black coal. Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, or 3 qian for severe cases, mixed with hot wine. When preparing this medicine, one must choose a clear and fine day, perform the process in a quiet room, and ensure that chickens, dogs, or yin persons do not see it. It is also known as "Shougong Xuanhei San".
